Spread throughout the upper and lower skies, Upper demons, gods, planets, and stars, Lower demons, earth lords, and theurang. Snatch the life bag from the hands of the spirits, Place the essence within the vase, Grant me the supreme accomplishment! May the assembly of deities and retinue, Gather the essence of the outer elements, Into the flesh, blood, warmth, wind, and mind, By absorbing them, may their qualities and strength increase, Endowed with glory and splendor, May the immortal vajra life be accomplished! Om Rulu Rulu Hum Bhyo Hum. Ayurjnana Tshe Bhrum. Thus, infuse the life essence into the vase and the substances for accomplishment. During the practice, complete deficiencies, offer praise, and confess transgressions. Dissolve the front mandala into oneself, and increase the life support at one's heart, as described in the lower part of the empowerment, dedicate the merit, make aspirations, and recite auspicious verses. It is said that the number of recitations for accomplishment is one hundred thousand. During the empowerment, one can accomplish the summoning of life and fully receive the empowerment, or receive the empowerment of samadhi. Bless the activity vase with the root mantra. Bathe the disciples, dispel obstacles, and visualize the protective circle. Generate the mind of enlightenment. As the text itself says: 'To accomplish the supreme accomplishment, first accomplish the immortal life.' Thus, accomplishment depends on the effort of practice, and practice depends on the practitioner, and the practitioner depends on longevity, so it is extremely important to first accomplish the accomplishment of life. Among the many methods of accomplishment, the deity mantra of glorious Yangdak is the most profound and excellent for accomplishing the supreme life of vidyadharas. Such a profound instruction is one of the seven heart practices brought forth from the realm of Orgyen Karma by the great tertön Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa, an emanation who tames beings, and is a part of the profound true heart essence of ultimate supreme accomplishment. Thus, connect by performing the profound longevity empowerment, etc., and have them offer a mandala. Pray to the lama, who is inseparable from the main deity of the mandala, with intense devotion, and repeat this: Heruka, Lord of Life! Consider me with compassion! La yang! For the sake of obtaining the longevity empowerment of the innermost essence of the secret mind, please grant it to me. (Repeat three times) I take refuge in the mandala deities, the Three Roots, and the ocean of victorious ones, and generate the mind of enlightenment. Please repeat after me: Namo! Lama, Three Jewels, etc., three times. Please clearly recall the meditation points of the Eight-Branched Confession and repeat after me: Vajra Master, Buddha Glorious! etc. To invoke the Wisdom Beings, please visualize as follows. Purify with the root mantra and action water. Purify with Maha Shunyata, etc. From emptiness, in the place where you reside, defeat the male and female life-stealing demons, and on the lotus and solar disc, the consciousness transforms into a red, blazing HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Great Compassion). From that syllable, rays of light emanate, gathering the life essence of samsara and nirvana, dissolving into it, completely transforming. You manifest as the glorious, great Yangdak (deity name), red and clear, with three faces and six arms. The first two hands are joined in prayer at the heart, holding a vase of longevity in between. The lower two right hands hold a vajra and a khatvanga. The lower two left hands hold a kapala and a bell. Adorned with glory and charnel ground ornaments, residing in the midst of a rainbow of flames in a gigantic posture. The consort, Dudjema, is reddish-yellow, holding a khatvanga and a vase of longevity, embracing the deity. The three places are marked with three syllables. In the heart, in the center of the crossed vajra, within the lunar and solar gau box, the syllable BHRUM (藏文：ཧྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूम，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable) blazes with five lights, marked with the essence of pure life force, A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：unborn), NRI (藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：guide), and HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：wrathful), surrounded by a red garland of Rulu mantras, visualize clearly. From the heart of the master, inseparable from the main deity of the mandala, emanate immeasurable rays of light.
