From the uncreated Dharmadhatu, from the unborn, The self-arisen Sambhogakaya Black Krodha Mother, With a dark blue-black body, possessing the appearance of a wrathful mother. Naked and without thought, hair falling downwards. Wrinkled brows, three angry eyes, teeth tightly clenched. With a pig's face on the crown of the head, looking down from the top of the three realms. The snorting sound of the pig mother subdues the three thousand worlds. Holding a curved knife and skull cup in the right hand, And a khatvanga in the left hand. Adorned with five seals, decorated with charnel ground ornaments. In the midst of flames, with two legs, one extended and one bent. Trampling on a lotus, sun, moon, and corpse. Abiding in a dance full of bliss and emptiness. I prostrate and praise the compassionate Krodha Mother's form! I pray to the deities of the venerable Krodha Mother, To bless these Vajra disciples, With the blessing of the body! May the defilements of the body be purified! May we obtain a body adorned with marks and signs! Recite the root mantra and place it on the crown of the head. By this, obtain the empowerment of the indestructible Vajra Body, and visualize attaining the indestructible Vajra Body. Again, from the throat of the venerable Black Krodha Mother and her retinue, red light radiates, merging into your throats. Visualize that all the diseases, evil spirits, and sins accumulated by speech are purified by the stream of wisdom nectar. Hūṃ! The natural sound of Dharma, completely pure, The essence of Āli Kāli is fully proclaimed, Emitting the laughter of 'Āralli'. Gathering the Dakinis with the sound of 'Phem Phem'. Destroying the armies of demons with the sound of 'Hūṃ'. Liberating beings into the Dharmadhatu with the Dharma sound of emptiness. Cutting off wrong views with the thunderous sound of 'Phaṭ'. Emitting the sound of 'A Hūṃ', which greatly increases bliss. Subduing beings with skillful means through sixty kinds of speech. I prostrate and praise the compassionate Krodha Mother's speech! I pray to the deities of the venerable Krodha Mother, To bless these Vajra disciples, With the blessing of speech! May the obscurations of speech be purified! May we obtain the sixty branches of speech! Recite the root mantra and place it on the throat. By this, obtain the empowerment of unobstructed Vajra Speech, and visualize attaining the indestructible Vajra Speech. Again, from the hearts of the deities of the venerable Black Krodha Mother, dark blue-black light radiates, merging into your hearts. Visualize that all diseases, evil spirits, and sins accumulated through the three doors are destroyed by the wind of wisdom. Hūṃ! The ultimate reality of emptiness, great bliss, and pure mind, Transcends the realm of color, form, and expression. The purity of afflictions is the great wisdom itself, Primordially pure, revealing the meaning of non-duality. Free from the faults of samsara, the Perfection of Wisdom, The mother who manifests the wisdom of bliss and emptiness inseparable. By seeing, hearing, and remembering, to all sentient beings, She grants the accomplishments of the three blazing ones. The mother who manifests the wisdom of joy and bliss inseparable, I prostrate and praise the mind of the compassionate wrathful one. I beseech the assembly of deities of the venerable wrathful mother, To bless these vajra disciples with your mind, May the obscurations of the mind be purified, And may they possess realization, knowledge, and compassion. Place the mantra at your heart. By this, having received the empowerment of the infallible vajra mind, visualize the manifestation of the unchanging vajra mind. Again, visualize that white, red, and blue rays of light emanate from the three places of body, speech, and mind of the assembly of deities of the venerable black wrathful mother, striking your three places, and visualize that all diseases, evil spirits, and sins accumulated equally through the three doors are burned, destroyed, and washed away by fire, wind, and water. Hūṃ! Although the ultimate realm of Dharma never wavers, In the inseparability of appearance and emptiness, in the form of a rainbow body, A pure body is manifested, fully endowed with qualities. With unobstructed speech, she ripens and liberates those to be tamed. With a mind free from elaboration, she dries up the ocean of samsara, Accomplishments are naturally achieved, bestowing siddhis. Through compassionate activities, she subdues beings with skillful means. Compassionate wrathful mother, great bliss, The lord of all activities, the five complete wheels. Holding the treasure of supreme and common siddhis, Wisdom Ḍākinī, the mother of all Sugatas. I prostrate and praise the body, speech, and mind of Vajravārāhī. I beseech the assembly of deities of the venerable wrathful mother, To bless these vajra disciples with your body, speech, and mind, May the obscurations of the three doors be purified, And may they attain supreme and common siddhis. If you wish to elaborate, then recite the names of the lineage and bless the torma as usual. Recite the root mantra. Place the torma in four places. Finally, visualize the assembly of deities of the torma dissolving into light and merging into you, so that the three doors become inseparable from the body, speech, and mind of the venerable wrathful mother, and great protection is accomplished.
