Meditate that by my (Guru's) empowerment, the five afflictions are purified, and the empowerment of the five self-born wisdoms is obtained. Place the life food of the wheel (symbol) on the crown of the head and recite: Hūṃ! From the Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om) of the secret space of all Buddhas arises. By empowering with the wheel Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), bestow the great empowerment of the body. Oṃ Buddha Kalaśa Abhiṣiñca Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་ཀ་ལ་ཤ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ buddha kalaśa abhiṣiñca oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Buddha Vase Empower Om)! Place the life food of the lotus (symbol) on the throat and recite: Hūṃ! All Buddhas, from the Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih) of the secret lotus. By empowering with the lotus Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih), bestow the empowerment of speech. Hrīḥ Padma Kalaśa Abhiṣiñca Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿཔདྨ་ཀ་ལ་ཤ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ padma kalaśa abhiṣiñca hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih Lotus Vase Empower Hrih)! Place the life food of the vajra (symbol) on the heart and recite: Hūṃ! All Buddhas, from the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) of the secret vajra. By empowering with the vajra Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), bestow the empowerment of mind. Hūṃ Vajra Kalaśa Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཀ་ལ་ཤ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ vajra kalaśa abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum Vajra Vase Empower Hum)! Place the life food of the jewel (symbol) on the navel and recite: Hūṃ! All Buddhas, from the Trāṃ (藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्रं，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：Tram) of the secret ratna. By empowering with the ratna Trāṃ (藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्रं，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：Tram), bestow the empowerment of qualities. Trāṃ Ratna Kalaśa Abhiṣiñca Trāṃ (藏文：ཏྲཱཾ་རཏྣ་ཀ་ལ་ཤ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्रं，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ ratna kalaśa abhiṣiñca trāṃ，汉语字面意思：Tram Jewel Vase Empower Tram)! Place the life food of the sword (symbol) on the secret place and recite: Hūṃ! All Buddhas, from the Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah) of the secret karma. By empowering with the sword Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah), bestow the empowerment of activities. Āḥ Karma Kalaśa Abhiṣiñca Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿཀརྨ་ཀ་ལ་ཤ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ karma kalaśa abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah Karma Vase Empower Ah)! May you obtain the supreme empowerment of the five hand symbols, the heart essence syllables. Visualize that through the vase empowerment with the body image, the five aggregates are purified of obscurations. Visualize obtaining the life empowerment and accomplishment of the five Buddha families and five bodies. Place the central vase on the crown of the head and recite: Hūṃ! In the center of the sun and moon on the crown of the head, the Bhagavan Vairocana and the great mother Samantabhadri, from the non-dual body mandala, I pray for the bestowal of life empowerment and accomplishment. Oṃ Vairocana Oṃ Abhiṣiñca Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ན་ཨོཾ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vairocana oṃ abhiṣiñca oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Vairocana Om Empower Om)! Place the western vase on the throat and recite: Hūṃ! On the eight-petaled lotus on the tongue, the Bhagavan Amitābha and the great mother White-robed, from the non-dual speech mandala, I pray for the bestowal of life empowerment and accomplishment. Oṃ Amitābha Hrīḥ Abhiṣiñca Hrīḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མི་ཏ་བྷཱ་ཧྲཱིཿཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amitābha hrīḥ abhiṣiñca hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Om Amitabha Hrih Empower Hrih)! Place the eastern vase on the heart and recite: Hūṃ! On the eight-petaled lotus in the heart, the Bhagavan Vajrasattva and the great mother Māmakī, from the non-dual mind mandala, I pray for the bestowal of life empowerment and accomplishment. Place the southern vase on the navel and recite: Hūṃ! In the eight-cornered jewel in the navel, the Bhagavan Ratnasambhava and the great mother Locanā, from the non-dual quality mandala, I pray for the bestowal of life empowerment and accomplishment.
