Therefore, internal fire offerings and other enjoyments, as well as activities such as sleeping, waking, walking, sitting, eating, and dressing, should be in accordance with yoga, making them meaningful. In this way, through the order of the four sessions, perform any of the three types of approach practice: time, number, or signs. As it is said in the ritual text: 'When the time is fulfilled or signs appear, accomplishments will be attained.' The fulfillment of time means taking time as the standard, not exceeding the agreed-upon time of one year or several months. Among these, the best is one year, the intermediate is six months, and the least is one month, etc. The fulfillment of number means taking the number as the standard, reciting 250,000, 170,000, or 90,000 mantras, etc. At the very least, one should recite 100,000 mantras. The appearance of signs means taking signs as the standard, continuing until signs of attaining accomplishment appear in manifestation, experience, or dreams. Third, the subsequent practice is attaining accomplishment. In this way, whether it is approach practice of time, number, or signs, from the evening session of the day before liberation, up to the offerings, torma, and praises, proceed as before. During recitation, visualize oneself as the Samaya-sattva (Vajrasattva), separate from the nature of the Wisdom-sattva (Jñānasattva) of the deity in front, and abide in the space in front. From one's heart, emit the light of the mantra, creating joy in body, speech, and mind as an offering. Visualize all the accomplishments of the body, speech, and mind of the Sugatas (Buddhas) transforming into light, merging into one's three places like snow falling into the ocean, thereby attaining accomplishment, and add 'Sarva Siddhi phala Hum' at the end of the mantra. Again, dispel obstacles, visualize the protective wheel, perform the wrathful empowerment and confession, and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. In order to accomplish the benefit of beings, make vows. Bestow blessings, generate splendor. Offer blood-torma offerings, and then guide the guests. Hum! Great Vajra Heruka, Vajra Krodha Ishvari Yum. The deity I practiced in the past, I now practice in non-duality. Through the deity practiced and visualized, please grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. Om Rulu Rulu Hum Bhyo Hum! Kauri Cauri Pramoha, Beta Pukka Ghasmari, Sma Sani Dang Chandali, the eight mothers of the places, the deity I practiced in the past, I now practice in non-duality. Through the deity practiced and visualized, please grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. Om Rulu Rulu Hum Bhyo Hum! Hum! The unchanging Yungdrung (Swastika) long life accomplishment, as well as the unobstructed accomplishment, and the continuous samadhi (meditative concentration)...
