The self-arisen, hidden, supreme mother, the wealthy lady of the realm, Accomplishing the supreme siddhi of the nectar of qualities, With hundreds of thousands of vidyādhara heroes and ḍākinīs, To summon the supreme vajra life, urge the commitment! Emanation upon emanation, filling the three thousand worlds, For the yogi, myself and retinue, Life, longevity, merit, power, luck, and so on, Stolen by the demons of the upper, lower, and four directions, And all the essences of the sky, gather here completely! Likewise, grant the life siddhi of the lineage! From the nature of mind, restore the diminished life, May it be unchanging, indestructible, pervading like space! Pray with great devotion and intense longing: 'Guru Bimala Mitra Hari Nisa Ayushe Hum Nri Dza Siddhi Pala Hum.' Through clear pronunciation and the heart essence of dependent arising, increase and stabilize the accomplishment of longevity. Perform offerings, praises, confessions, and gathering stages, etc. By striving in this way, if one is superior, one directly sees, or if one is intermediate, one sees in experience the mandala of the Vidyadhara longevity deities, hears the sound of recitation, or increases the life arrow and life substances, etc. If one is inferior, one dreams of the sky being clear, the sun and moon rising, climbing upwards, rivers swelling, flames burning, flowers and fruits flourishing, etc. These are signs of accomplishment, therefore, the method of receiving accomplishment is: rising early in the morning, expanding the main practice, visualizing oneself and the front as inseparable, the front generation becoming particularly clear, reciting, performing the Tsog Khorlo (gathering wheel), confessing, descending blessings, joining palms and praying: 'I prostrate to the feet of the venerable Bimala Mitra! Please bless my continuum to mature and liberate! Pacify adverse conditions, diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles, and grant the accomplishment of deathless life and wisdom!' Praying in this way, place the vase on the crown of the head and recite: 'Hum Hri! From the longevity vase that gathers the essence of the heart, grant the accomplishment of longevity to those who are fortunate! Through the empowerment of the indestructible Vajra life, may we attain the stainless, deathless rainbow body!' Recite the root mantra, drink the vase water, take the pills and recite: 'With the essence of skillful means and wisdom Bodhicitta, and the essence of the life of Samsara and Nirvana gathered, with the compassion of blessings gathering the essence of substances, by consuming this, may we obtain the Vajra life!' Recite the root mantra and enjoy, take the nectar and recite: 'In the Bhāṇḍa of Dharmadhatu, gathering the essence of Samsara and Nirvana, blessing in the state of bliss and emptiness inseparable, practicing this, may the body and mind be filled with stainless bliss, may we obtain the supreme self-born wisdom life!' Recite the root mantra and taste, recite: 'The deathless Vajra body, the unmoving Vajra speech, the unchanging Vajra mind, may life increase completely! Bhrum Bhrum Bhrum!' Through recitation, all the life essence and essence are gathered into the Hum at the heart, in the Hum, visualize the green Nri syllable clearly, the body is stable as if covered by a Vajra armor, integrate Dharmadhatu and awareness, scatter flowers, and recite: 'Enjoy the glory of unchanging life, may the activities of hearing, thinking, and meditating be perfected, may the benefit of others be immeasurably increased through teaching, debating, and composing, may it be spontaneously accomplished like Bimala Mitra!'
