་མི་ཟ༔ ཞེས་དང་། བདེན་སྟོབས་སྔར་བཞིན་བརྗོད་པའི་མཐར། ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་གསོན་གྱི་དུས་སུ་ཚེ་ལ་བར་དུ་ 24-12-3b གཅོད་ཅིང་། གཤིན་གྱི་དུས་ན་སྡིག་པ་སྦྱོང་བ་ལ་བར་དུ་གཅོད་པའི་གདོན་བགེགས་ཐམས་ཅད་གཏོར་མ་འདིས་ཚིམ་པར་གྱིས་ལ་འདིར་མ་གནས་པར་གཞན་དུ་དེངས་ཤིག །གལ་ཏེ་མི་འགྲོ་ན་ཁྲོ་བོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་མེ་རབ་ཏུ་འབར་བ་འདིས་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མགོ་བོ་ཚལ་པ་བརྒྱར་འགས་པར་འགྱུར་ཏ་རེ། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་པདྨཱན་ཏ་ཀྲྀ་ཏ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་བ་འབྱུང་པོ་ཨུ་ཙ་ཏ་ཡ་ཕཊ༔ ཅེས་བཟླ་ཞིང་གུ་གུལ་གྱིས་བདུག །ཡུངས་ཐུན་གྱིས་བྲབ། རོལ་མོའི་སྒྲ་དྲག་པོ་དང་བཅས་པས་གཏོར་མ་ཕྱི་རོལ་དུ་དོར་ཏེ་དྲག་པོའི་སྦྱོང་བའོ། །བདུན་པ་སྔགས་རྒྱས་སྡིག་པ་ཕྲལ་བ་ནི། བདག་ཉིད་གར་དབང་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོར་གསལ་བའི་ལག་པ་གཡས་ཀྱི་སོར་མོ་ལྔ་ལ་ཧྲཱིཿར་ཙ་ཧྲི་ཡ། གཡོན་གྱི་སོར་མོ་ལྔ་ལ་མ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མཚན་པ་རིགས་ལྔའི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་བཅུར་གྱུར་པར་བསམ་ལ། ཨོཾ་སུ་ར་ཏ་སྟྭཾ༔ ཞེས་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར། བཛྲ་ཨཉྫ་ལིས་སོར་མོ་བསྣོལ། བཛྲ་བྷནྡྷ་བཾ༔ ཞེས་བཅིངས་པས། རིགས་ལྔའི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་རྣམས་མཉམ་པར་སྦྱོར་བར་བསམ་ལ། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྷའི་རྩ་སྔགས་སྦྲེལ་བའི་མཐར། བཛྲ་བྷནྡྷ་ཏྲ་ཐ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་པྲ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཕཊ༔ ཞེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་། ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བཀྲོལ་ཏེ་རྟེན་ལ་བྱབས་པས། ལྷ་རྣམས་མཉམ་པར་སྦྱོར་བའི་སྐུ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་ཉི་འོད་ལྟ་བུ་འཕྲོས། དམིགས་ཡུལ་གྱི་ལུས་ལ་རེག་པས་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྦྱང་བར་བསམ་མོ། །བརྒྱད་པ་ཕྱིར་ཟློག་གིས་སྡིག་པ་ཕྲལ་བ་ནི། ཡུངས་དཀར་ལ་རྩ་སྔགས་དང་དྲག་སྔགས་སོགས་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱོང་གི་ 24-12-4a གཟུངས་བྱིན་ཅན་མང་དུ་བཟླས་པའི་ནུས་པ་བསྟིམས་ཏེ་རྩ་སྔགས་རྣམས་སྦྲེལ་བའི་མཐར། ཨོཾ་ད་ཧ་ད་ཧ་ནས། བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔ ཅེས་བཟླ་ཞིང་། རྟེན་ལ་བྲབས་པས། སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཉི་མས་བ་མོ་བཞུ་བ་བཞིན་དག་པར་བསམ་མོ། །དགུ་པ་ཁྲུས་ཀྱིས་སྡིག་པ་སྦྱོང་བ་ནི། ཁྲུས་བུམ་གྱིས་མིང་བྱང་སོགས་རྟེན་བཀྲུས་པས་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་རྣམས་དུད་ཁུ་བཞིན་ཐོན་ནས་ལུས་ཤེལ་སྒོང་ལྟར་དག་པར་བསམ་ལ། ཧཱུྃ༔ ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆུ་བོ་ཁྲུས་ཀྱི་རྫིང་༔ དུག་གསུམ་སྒྲིབ་པ་དག་བྱེད་འདིས༔ ཚེ་འདས་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཁྲུས་གསོལ་བས༔ སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་སུ་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཤོག༔ ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་དྲུག་ཁྲུས་ཀྱི་ཆུ༔ བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆུ་ཡིས་ཁྲུས་བྱས་པས༔ རྒྱུད་དྲུག་བག་ཆགས་གཏན་སྦྱངས་ནས༔ ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་དྲུག་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཤོག༔ ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ལྡན་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆུས༔ དུག་ལྔའི་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཀུན་བཀྲུས་པས༔ ཕུང་པོ་ལྔ་པོ་གནས་འགྱུར་ནས༔ ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་རུ་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཤོག༔ ཅེས་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་རེ་རེའི་མཐར་རྩ་སྔགས་ལ་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱོང་གི་སྔགས་བཏགས་པ་བཟླ

