Blessing the rosary with recitation. The second part is the actual empowerment ceremony: first, the disciples are bathed, demons are expelled, a protective circle is established, and the mind of enlightenment is clarified. The wisdom heart essence of all the Tathagatas is gathered into one, becoming the master of the lineage and the ocean of mandalas, namely, the Bhagavan Glorious Vajrasattva. In order to quickly accomplish the supreme siddhi of Mahasukha Mahamudra, appearing as the blazing form of the Great Heruka, namely, the Glorious Yangdak, the sole accomplisher. Based on the profound and vast collections of tantras and transmissions, the Vidyadharas who have attained supreme siddhi have explained the oral instructions into various precepts. Among them, the Great Vajra Master Padmakara and Nubchen Sangye Yeshe spread the supreme siddhi of Yangdak Mahamudra in this land of Tibet. There are many precepts such as single month, nine, twenty-one, and fifty-eight. The Kalachakra, Chakrasamvara, Hevajra, etc., which are well-known in the New Tantras, are merely different in name and form to suit the inclinations of the beings to be tamed. Their essence is the manifestation of the Glorious Dakini Illusion Yangdak Great Bliss. And what is to be explained now, as the scripture says: 'In the tantras, transmissions, and oral instructions, the method of accomplishing the Great Glorious Yangdak, which is taught in the manner of the two truths, is the essence of the essence.' As stated in the scripture, this is the essence of all the Yangdak accomplishment methods taught in all the tantras, transmissions, and oral instructions. This is the wisdom inseparable from the Yangdak accomplisher Namkhai Nyingpo, the common master of all wise and accomplished ones, one of the seven great empowerments possessed by the emanation Great Treasure Revealer Padma Osel Do-ngak Lingpa, namely, the profound whispered transmission Dharma cycle.
