ཛིན༔ (zin) 在！以绸缎和珍宝的骨骼为装饰，拥抱挥舞着弯刀和颅碗的傲慢者，以金刚跏趺坐姿，安住于智慧光芒之中。心间月轮上，白色明亮的ཧཱུྃ (hūṃ) 字清晰可见，周围环绕着百字明咒。观想所有逝者的语加持汇聚于此。如此清晰地观想忏悔的所依后，对过去所犯下的罪过深感懊悔，并以强烈的决心立誓今后不再重犯。念诵：ཨོཾ༔ (oṃ，唵，身口意圆满) བླ་མ་དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས༔ (bla ma dpal ldan rdo rje sems，上师吉祥金刚萨埵) མགོན་མེད་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ༔ (mgon med bdag la dgongs su gsol，祈请垂念无依的我) བདག་གིས་ཚེ་རབས་ཐོག་མེད་ནས༔ (bdag gis tshe rabs thog med nas，我从无始生世以来) ཐ་མ་ད་ལྟར་ཐུག་གི་བར༔ (tha ma da ltar thug gi bar，直至如今) སྡིག་ལྟུང་ལས་རྣམས་ཅི་བསགས་ཀུན༔ (sdig ltung las rnams ci bsags kun，所积一切罪业和过失) གནོང་འགྱོད་དྲག་པོས་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས༔ (gnong 'gyod drag pos mthol lo bshags，以强烈的懊悔之心全部忏悔)。 ཕྱིན་ཆད་མི་བགྱིད་དམ་བཅའ་ན༔ (phyin chad mi bgyid dam bca' na，若立誓今后不再重犯) དག་ཚངས་ཆེན་པོའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ༔ (dag tshangs chen po'i dngos grub stsol，祈赐清净大梵天的成就)。如此祈祷后，从心间的种子字和咒鬘中降下甘露之流，如瀑布般倾泻而下，从梵穴进入，充满全身。观想疾病、邪魔、罪业和过失全部被彻底清除，然后尽可能多地念诵百字明咒。最后，接受罪障净化的加持，观想金刚萨埵佛父佛母融入自身，安住于无散乱的觉性之中。 第四，积累顺缘资粮。将先前观修的皈依境转化为积资田。念诵：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ༔ (oṃ āḥ hūṃ，唵 阿 吽，身口意) རི་རབ་གླིང་བཞི་མུ་ཁྱུད་བཅས༔ (ri rab gling bzhi mu khyud bcas，须弥山四大洲及铁围山) སྟོང་གསུམ་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱའི་ཞིང་༔ (stong gsum bye ba phrag brgya'i zhing，三千大千世界的净土) འདོད་རྒུའི་འབྱོར་ཚོགས་བསམ་མི་ཁྱབ༔ ('dod rgu'i 'byor tshogs bsam mi khyab，无尽欲妙供品) བླ་མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་འབུལ༔ (bla ma sprul pa'i sku la 'bul，供养上师化身) ཕུང་པོ་ཁམས་དང་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་ཀུན༔ (phung po khams dang skye mched kun，五蕴、十八界和十二处) རང་བྱུང་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཡིད་བཞིན་གཏེར༔ (rang byung lhun grub yid bzhin gter，自生任运如意宝) བཀོད་པ་ཚད་མེད་ཡོན་ཏན་རྒྱན༔ (bkod pa tshad med yon tan rgyan，无量功德庄严) བླ་མ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་ལ་འབུལ༔ (bla ma longs spyod rdzogs la 'bul，供养上师报身) དབྱིངས་ཉིད་གདོད་ནས་རྣམ་པར་དག༔ (dbyings nyid gdod nas rnam par dag，法界本初清净) རིག་པ་མི་འགྱུར་འོད་ལྔར་ཤར༔ (rig pa mi 'gyur 'od lnga shar，不变觉性显现五光) འཁོར་འདས་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་མཆོད་པའི་སྤྲིན༔ ('khor 'das kun khyab mchod pa'i sprin，遍布轮涅的供云) བླ་མ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ལ་འབུལ༔ (bla ma chos kyi sku la 'bul，供养上师法身) བླ་མ་སྐུ་གསུམ་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས༔ (bla ma sku gsum lha tshogs rnams，上师三身诸佛众) ཟག་མེད་བདེ་བས་རབ་མཉེས་ནས༔ (zag med bde bas rab mnyes nas，以无漏之乐令其欢喜) བདག་དང་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀུན༔ (bdag dang sems can thams cad kun，祈愿我和一切众生) ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ༔ (tshogs gnyis rdzogs pa'i dngos grub stsol，获得圆满二资粮的成就)。ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་རཏྣ་མཎྜ་ལ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོ༔ (oṃ guru sarva tathāgata ratna maṇḍala pūja ho，唵 咕噜 萨瓦 达他嘎达 惹那 曼达拉 布杂 吼， 献供上师，一切如来，珍宝坛城)。 如此以外在器情世界的财富、内在自身五蕴十八界和秘密法界智慧无二的方式供养曼荼罗，上师和所有皈依处的大集合以极大的喜悦接受，观想自己和所有其他众生都播下了在三身净土中享受的二资粮的种子。最后，观想积资田融入自己和其他所有众生，安住于胜义智慧之中。 第三，降下加持的智慧。首先是生起所依：ཧཱུྃ༔ (hūṃ，吽，智慧)

ZIN! Adorned with silk and precious bones, embracing the arrogant one wielding a curved knife and skull cup, seated in the vajra posture, dwelling in the expanse of wisdom light. In the heart, on a moon disc, the white and clear HŪṂ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable of wisdom) is visible, surrounded by the hundred-syllable mantra. Visualize the blessings of speech of all the Sugatas gathered here. Having clearly established the support for confession, with deep regret for the misdeeds committed in the past, and with a strong determination not to repeat them in the future, recite: OṂ (ཨོཾ，oṃ，perfection of body, speech, and mind)! LAMA PALDEN DORJE SEMS (བླ་མ་དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས，bla ma dpal ldan rdo rje sems，Glorious Vajrasattva Guru)! GONMÉ DAGLA GONGSU SOL (མགོན་མེད་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ，mgon med bdag la dgongs su gsol，Please consider me, who is without protector)! DAG GI TSERAB TOKMÉ NÉ (བདག་གིས་ཚེ་རབས་ཐོག་མེད་ནས，bdag gis tshe rabs thog med nas，From beginningless lifetimes until now)! TAMA DADAR TUK GI BAR (ཐ་མ་ད་ལྟར་ཐུག་གི་བར，tha ma da ltar thug gi bar，Until this very moment)! DIK TUNG LÉ NAM CHI SAK KÜN (སྡིག་ལྟུང་ལས་རྣམས་ཅི་བསགས་ཀུན，sdig ltung las rnams ci bsags kun，All the sins and transgressions I have accumulated)! NONG GYÖ DRAKPÖ TOL LO SHAK (གནོང་འགྱོད་དྲག་པོས་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས，gnong 'gyod drag pos mthol lo bshags，I confess them all with intense remorse). CHINCHÉ MI GYI DAMCHA NA (ཕྱིན་ཆད་མི་བགྱིད་དམ་བཅའ་ན，phyin chad mi bgyid dam bca' na，If I vow not to repeat them in the future)! DAK TSANG CHENPÖ NGÖDRUB TSOL (དག་ཚངས་ཆེན་པོའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ，dag tshangs chen po'i dngos grub stsol，Grant me the siddhi of great purity). Having prayed thus, from the seed syllable and mantra garland in the heart, a stream of nectar descends like a waterfall, entering through the aperture of Brahma and filling the entire body. Visualize that all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and transgressions are completely purified, and then recite the hundred-syllable mantra as much as possible. Finally, receive the blessing of purification of obscurations, visualize Vajrasattva father and mother dissolving into yourself, and abide in the state of undistracted awareness. Fourth, accumulate conducive circumstances and merit. Transform the refuge field previously visualized into a field of accumulation. Recite: OṂ ĀḤ HŪṂ (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，oṃ āḥ hūṃ，body, speech, and mind)! RIRAB LINGSHI MUKHYÜ CHÉ (རི་རབ་གླིང་བཞི་མུ་ཁྱུད་བཅས，ri rab gling bzhi mu khyud bcas，Mount Meru, the four continents, and the iron fence)! PUNGPO KHAM DANG KYECHÉ KÜN (ཕུང་པོ་ཁམས་དང་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་ཀུན，phung po khams dang skye mched kun，The five aggregates, eighteen elements, and twelve sense bases)! RANGJUNG LHÜNDRUB YIZHIN TER (རང་བྱུང་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཡིད་བཞིན་གཏེར，rang byung lhun grub yid bzhin gter，The self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished wish-fulfilling jewel)! KHORDÉ KÜN KHYAB CHÖPÉ TRIN (འཁོར་འདས་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་མཆོད་པའི་སྤྲིན，'khor 'das kun khyab mchod pa'i sprin，Clouds of offerings pervading samsara and nirvana)! LAMA CHÖKYI KU LA BÜL (བླ་མ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ལ་འབུལ，bla ma chos kyi sku la 'bul，I offer to the Dharmakaya of the Guru)! LAMA KU SUM LHATSOK NAM (བླ་མ་སྐུ་གསུམ་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས，bla ma sku gsum lha tshogs rnams，The Guru, the three kayas, and all the deities)! TSOK NYI DZOKPÉ NGÖDRUB TSOL (ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ，tshogs gnyis rdzogs pa'i dngos grub stsol，Attain the siddhi of perfecting the two accumulations)! OṂ GURU SARVA TATHĀGATA RATNA MAṆḌALA PŪJA HO (ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་རཏྣ་མཎྜ་ལ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོ，oṃ guru sarva tathāgata ratna maṇḍala pūja ho，Offering to the Guru, all the Tathagatas, the precious mandala). Having offered the mandala in the manner of the outer wealth of the environment and beings, the inner aggregates and elements of oneself, and the secret indivisibility of reality and wisdom, the great assembly of the Guru and all the refuge places accepts with great joy, and visualize that oneself and all other sentient beings have sown the seeds of the two accumulations to enjoy in the pure lands of the three kayas. Finally, visualize the field of accumulation dissolving into oneself and all other sentient beings, and abide in the state of ultimate wisdom. Third, drawing down the wisdom of blessings.
