莲师如是说：‘身着青色外衣，装饰华丽，手持珍贵金柄，以绿松石细线点缀。右手摇动桦树手鼓，为修行者开启神通之门。左手持着明镜，清晰地映照出世间万象。或者手持药匣，解除众生的疾病。此外，诸如天神、龙族、药神等，所有具有神通者，如云般汇聚。观想他们无一遗漏，圆满具足。如此观想自身与前方，心间的光芒向十方放射，从各自的处所迎请他们降临，融入所观想的本尊之中。’ 奏响乐器，焚烧白色香料，升起袅袅桑烟。 ‘祈请！从法界之中迎请，慈悲的药师佛，为了利益众生而降临于此。顶礼膜拜，供养祈请，恳求成就。’ ‘祈请！从自性法界之中迎请，智慧女神三姐妹降临。从虚空法界的坛城之中，药神三姐妹降临。从冈底斯雪山的圣地，神变之神三姐妹降临。从神圣的天界，白色智慧童子降临。’ 以虔诚的信仰和誓言，以感同身受的悲悯之心，如同孩子呼唤母亲一般，以清澈的声音呼唤我。不要被其他事物所迷惑，以恳切的心意呼唤我。请降临到这修法之地，请降临到这供养之地，请降临到这依止之地，请降临到这精华和本尊之前。请降临到银色明镜的光芒之中，请降临到白色桦树手鼓的声响之中，请降临到糌粑、饮品的精华之中。为了享用药物、谷物和珍宝，以及各种供品而降临。 药神三姐妹和白色智慧童子，请忆起往昔的誓言，毫不迟疑地迅速降临到此地。 ‘祈请！以此智慧药树的烟供，供养药神和仙人，供养持明者和具有神通者，供养药神三姐妹，供养白色智慧童子，供养赡洲十二地母，供养守护藏地的药神，供养冈底斯雪山的药神，供养居住在岩石中的药神，供养居住在草原上的药神，供养居住在森林中的药神，供养居住在湖泊中的药神，供养居住在空中的药神，供养两万三千种药神。’ ‘祈请！向智慧药神三姐妹，献上糌粑和各种供品。献上药物和食物的精华。’

Lamas said: 'Adorned with a beautiful blue robe, embellished with precious gold handles and turquoise threads. The right hand holds and shakes a birch bark drum, bestowing clairvoyance upon practitioners. The left hand holds a clear mirror, vividly displaying all phenomena of existence. Alternatively, holding a medicine box, alleviating the diseases of beings. Furthermore, gods, nagas, medicine deities, and all those with clairvoyance gather like clouds. Visualize them completely and perfectly. Thus, visualize the light radiating from the heart of both oneself and the visualized deity, emanating in all directions. Invite them from their respective abodes to dissolve into the visualized support.' Play musical instruments, burn white incense, and send up fragrant smoke. 'Kye! From the realm of Dharma, we invite the Buddha of Medicine, the embodiment of compassion, to descend for the benefit of beings. We prostrate, offer, and request attainments.' 'Kye! From the realm of inherent nature, we invite the three wisdom goddess sisters to come forth. From the mandala of the realm of space, the three medicine goddess sisters come forth. From the sacred site of Mount Kailash, the three miraculous goddess sisters come forth. From the sacred abode of the gods, the white wisdom youth comes forth.' With faithful devotion and vows, with empathetic compassion, like a child calling to its mother, I call to you with a clear voice. Without being distracted by other things, I call to you with earnest intention. Please come to this place of practice, please come to this place of offering, please come to this place of reliance, please come to this essence and support. Please come to the radiance of the silver mirror, please come to the sound of the white birch bark drum, please come to the essence of tsampa and beverages. Come to partake of medicine, grains, and jewels, and various offerings. Three medicine goddess sisters and the white wisdom youth, please remember your past vows and swiftly come to this place without hesitation. 'Kye! With this smoke offering of the wisdom medicine tree, we offer to the medicine gods and sages, we offer to the vidyadharas and those with clairvoyance, we offer to the three medicine goddess sisters, we offer to the white wisdom youth, we offer to the twelve terrestrial goddesses of Jambudvipa, we offer to the medicine gods who protect Tibet, we offer to the medicine gods of Mount Kailash, we offer to the medicine gods who dwell in rocks, we offer to the medicine gods who dwell in grasslands, we offer to the medicine gods who dwell in forests, we offer to the medicine gods who dwell in lakes, we offer to the medicine gods who dwell in the sky, we offer to the twenty-three thousand minor medicine gods.' 