大宝伏藏TD871《大悲观音秘密总集之瑜伽恒常灌顶仪轨·利生雨续》。 Ra Ling 大悲观音，恒常灌顶。 那摩 咕噜 洛给夏哇Ra雅 (藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ཡ།，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु लोकेश्वराय，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Guru Lokeśvarāya，汉语字面意思：顶礼上师观世音)。 以清净智慧四河水，涤荡四时之垢染，将四身甘露注心田，顶礼大悲自在尊。 于金刚处，凡夫智浅，妄测灌顶，实乃不智之举。然为慈悲摄受，权宜施设仪轨，祈请三根本赐予加持。 若已圆满获得大悲观音秘密总集坛城之灌顶，为令相续成熟之补特伽罗，于道时之灌顶传承及誓言得以恢复，自入坛城，或为每年次第修持大法会，欲引导具缘众生入坛城者，然无力广陈灌顶仪轨，则可依此简略之法行灌顶。此中有三：预备、正行、结行。 初中有二：陈设及修供之次第。初者，若与大法会相联，则须如修法仪轨中所述，备齐一切所需。于自入等时，于上妙之法座上，安置彩绘或堆砌之坛城，中央曼扎上，置具足圆满庄严及加持物之宝瓶。宝瓶上置须弥山形之朵玛（供品），其上置八瓣莲花，莲花上置饰以莲花堆及珍宝之宝瓶。备五部佛冠、本尊及手印等之擦擦（小泥像），经函、长寿朵玛。 拌合妙药、红肉、三甜之酒，明妃擦擦，水晶、镜子等下文所出之灌顶物。前方陈设药、血、朵玛三供，外供陈设成排。事业瓶、海螺、眼罩、鲜花等荟供之物，朵玛供品等皆须善为备办。 二者，若与大法会灌顶相联，则于念诵时，须特别加入宝瓶之念诵观想。若为饶益他人而行灌顶，则于此时入座。除此以外，从前行开始，皆如通常修法仪轨而行。于空性离戏之境界中……

With the river of fourfold pristine awareness, Washing away the stains of the four states, And pouring the nectar of the four kayas into the mind, To that lord of compassion, I pay homage. With the intellect of a common person in the vajra realm, Those of inferior mind who presumptuously partake in empowerment, May the lineage of the ritual, gathered with loving kindness, Be granted permission by the three roots to write. Those who have fully received the empowerment into the mandala of Great Compassion, Secret Assembly, and whose minds have been ripened, may enter themselves or gather fortunate assemblies into the mandala in connection with the continuous empowerment of the path and for the sake of restoring samaya, or in connection with the continuous performance of great sadhanas each year, but those who are unable to fully perform the extensive empowerment ritual may empower in this condensed manner, which has three parts: preparation, main part, and subsequent activities. The first has two parts: arrangement and the order of sadhana and offering. First, if it is connected with a great sadhana, then it is necessary to gather all the things that are explained in the sadhana text. At the time of self-entry, etc., on a good platform, place a painted or constructed mandala, and in the center, on a stand, place a vase with ornaments and filled with essence. On top of that, place a torma in the shape of Mount Meru, round at the top. On top of that, place an eight-petaled lotus, and on top of that, place a vase decorated with a lotus heap and jewels. Place the five families' crowns, chakras of deities and hand implements, etc., a scripture, a longevity torma. Arrange bhändza, medicine, chang mixed with three sweets, a consort chakra, crystal, mirror, etc., the substances of empowerment that will appear below. In front, arrange the three offerings of medicine, rakta, and torma. Arrange the outer offerings in rows. A karma vase, conch shell, blindfold, flowers, and all the equipment for the tsok. The types of torma offerings should be well gathered. Second, if it is connected with a great sadhana empowerment, then during the mantra recitation, especially combine the visualization of the vase mantra. When it is time to empower for the benefit of others, then enter here. Otherwise, from the preliminary practices onwards, do as in the usual sadhana method.
