The empowerment of the auspicious longevity Vajra, the supreme vase of empowerment, the essence of the supreme and common longevity nectar, the great essence of white and red Bodhicitta, the great and supreme Heruka, spontaneously accomplished from the primordial space, the glorious accomplishment of the supreme longevity siddhi, the great lord of the Vajra life, believe that you have received the empowerment of the great self. After praising in this way, place it in three places and offer the vase water, Hūṃ! The unchanging mind's bindu is great, may the life of the supreme Vajra be accomplished, the unchanging body's bindu is great, may you receive the empowerment of being free from aging and decline, the indestructible speech's Vajra life, may you receive the endless Brahma's life, the infallible mind's supreme life, may you attain the immortal great bliss. Oṃ Rulu Rulu Hūṃ Bhyo Hūṃ! Kāya Vāka Citta Jñāna Tshe Bhrūṃ Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Āyurjñāna Tshe Bhrūṃ! Place the arrow and banner crosswise in five places, with the unchanging and indestructible five bodies, life is increased, gathering the essence of the five elements, absorbed into flesh, blood, warmth, breath, and life, having obtained the unchanging and indestructible life, may you possess the Vajra life. 以莲花宝座稳固，光彩焕发。 日月宝匣，盛满半月形的甘露，上下交叠，以十字交叉的犄角结成，并饰以半个金刚杵。 身体光彩夺目，闪耀着光辉，在五个部位，各自以五种智慧的自性喜悦来标记。 身体外部被金刚自性的光网所覆盖，观想其坚不可摧。 念诵缘起咒（rten snying）和吉祥咒（bkra shis），以及苏帕提斯塔（སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛ་，梵文：सुप्रतिष्ठ，梵文罗马拟音：Supratiṣṭha，汉语字面意思：善安住），并散花。 誓言的宣告和受持，按照共同的方式进行。 事业的后续步骤，也如前所述。 以真实成就的长寿精华， 使命脉稳固如不坏金刚。 将甘露的份额布施给众生， 以此布施平息时劫的怖畏。 这是化身大伏藏师母子及其眷属所劝请，并因迫切需要而结合在一起的。 由不朽丹尼二世·雍仲林巴（'chi med bstan gnyis g.yung drung gling pa）在宗肖德谢杜帕（rdzong shod bde gshegs 'dus pa）大殿所作，愿吉祥增上！

Firmly established on a lotus seat, radiating splendor. The lunar and solar amulets, filled with crescent-shaped nectar, overlapping above and below, tied with a crisscrossing knot of horns, and adorned with half a vajra. The body is radiant, shining with brilliance, marked in five places with the nature of the five wisdoms, each swirling with joy. The outer body is covered with a net of vajra-nature light, visualize it as indestructible. Recite the mantra of interdependence (rten snying) and the auspicious mantra (bkra shis), as well as Supratiṣṭha (སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛ་, Sanskrit: सुप्रतिष्ठ, Romanized Sanskrit: Supratiṣṭha, Literal meaning: Well-established), and scatter flowers. The declaration and upholding of vows, proceed in the common manner. The subsequent steps of the activity, also as mentioned above. With the essence of true accomplishment's longevity, May the life force be stable as an indestructible vajra. By giving the share of nectar to many beings, May this generosity pacify the fears of the age. This was requested by the incarnate great treasure revealer, mother and son and their retinue, and combined due to urgent need.