供养！ 白三甜三供养！ 各自喜好的供品全部供养！ 享用这和谐的誓言之物！ 赐予我成就！ 在世间显现世间！ 向智慧童子白尊者，供养炒面、奶茶！ 供养精华的供品！ 赐予不杂于显有世间、无遮蔽的证悟！ 舍 (Hrīḥ) 各个方向的那边，太阳落下的那边，天地之间的中间，山崖和雪山的交界处，云雾缭绕，彩虹五色交织，细雨绵绵，清澈的河水潺潺流淌，香味扑鼻，白雪在天空闪耀，绿色的草地广阔，各种鲜花盛开，药用树木茂盛，野生动物奔跑嬉戏，蓝色的蜜蜂嗡嗡飞舞，珊瑚的吊坠闪闪发光，海螺的挂饰洁白无瑕，玛瑙光芒四射，各种供品丰富，钹的乐声清脆，美妙的歌声悠扬。 在那样的处所，居住着智慧医神三尊！ 周围环绕着无数的药神。 白色的智慧药神，清晰地显示显有世间的一切所知。 黄色的言说药神女，将一切善恶传入耳中。 红色的敏锐洞察言说女，无论询问什么，都如实回答。 美丽的容颜光彩照人，动听的笛声悠扬，珍贵的耳饰闪耀，珍珠项链晶莹剔透，穿着带有珊瑚点的白色丝绸衣裳，佩戴着美丽的蓝色装饰，在闪耀的金色绸缎上，压着绿松石的金刚杵。 右手拿着响亮的巴林笛，为修行者传递美妙的声音，左手拿着明亮如镜的镜子，以及装满药王的钵盂，清晰地显示一切显有世间，消除众生的疾病痛苦，成为具有誓言者的护法，斩断违背誓言者的命根。 来到这里，享用和谐的誓言之物！ 清净的誓言就在这里，明亮的白银镜子就在这里，悦耳的白色巴林笛就在这里。 现在请来到供品和所依处！ 您是上师传承的本尊，我是弟子传承的祈请者，祈请之时不要迟疑，召唤之时不要回避，恳请之时不要懈怠，侍奉之时不要疏远。 朗朗之声融入妙音之中！ 嘉！

Offerings! White three, sweet three offerings! All offerings that please each one are offered! Partake of these harmonious samaya substances! Grant me accomplishment! Manifest existence in the world! To the white Yeshe Keuchung (wisdom young boy), offer fried flour and milk tea! Offer the choicest of offerings! Grant the unadulterated vision of reality, unobscured by appearances! Hrīḥ In each direction, over there, where the sun sets, in the space between heaven and earth, at the boundary of cliffs and snow mountains, amidst swirling clouds and mists, where the five-colored rainbow shimmers, where the drizzle falls softly, where the clear rivers flow, where fragrant incense wafts, where white snow glitters in the sky, where turquoise meadows stretch, where various flowers bloom, where medicinal trees flourish, where wild animals frolic, where blue bumblebees buzz, where coral pendants dangle, where conch shells gleam, where agate shines, where various offerings abound, where cymbals resound, where melodious songs echo. In such a place resides the Yeshe Menpa (wisdom doctor) triad! Surrounded by countless Lha Men (divine doctors). The white Yeshe Lha Men (wisdom divine doctor) clearly reveals all knowable phenomena of existence. The yellow Smra-byed Lha Men (speaking divine doctor) whispers all good and bad into the ear. The red Rno-mthong Smra-byed Ma (sharp-seeing speaking mother) answers truthfully whatever is asked. Her beautiful face radiates light, her melodious flute plays, her precious earrings shimmer, her pearl necklaces glisten, she wears a white silk dress with cinnabar dots, adorned with beautiful blue ornaments, on a shining golden cloth, she holds a turquoise vajra. In her right hand, she holds a resounding baling (flute), conveying sweet sounds to practitioners, in her left hand, she holds a clear mirror and a bowl filled with medicinal herbs, clearly showing all phenomena, alleviating the suffering of beings from disease, acting as a protector for those who keep their vows, severing the life force of those who break their vows. Come here, partake of these harmonious samaya substances! Pure samaya is here, the clear silver mirror is here, the melodious white baling is here. Now come to the offerings and supports! You are the deity of the guru lineage, I am the supplicant of the disciple lineage, do not hesitate when supplicated, do not turn away when summoned, do not be lazy when entreated, do not be distant when served.
