On the outer sixteen-petaled lotus: In the east, there are two creators, equal and harmonious; in the southeast, the sisters of the Queen of Space; in the south, Hariti (诃利帝母,鬼子母), the well-known one; in the southwest, Kunzang Dunting; in the west, Tara (Kunsrol), the supreme wisdom; in the northwest, Shantim, radiant with light; in the north, Sal Tro, the turquoise light; in the northeast, the three chief mothers of the desire realm. Two accomplished mothers (Drubting Ekajati); the incarnation between the desire realm and the fire realm; four queens of mutilated warfare; four sisters at the inner four gates; thus, the twenty-eight lesser goddesses, with their respective caste colors and symbols, holding various weapons and Bandha (结界), wearing beautiful garments. The twenty-eight sovereign mothers in the outer courtyard, with terrifying hairstyles that subdue demons, holding the colors and symbols of their respective directions, holding skull cups, dancing on single animal skin cushions. The seventy-six mandala deities are visualized as empty and clear like the moon in water. Empowerment: Om Maha Shunyata, Adarsha, Samata, Pratyabekshana, Krityanushtana, Jnana Vajra Swabhava Atmako Ham (嗡,大空性,镜智,平等性智,妙观察智,成所作智,智慧金刚自性我). The five Buddha families bestow empowerment with nectar, filling the body, with the remaining nectar swirling upwards, six consorts, Heruka (हेरुक, heruka, 饮血尊) of the five Buddha families, thirteen ever-victorious mothers, twenty-eight lesser goddesses, the mothers who bring bliss, adorned with the caste symbols of the sovereign mothers. The wheel of wisdom, abiding in mudras and vows with an upright posture. Vajra Samaya Jah Hum (金刚萨埵,三昧耶,扎,吽). In the mandala of ultimate bodhicitta, the self-born great bliss wrathful deity appears, the assembly of mothers emerging from the Dharmadhatu is naturally accomplished, in order to subdue the wicked, I request the retinue to descend. Om Ehyehi Shri Heruka Jnana Matri Maha Kuru Drishya Ho, Samaya Jah Hum Bam Hoh (嗡,来,吉祥黑汝嘎,智慧母,大成就者,显现, 梭哈,三昧耶, 扎, 吽, 棒, 梭哈). Great auspicious supreme Heruka, the assembly of wisdom dakinis emerging from the Dharmadhatu, on the crossed fields and single animal skin cushions, I request you to dwell joyfully and steadfastly. Prabeshaya Phet, Abeshaya Ah, Jnana Matri, Tipta Vajra (进入, 啪, 降临, 阿, 智慧母, 光明金刚). From the self-arising pure space of Dharmata, the unobstructed self-arising perfect Sambhogakaya appears, manifesting as the wrathful mother according to the capacity of the beings to be tamed, I prostrate to the assembly of wisdom mothers. Ati Puho, Prati Puho (极供养,遍供养). The root and branch vows spoken from the mouth of the Sugata, the Samaya of self-nature perfection, I vow never to transgress. Samaya Hum (三昧耶, 吽).
