Hūṃ! The minds of all Buddhas are unwavering, clear, and bright. In the state of self-appearing great wisdom, with this self-liberating intention, I bestow empowerment upon the son of the lineage. Hūṃ Vajra jñāna āyuṣe abhiṣiñca hūṃ! Place it on the right back of the ear. Hūṃ! The jewel of qualities of all Buddhas of the three times, the source from which all needs arise, with this supreme empowerment of the victorious wisdom, I bestow empowerment upon the son of the lineage. Trāṃ ratna jñāna āyuṣe abhiṣiñca trāṃ! Place it on the back of the neck. Hūṃ! The speech of all Buddhas of the three times is unceasing, a great self-sounding resonance, the sound of the lotus, unattached and without grasping. With this essence of the Sugata's speech, I bestow empowerment upon the son of the lineage. Hrīḥ padma jñāna āyuṣe abhiṣiñca hrīḥ! Place it on the left back of the ear. Hūṃ! The activity of all Buddhas of the three times is inconceivable, the skill of accomplishing wisdom activity. With this activity of compassionate emanation, I bestow empowerment upon the son of the lineage. Hā karma āyuṣe abhiṣiñca ā! Thus, place it on the five places of the head and bestow the vase water. Visualize that from the aperture of Brahma at the crown of the head, a stream of bodhicitta and five-colored light descends, dissolving into your heart. Hold the longevity stalk. Hūṃ! Just as a Chakravartin king effortlessly obtains whatever he desires, to you, the fortunate son of the lineage, I bestow this enjoyment of longevity. May you attain perfect accomplishment! Place it on the crown of the head, give a portion, and have them enjoy it. Pour the longevity wine. Hūṃ! Just as from a wish-fulfilling jewel, enjoyment arises without effort, to you, the fortunate son of the lineage, I bestow this essence of longevity, this accomplishment. May you effortlessly attain accomplishment! Give the longevity pill. Hūṃ! Just as a general's precious jewel destroys the enemy's forces, to you, the fortunate son of the lineage, I bestow this longevity pill. May you attain the accomplishment of destroying the forces of enemies and obstacles! Kāya siddhi oṃ! Vāka siddhi ā! Citta siddhi hūṃ! Ala la ho! Finally, visualize being blessed with the seven precious royal emblems and the eight auspicious symbols. Bestow the seven precious royal emblems. Hūṃ! The precious wheel possesses ten powers, cuts off the cycle of samsara. May you turn the wheel of Dharma and attain the fruit of the ten bhūmis! Cakra ratna abhiṣiñca hūṃ! Hūṃ! The precious queen is a treasure of merit, endowed with the form of the ten pāramitās. May your life, power, and enjoyment increase, and may you attain the power of wish-fulfilling wealth!
