Visualization: Above the lunar disc in the heart, there is a red radiant (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) syllable, surrounded by the six-character mantra. Visualize light radiating from the (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) syllable, inviting the wisdom deity of self-nature, merging into oneself. Visualize being blessed by body, speech, and mind, and receiving empowerment from the five wisdoms. Visualize light radiating from the heart essence (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) syllable, offering to the Buddhas, purifying the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings, transforming all beings into Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara. The light retracts, transforming into the essence of body, speech, and mind, blessings and attainments merging into oneself. Visualize in meditation, the six-character mantra rotating counterclockwise around the heart essence (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) syllable. Recite: Om Mani Padme Hum Hri (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ). The second step is: Arrange the white torma and golden drink. If you understand the blessing and dedication methods of Lama Gongdu, that is best. Or follow the common practice of maturation. The third step is: Place the vase filled with essence, adorned with a white neck cord, and the activity vase, similarly adorned with a green neck cord, on the base. Arrange the outer offerings. Recite: Ram Yam Kham (Tibetan: རྃ་ཡྃ་ཁྃ). From the pure nature of the Dharmadhatu, the naturally arising piles of offerings, like the clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings, fill the boundless sky. Om Vajra Argham (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨརྒྷཾ་) ... Shabda Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཤབྡ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ). After blessing, purify with स्वाभाव. From emptiness, within the precious palace of the vase, on the lotus, sun, and moon cushion, visualize the noble Namkhai Gyalpo with consort Sangwa Yeshe, along with White and Green Tara, Vasudhara, Guhyasamaja, the Thousand Buddhas, the Sixteen Heroic Bodhisattvas and Consorts, the Six Munis, and the Four Great Wrathful Ones, surrounded, marked with three syllables (seed syllables) at the three places, and emitting light. Invite the wisdom deity from its natural abode. Om Arya Avalokiteshvara Sapariwara Vajra Samaja (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱརྱ་ཨ་བ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ས་པ་རི་བཱ་ར་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ). Jah Hum Bam Hoh (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ). Visualize the samaya being and wisdom being as inseparable. With just this visualization, briefly perform the offerings and praises according to the activity ritual. From their heart essence, light radiates, purifying the obscurations of sentient beings, offering to the noble ones, the light retracts and merges into the deities in the vase. Take the mantra cord, recite the ten-syllable mantra, the long mantra, and the general mantra of the main deity and retinue, to the best of your ability. Finally, visualize light radiating from your own heart, coiling around the mantra cord, striking the hearts of the main deity and retinue, and everything transforming into nectar. After visualizing in this way, in the activity vase, perform the generation and recitation of Vajravidāraṇa, as well as the entrustment of activities, according to the meaning empowerment. The fourth step is the deity: On the mandala platform, place as many drops of scented water as there are deities, and arrange flowers. Arrange the outer offerings, bless the medicine and torma, according to the activity ritual or as mentioned above. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If performing extensively, one should generate the Samaya Being as in the ritual manual, from the merging of the Wisdom Being up to the praises. It is said that one should also offer a Tsok offering. If performing briefly, in the self-arisen wisdom palace of the mandala, which is the basis of accomplishment, place the sun and moon cushions, etc., as in the generation of the upper vase. Recite one auspicious verse for the invitation, and recite praises or 'ye-bsre'. Make offerings and praises as appropriate, and then make the following supplication: Ho! Listen, Lord of the Mandala! Assembly of deities of great compassion! I beseech you to heed me completely! For the sake of offering to the Noble Ones and their retinue, And for the sake of your disciples following in your footsteps, I, named Vajradhara, will draw the mandala of the Victorious Ones tomorrow, Please consider me with great compassion, And grant me your blessings! Say these words. At this time, on a white circular platform, stack circular pieces of wood. Place whatever ingredients for burning are available, such as sesame seeds and mustard seeds. Visualize the entire mandala deity instantaneously appearing clearly within the blazing fire, and with faith that they accept the burning substances offered as nectar in white form, pray that they perform the peaceful activities. Add the ending phrase to the principal deity and retinue's mantra: 'May all disharmony and obstacles be pacified for us, ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭ་ཧཱ༔ (Tibetan: ཞཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: शान्तिं कुरु ये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: śāntiṃ kuru ye svāhā, Literal meaning: Peace, do, may it be fulfilled)' offer it as many times as possible and leave it without focusing on it. Fifth, regarding the disciple: Cover the mandala, etc., with a curtain. Prepare scented water, a toothbrush, a five-colored intertwined protection cord, and kusha grass. Have the disciples bathe outside. Inside, perform the ritual of scattering and collecting flowers, and if desired, explain the Dharma of cause and effect in general. In brief, first, clearly generate Bodhicitta. This is for the sake of saving all sentient beings who pervade all the Buddhafields, as limitless as the sky, especially those beings born in the dark realm of red faces, who are protected by a kindness greater than even the Buddhas. For the practice of Avalokiteśvara, countless methods have been taught in the four classes of tantras, and the accomplished masters of India have integrated these methods into practical instructions. Among these, especially outstanding is Padmasambhava, the Lord of the World, who manifested as the great Vajra Master and became the protector of the beings to be tamed in the Land of Snows. When he was residing in the upper story of the great Tsuklakhang (temple) of Rasa Trulnang, in front of the images of the Seven Buddhas, King Trisde Yabse and his sons, and the ministers and consorts such as the Dakini Tso'gyal, made supplications: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
