Visualize yourself transforming into a chain of light, Thar Lha O'zhu (Tara Light Chain). With your left hand, form a mudra with four fingers joined together, extending from the middle finger, and visualize the thumb as a vajra hook. Then, begin the recitation. In the central channel, visualize a blue 'Ah' syllable (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) at the center of each of the five chakras. In the four chakras, visualize four petals in each chakra, in order: Vajra Bhara He (藏文:བཛྲ་བྷ་ར་ཧེ,梵文天城体:वज्र भर हे,梵文罗马拟音:vajra bhara he,汉语字面意思:Diamond Bearer) at the crown chakra, Krodhi Kali Wrathful Black One) at the throat chakra, Harinisa Harinisa) at the heart chakra, and Aveshaya Enter) at the navel chakra, all visualized as blue. Then, from these syllables, radiate light that pervades the sky. When the light touches the outer world and inner beings, the outer world transforms into a pure land, and the inner beings awaken as Vajravarahi. The light also touches the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, transforming them all into the form of Vajravarahi, who emit the sound of mantras and bless oneself with light. While visualizing, maintain the 'gentle wind union' mudra, and recite the sixteen-syllable mantra, or focus on the heart chakra and mentally recite the five-syllable mantra. If you feel tired, you can relax by mentally reciting or whispering the mantra without combining it with the breath. This is the general instruction for arising and dissolving. Specifically, from the syllables and light, generate and dissolve according to their respective colors to accomplish the corresponding goals. In the outer recitation, just as in the inner, visualize the body as the empty form of the deity, and the mind abiding in the unborn nature of reality, maintaining unfabricated awareness and expanding it. In conduct, possess the demeanor of a yogi without fear or doubt. In speech, from the unborn state, naturally emit the sound of 'Dza' like thunder, and mix the wisdom mind of Vajravarahi with one's own life-awareness wisdom to recite. This is the method of recitation for the four mandalas. The secret method of recitation is to possess the essence of Vajravarahi's view, meditation, and action, and through the actual result or the means that accord with the result, contemplate being able to accomplish the benefit of beings without obstruction, and recite in this state of faith and intention. In short, although the outer, inner, and secret recitations are explained separately, reciting with the key of integrating them into one is more powerful. At the end of the session, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and the vowels and consonants, and confess the omissions and additions in the recitation, as well as the faults of unclear samadhi. Then, make offerings and praises of emptiness verses as much as possible, and perform the dissolution and deity rising rituals. Regarding the duration of a session, there are teachings of six, four, and two sessions. However, nowadays, for the sake of convenience, most people practice four sessions. That is, from dawn to daybreak is one session, mainly performing the preliminary practices in detail; the two sessions in the morning and afternoon are for reciting as much as possible; and the evening session concludes with dedication. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dedication: Finally, make extensive dedications and aspirations. According to this method, the number of recitations is nearly a million, and the duration of the retreat is six months. If, during the retreat, the practitioner of the highest level can see the deity, the intermediate level can receive prophecies, and even the lowest level can transform appearances. If you want to enter the practice phase after completing the retreat, the arrangement of the mandala should be as described in 'The Swift Path of the Dakinis', arranging the vase mandala, the skull cup mandala, and the mirror mandala, covered with red silk curtains. Offerings can be prepared in the usual way, or they can be placed clockwise, whichever is convenient. Other offerings and tormas should be prepared as during the retreat, and the food offerings should be beautifully decorated. The actual operation of the ritual is: after the self-generation deity recitation is completed, begin the generation stage of the front-generation deity, and then after the praise, visualize the deity and merge it with your own mind, remember its symbolic meaning, and merge it with the breath. As in the retreat, divide the time into four sessions, focus on the deity, and perform the deity yoga. If you feel tired, recite: 'Hum! I am the wheel of Vajravarahi', etc., two verses, and then combine the recitation of the sixteen letters with the breath, perform mental recitation, or only mental recitation, or verbal recitation, do as much as possible. If you want to receive self-entry empowerment, you can also recite the vase mantra slightly, and then receive the empowerments. These self-entry empowerments can be received once each practice session, or once each day. If you do not do this, you can also receive it once on the last day of the practice, like receiving the accomplishment empowerment. The number of recitations is the same as the previous retreat, and there is no separate explanation here. If, in this way, the signs of the retreat are completed regardless of the length of time, then, as stated in this scripture, various common activities, such as invisibility and other minor supernatural powers, can be achieved effortlessly, depending on the transformation of matter and visualization. Secondly, in order to obtain supreme accomplishment, although the common methods of practicing wind yoga are not explicitly stated in the scriptures, according to the practice of the qualified master Hari Vajra, and the uncommon wind yoga, is to counteract the obscurations of self-nature, as a countermeasure to the latent habits in the Alaya consciousness, practice the co-emergent wind; to counteract the co-emergent obscurations, practice the sudden transcendence wind; to counteract lust, practice the self-born wind; to counteract coarse conceptual thoughts, practice the purifying mind wind; to counteract manifest obscurations, practice the transforming karma wind; to eradicate the obscurations of knowledge from the root, practice the perfecting wisdom wind. The above is divided into six parts for explanation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
