Then, engage in mental recitation. At the end of the session, visualize the outer world and inner beings dissolving into light, their essence merging into (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आं, Sanskrit Romanization: āṃ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable Ah), thereby obtaining the Vajra life. In any case, when concluding the session, praise: 'The life and merit of the Tathagata, immeasurable qualities, wisdom, and splendor, the Dharmakaya Amitabha, I prostrate and praise the Bhagavan Amitayus.' After praising, the wisdom being returns to its natural abode. The Samaya being merges into the (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आं, Sanskrit Romanization: āṃ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable Ah) at the heart. Then, dissolve it into emptiness and abide in that state. Make the aspiration: 'May any son or daughter of good lineage, who diligently and continuously recites the mantra, realize the secret mantra and become the supreme guide of all sentient beings. May the son or daughter of good lineage, possessing supreme faith, regard the Guru as the supreme object of devotion, with devotion, considering the fruits of the three times as inseparable from the Buddha. Practicing the speech empowerment of Amitabha, may we attain the path of Vidyadhara and the supreme ultimate fruit, and from the endless ocean of Samsara, become the supreme guide to liberation.' Etc., do as much or as little as possible. Such continuous practice, like a flowing river, or practicing in a moderate way with a fixed number of sessions, or at least practicing yoga for a week, will result in obtaining the vast benefits as stated in the Sutras and Tantras. Two, Accomplishing the Twofold Purpose Offering: Clean the place and decorate it as much as possible, and in the center, display the statues of Amitabha and other sacred objects. Prepare twenty-five vases filled with essence, adorned with vase decorations and neck ornaments. Offerings can range from one hundred and eight to ten, as much as possible. Offer round, decorated Torma cakes, and keep them clean. Sprinkle with blessed Bsang water, and bless with the three syllables (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Om Ah Hum) and the Namkhai Nyingpo mantra. After completing the practice from self-generation to the dissolution stage, again, in an instant, visualize as the deity. Visualize in the space in front, from the (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable) syllable dissolving into light, transforming into a precious palace, with the lower two-thirds of the palace filled with an ocean of nectar, and in the center, on a lotus with eight petals of various colors, on the sun and moon cushion, visualize the red (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable Hrih). This (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable Hrih) syllable dissolves into light, transforming into a red lotus, covered with (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable Hrih) syllables. From the lotus, light radiates, accomplishing the two purposes of self and others. The light returns and merges into the lotus, the lotus dissolves into light, transforming into the body of Amitabha, the color of the body is red. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

尊者双手结禅定印,以各种相好和饰品庄严自身。他的右边是观世音菩萨(Chenrezig,慈悲的化身),左边是金刚手菩萨(Chakdor,力量的象征)。周围环绕着贤劫千佛(Buddhas of the fortunate eon)。

The venerable one is adorned with all the marks and embellishments, with his hands in the meditation mudra. To his right is Avalokiteśvara (Chenrezig, the embodiment of compassion), and to his left is Vajrapani (Chakdor, the symbol of power). Surrounding them are the thousand Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon. There is also an ocean of countless assemblies of Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, gods, and humans. At the crown of the clear master is a white Oṃ (seed syllable), at the throat is a red Āḥ (seed syllable), and at the heart is a clear blue Hūṃ (seed syllable). Then, reciting: 'Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ.' Due to the sound of the mantra and the music being played, Amitābha, the Protector, surrounded by Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Arhats, is invited from Sukhavati (the Pure Land of Bliss). Accompanied by the bell and drum, holding incense, recite: 'Hrīḥ! You are the protector of all beings, destroying the armies of demons and their retinues, knowing all things as they are. I invite the Bhagavan and his retinue to come to this place!' After inviting, recite: 'Bhagavan, it is wonderful that you have come here! We have immeasurable merit. Please accept my offerings and abide here!' Offer the seat with 'Padma kamalāya staṃ.' The offerings are as follows: 'Hrīḥ! Sugata, Bhagavan! With the wisdom of the ocean of Buddhas, in the endless ocean of existence, enjoy the supreme Samantabhadra cloud of offerings!' Recite: 'Oṃ pana peṃ penu surato tipu paramu sarva tathāgata siddhi hu samayo tamu sarva mahā sukha siddhi hā śrī vajra rāga dhūpe,' etc., to make offerings. Praise with verses such as 'The Life of the Tathagata.' Recitation is as follows: Holding the rosary, visualize red mantra syllables emanating from your heart, entwining the rosary, and then dissolving into the red Hrīḥ syllable above the moon at the heart of the deity in front, thereby stimulating the deity's compassion and accomplishing the two benefits. Recite: 'Oṃ Amitābha Hrīḥ' and 'Padma deva Hrīḥ Hūṃ,' as well as 'Āṃ Āḥ ro lik,' etc. If willing and able, one can also recite the long mantra of Amitābha. In any case, after every three hundred recitations of the three mantras, recite once the 'Samantabhadra Prayer' preceded by the seven-branch prayer. Repeating this as much as possible is very important for the rituals of both the living and the dead, as this mainly demonstrates the process of accumulating merit and purifying obscurations. Finally, also recite the prayers and aspirations to the three Dharma Kings. At the end of the recitation, if offering the torma, visualize the torma in a precious vessel as nectar in white and red form, and bless it with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Beseech the venerable one with the vajra tongue... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
