Holding the empowerment torma (གཏོར་མ།, bali, baliṃ, offering cake), recite: Hūṃ hrīḥ. The nature of the union of unborn and undying, The wheel of samsara and nirvana freely control the wish-fulfilling jewel, The assembly of torma (གཏོར་མ།, bali, baliṃ, offering cake) wisdom mudras, Empowering the fortunate child, Increasing life, merit, and power, May you obtain the freedom of fulfilling desires. Fifth, bestowing empowerment through reliance on auspicious substances: By enjoying the substances of skillful means and wisdom that gather the essence of samsara and nirvana, stability and change, may the channels, winds, and bindus ripen into stainless essence. Just as iron is transformed into gold through alchemy, firmly believe that you are established in the three vajras. Give a longevity pill in the right hand and longevity wine in the left hand. Hūṃ hrīḥ: The essence of all existence in the three thousand worlds, supreme means longevity pill, wisdom wine, this immortal longevity samaya substance, given to the fortunate child, may the power of channels, winds, and bindus increase, may all supreme and common siddhis be attained! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ amāraṇi jīvanti vajra āyuṣe ratna jñāna abhiṣiñca svāhā. Let them taste it. Thus, in order to ensure that the Vajra Longevity Empowerment does not decline and remains stable, generate the intention to protect and conceal longevity. Outwardly, like the goddesses of the five elements, inwardly, like the five mothers of the families, emanations from oneself spread throughout the world, all the blessings of the peaceful and wrathful deities of the five families of longevity, the gods, nagas, sages, vidyadharas, the life force of beings, and the essence of space, sun, moon, and the four elements. All gathered into light, absorbed into every pore of your skin, believe that you have attained the vajra life of no birth and no death! Place the longevity arrow crosswise on the crown of the head, touching both shoulders and the left and right waists. Hūṃ hrīḥ: Five families of Sugatas, Amitāyus, the purity of afflictions is the nature of wisdom, integrate longevity into this, increase merit! May you be auspicious! Mother of the nature of the five elements, if longevity diminishes from the realms of the four elements, may the five great mothers increase glory! For the three doors of the fortunate child, Amitāyus, the protector of the five families, may the blessings of body, speech, and mind be obtained, may the diminished life force be restored! Lotus, wheel, jewel, and vajra crossed mudra, may the unchanging secret blessing be obtained! Increase the five elements, life force, and glory, through the unchanging vajra empowerment, may the meaning of no birth and no death be realized! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ amāraṇi jīvanti vajra āyuṣe abhiṣiñca hūṃ. Inwardly, the longevity of the five skandhas and five elements diminishes, gathering the essence of the outer five elements, through the empowerment of the five families, firmly believe that you have become indestructible!
