Listen, by the command of demons and so on (bgegs dang sogs kyis), and setting boundaries. Hūṃ! (藏文:ཧཱུྃ༔) From above and below, from all directions, Jvalam Ram Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! (藏文:ཛྭ་ལཾ་རཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔) Visualize the protective wheel in the middle as in the ritual text. Arrange and gather the mandala, and clarify the generation stage. Now, concerning the profound Dharma that is to be heard, namely the root of the Inexhaustible Lineage (mi zad rgyud kyi ti ka), the previous manner of transmission (sngon byung lung gi khyer so), the history of the unbroken stream of blessings, the four empowerments, common and special, together with their boundaries, are explained in four parts. First: the boundary between samsara and nirvana, the primordially pure Vajra Burning, the indivisible vast expanse. In the midst of the vastness that transcends boundaries and center, the great charnel ground where Phurba (phur pa) plays, the unborn Vajrakumara (rdo rje gzhon nu) father and mother, along with the son and the ten wrathful deities, abide in the samadhi of Vajra Play. At that time, in the great continent that transcends and does not transcend the world ('jig rten 'das ma 'das kyi gling chen), the tirthika king who held views of permanence and annihilation worshiped Ishvara (lha dbang phyug tha nag), relying on lineage, dagger, and black protector. The Buddhist king worshiped the emanation of the Great Glorious One, the Teacher Vajra Clear (ston pa rdo rje gsal ba), and practiced the ten virtues. Conflict arose between the inner and outer parties. The tirthika king cursed the Buddhist teachings with the god of the Black Phurba (tha nag phur pa), bringing them near to destruction. The Teacher Vajra Clear (ston pa rdo rje gsal ba) urged the mind-stream of the Secret Lord Vajra Flame (gsang bdag rdo rje me 'bar). From the Akanishta Kīla Proclaiming Field (og min kA ki la sgrog pa'i zhing), the mandala of the Wrathful King Vajrakumara (khro rgyal rdo rje gzhon nu) appeared in the sky like a rainbow. He subdued and killed the god of the Black Phurba (tha nag phur pa), took his life-essence, and placed him on the path of transcendence. He proclaimed its tantra, called the Tantra of the Variegated Phurba (phur pa tha khra bo'i rgyud), and its sadhana is known as the Secret Black and Red Phurba (gsang phur dmar nag), or in Tibet as the Glorious Black Phurba (dpal gyi phur nag). He destroyed all the tirthikas and proclaimed the fierce skull-axe and other tantras of manifest action. Furthermore, he displayed limitless miracles, and thus became known as Vajrakumara (rdo rje gzhon nu) and Vajra Fierce (rdo rje gtum po), and so on. At the summit of existence (srid pa'i rtse mor), in the mandala of the Phenomenal and Existential Vajra Phurba (snang srid rdo rje phur bu), he proclaimed all the secret tantras with the self-sound of dharmata. The Teacher Vajra Clear (ston pa rdo rje gsal) and the dakini yogini wrote it on precious paper, placed it in a skull box, and hid it as a treasure in the great stupa, the secret treasury of the dakinis of space. Second is the previous manner of transmission (sngon byung lung gi khyer so): the treasury of all vehicles, the stupa Bliss-Maker Stacked (mchod rten bde byed brtsegs). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the presence of Padmasambhava, the chief of the Dakinis, Lekyi Wangmo Che, entrusted the secret mantra practices of the Eight Manifestations of Guru Rinpoche to the eight Vidyadharas (holders of knowledge), each in their respective treasure chests. At that time, Padmasambhava placed the secret tantras of the activity Vajrakilaya and the uncommon profound quintessence of the Eight Commands in a skull cup, revealed from a vase like a stupa. The master fully unlocked the hidden seals for the accomplished Vidyadharas and finalized them. Later, at the sacred site of Yangleshöd on the border of Nepal and Tibet, he again opened the mandala of Vajrakilaya Desheg Nyingpo, subduing all malicious beings and initiating the auspicious beginning for the flourishing of the precious secret mantra vehicle in Tibet. Common and supreme accomplishments ripened into essence, bringing well-being and happiness to all realms. Thereafter, invited by King Trisong Detsen of Tibet, Padmasambhava opened the mandala of Vajrakilaya, subduing the land of Samye and other places in Tibet, and bound the eight classes of spirits and demons under oath. He made the teachings of Sutra and Tantra rise like the sun, and in the sacred practice places of Tibet, he turned countless wheels of the Dharma of the Vajra Vehicle, filling the valleys of Tibet with accomplished beings, ensuring that the precious teachings would flourish and spread without decline in all three times. Especially at the sacred site of activity, Önphu Taktsang, the great Jetsun Padmasambhava, at the request of Jomo Tsogyal, taught the supreme method for easily accomplishing the deathless Vidyadhara life attainment. Guru said, 'In general, no matter what secret mantra Dharma is practiced, it is important to first practice Phurba to clear obstacles. In particular, the yoga of life attainment, while bringing great accomplishments, has many obstacles. Therefore, one must first practice Phurba. And whether practicing Phurba or life attainment, one needs a companion for the practice. In the Ü-Tsang region of Tibet, there is a fourteen-year-old boy named Rulang. Have him be your companion for the practice and treat him like a deity.' Following Guru's prophecy, they searched and found the boy and brought him before Guru. The great master said, 'This is the Vidyadhara who has accomplished Phurba, has attained the Vajra life, and is difficult for others to destroy. He is a prophecy of the gods, a hero who subdues demons, like a powerful lion.' He was then enthroned with the name Lhalung Pelgyi Singye. And the Mon girl Trashi Khyedren was given to him as his wisdom Dakini. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