‘མི་ཟ’ (mi za)——不要吃！并且如前所述诵读真言的力量。死者在生时中断寿命，死后在净化罪孽时进行阻碍的所有邪魔，愿你们都对这个朵玛感到满足，不要留在这里，去别的地方！如果你们不走，愤怒本尊智慧的金刚，以熊熊燃烧的火焰，会将你们的头劈成一百块！嗡 班杂 卓达 贝玛 达嘎 哲达 哈亚 哲瓦 炯波 欧杂 达亚 帕！(Om Vajra Krodha Padmantaka Krita Hayagriva Bhuta Utsataya Phat!) 念诵并用古古香熏，用芥子击打，伴随着强烈的乐器声，将朵玛扔到外面，这是猛烈的净化。 第七，以咒语和手印分离罪孽：观想自己是自在的观世音菩萨，右手的五指上有舍 (Hrih)，左手的五指上有玛哈里尼萨 (Maharini Sa)，象征着五部空行母及其父母，化为十尊。合掌念诵：嗡 索惹达 斯瓦 (Om Surata Tvam)。结金刚合掌印，手指交叉念诵：班杂 班达 旺 (Vajra Bandha Vam)。观想五部空行母及其父母交合。在坛城本尊的根本咒语之后，念诵：班杂 班达 扎塔 萨瓦 巴巴 扎贝 萨亚 帕 (Vajra Bandha Tratha Sarva Papam Praveshaya Phat)。解开手印，洒在所依物上。观想诸佛交合之身发出如阳光般的光芒，接触到目标之身，净化所有的罪障。 第八，以遣除法分离罪孽：将白芥子中融入念诵多次的根本咒语和猛咒等净障真言的力量，在根本咒语之后念诵：嗡 达哈 达哈 纳萨 比修提 吽 帕 (Om Daha Daha Nasa Vishuddhe Hum Phat)。击打所依物，观想所有的罪障如阳光融化冰霜般被净化。 第九，以沐浴净化罪孽：用沐浴宝瓶清洗名牌等所依物，观想罪障如烟雾般排出，身体如水晶球般清净。吽！智慧之河，沐浴之池，以此能净化三毒和罪障。为亡者您沐浴，愿身语意圆满成就！六度波罗蜜的沐浴之水，以甘露之水沐浴，愿彻底净化六道习气，圆满六度波罗蜜！以具足五智的甘露之水，洗净五毒的罪障，愿五蕴转为五智，圆满成就！念诵每一偈之后，念诵根本咒语，并加上净障咒语。

'Mi za' - Do not eat! And at the end of stating the power of truth as before, all the obstructing demons who interrupt the life of the deceased when they were alive, and who obstruct the purification of sins when they are dead, may you be satisfied with this torma, and do not stay here, go elsewhere! If you do not go, the vajra of the wrathful wisdom, blazing with fire, will shatter your heads into a hundred pieces! Om Vajra Krodha Padmantaka Krita Hayagriva Bhuta Utsataya Phat! Recite and fumigate with gugul. Strike with mustard seeds. Throw the torma outside with loud musical sounds, this is the fierce purification. Seventh, separating sins with mantras and mudras: Visualize yourself as the compassionate Avalokiteshvara, the five fingers of the right hand marked with Hrih, and the five fingers of the left hand marked with Maharini Sa, symbolizing the five classes of dakinis and their consorts, transformed into ten deities. Join the palms and recite: Om Surata Tvam. Interlock the fingers in the vajra anjali mudra and recite: Vajra Bandha Vam. Visualize the five classes of dakinis and their consorts uniting. After the root mantra of the mandala deity, recite: Vajra Bandha Tratha Sarva Papam Praveshaya Phat. Release the mudra and sprinkle it on the support. Visualize rays of light like sunlight emanating from the bodies of the uniting deities, touching the body of the object and purifying all sins and obscurations. Eighth, separating sins with reversal: Infuse white mustard seeds with the power of reciting the root mantra and fierce mantras, etc., many times, and at the end of connecting the root mantras, recite: Om Daha Daha Nasa Vishuddhe Hum Phat. Strike the support, visualizing all sins and obscurations being purified like the sun melting frost. Ninth, purifying sins with bathing: Wash the support such as the nameplate with the bathing vase, visualizing the sins and obscurations coming out like smoke, and the body becoming pure like a crystal ball. Hum! The river of wisdom, the pool of bathing, with this, purify the three poisons and obscurations. By bathing the deceased, may body, speech, and mind be spontaneously accomplished! The water of bathing of the six paramitas, by bathing with the water of nectar, may the habits of the six realms be completely purified, and may the six paramitas be perfected! With the nectar water endowed with the five wisdoms, wash away all the obscurations of the five poisons, may the five aggregates be transformed into the five wisdoms, and may they be spontaneously accomplished!
