May I receive the empowerment! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ! Sarva citta paṃ abhiṣiñca hrīḥ! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：sarva citta pam abhiṣiñca hrīḥ，all mind, let me be empowered, hrīḥ!) Thus, in the mandala of profound secret ultimate truth, may I receive the fourth empowerment. May the impurities of wisdom be cleansed, may I have the authority to practice the Great Perfection of awareness and emptiness, may the power of the path be established in the end, and may I be made fortunate to realize the essence of wisdom vajra, the nature body. Fifth, the empowerment of the final support: Placing the three seals in the three places, may your three doors ripen into body, speech, and mind, inseparable and immutable from the three secrets of all victors, and be blessed. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ! By the empowerment of the three secrets and hand seals of all Sugatas of the three times, from the purification of the clinging to the three doors, may I receive the empowerment of body, speech, and mind. Oṃ sarva tathāgata mahākāya vāk citta vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata mahākāya vāk citta vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ，all tathagatas, great body speech mind vajra nature, I am that!) Scatter flowers. Oṃ! By the complete empowerment and blessing, may the three aspects of body, speech, and mind become divine, and may the power and accomplishment of mastering samsara and nirvana be bestowed! Recite Ye Dharma and make it firm. Grant the feast offerings, and by enjoying the samaya food, may you gain the power to freely enjoy the self-arisen, uncontaminated great bliss of all samsara and nirvana. Ho! By the empowerment of the feast offerings, may the perfection of generosity be completed, may you always be rich in enjoyment, and may you gain mastery over the treasury of space! Oṃ vajra āyuḥ śrī hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra āyuḥ śrī hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ，oṃ, vajra life, auspicious, hūṃ, bhrūṃ, nṛ, jaḥ!) Abhiṣiñca āḥ! Sarva siddhi guṇa phala āveśaya āḥ! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：sarva siddhi guṇa phala āveśaya āḥ，all accomplishments, qualities, results, please descend here!) Present the eight auspicious symbols. By presenting the eight supreme substances blessed by the Tathagatas into your hands, may you gain the power to fully possess the auspicious glory of both worldly and transcendental realms. Hūṃ! White mustard seeds, kusha grass, bilva tree, gentian, plums, shellac, yogurt, mirror, and conch shell are all offered to you, may all auspiciousness be auspicious! Svasti sarva siddhi! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：svasti sarva siddhi，auspicious, all accomplishments!) Dharmāpati! Bhrūṃ bhrūṃ bhrūṃ! Abhiṣiñca āḥ! Hold the longevity vase. This longevity essence is gathered by the rays of light from the heart of the Bhagavan Amitayus, who appears vividly, collecting all the essence of samsara and nirvana, and entering the vase in his hand. From this, a stream of nectar descends, entering from the crown of your heads, and may you attain the accomplishment of immortal life and wisdom. Hūṃ! Secret assembly, great compassion Amitayus, unchanging and indestructible, may you obtain the increase of life force and soul, and grant the empowerment of immortal life! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ!
