应当努力守持誓言。为了守护这些誓言，请复诵以下内容，如‘གཙོ་བོས་ཇི་ལྟར’（藏文，如同主尊一般）等，并如通常一样献上感恩曼荼罗。之后的会供等也按照仪轨的顺序进行，即可成就。 对于智慧低下、没有神通的人来说，就像在黑暗中射箭一样难以命中目标。因此，愿所有参与此法的人，都能凭借这份善业，清楚地看到取舍之处！ 这段文字是噶玛·阿旺·云丹嘉措·洛哲塔耶（Karma Ngagwang Yonten Gyatso Lodro Thaye）在德威果迪（De Vikoti）的寂静处所写，阐明了与心髓灌顶仪轨大小相关的部分，愿吉祥增上！

One should strive to keep the vows. To keep these vows, please repeat the following, such as 'གཙོ་བོས་ཇི་ལྟར' (Tibetan, Just like the main deity), etc., and offer the gratitude mandala as usual. Afterwards, the tsok offering, etc., should also be done according to the order of the ritual, and it will be accomplished. For those of low intelligence and without clairvoyance, it is as difficult as shooting an arrow in the dark. Therefore, may all who participate in this practice, through this virtue, clearly see what to accept and reject! This text, clarifying the parts related to the major and minor aspects of the Heart Essence empowerment ritual, was written by Karma Ngagwang Yonten Gyatso Lodro Thaye in the secluded place of De Vikoti.
