Oṃ māma padma karma āyurjñāna abhiṣiñca hūṃ. Then bestow the longevity sprig. Hūṃ hrīḥ. The pure vessel of the torma is the Akanishta Khechara pure land, the longevity torma sprig is a lotus light palace. Guru Tso-kye Dorje (Guru who was born from a lake, Vajra) is the longevity deity, the non-dual father and mother are the lords of longevity, the essence of the victorious ones. The immortal nectar is the continuous lineage of the longevity sprig, all the longevity essence of the vidyadharas, at this time bestow the stainless, immortal siddhi. All the victorious ones, the gathering of vidyadharas in the Khechara, release from the primordial ground, never to return. Hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ. With the song of 'Hūṃ' and the gestures of dance, ignite the naked skill of awareness. Then give the longevity pill. Hūṃ hrīḥ. The power to control samsara and nirvana, the immortal longevity essence blazes, possessing eight supreme tastes, the splendor of glory gathers like a mass of light. Merely by touching and experiencing, one arrives at the basis of the rainbow body. Bestow the supreme essence of the immortal vajra upon the child. May one obtain the uncontaminated, indestructible, great bliss empowerment. Recite the longevity mantra, give the longevity chang amrita. Hūṃ hrīḥ. In the great bliss bhandha, in the expanse of dharmadhatu light, the pure essence of the victorious ones, vidyadhara fathers and mothers, merely by touching and experiencing, it is the substance of the great bliss display. Eighty thousand channels joined, the five amritas, bestow the powerful accomplished substance upon the fortunate child. May the aggregates, elements, and sense bases gather the light of the vidyadharas, may the youthfulness of the channels, winds, and thigles fully increase, may one obtain the unwavering empowerment of inexhaustible life. Recite the longevity mantra as before. In order to make the sixth vajra longevity empowerment unwavering and stable, placing the vajra in the five places, may the three doors be sealed with the mudras of the body, speech, and mind of the three roots mandala, and may one believe that one has attained the vajra body that is forever free from birth, death, change, movement, and destruction. Hūṃ hrīḥ. May the Three Jewels seal it like an ocean, may the Three Kayas seal it like an ocean, may the Three Roots seal it like an ocean, for the loss, deterioration, wandering of life, life force, and breath, etc., may they be summoned back and stabilized in their respective places.
