从所有本尊心间的放射光芒，聚集了包含显有和世间的所有生命精华。依次融入心间，观想所有精华都藏于光之盒中，化为坚不可摧的明点，从而成就了不死金刚之生命。 舍 (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, hrīḥ, 种子字) 念诵：‘三有之生命光彩’等，并融入生命。观想马头明王以红色之身，手持钺刀和期克印守护生命之门。 念诵：‘守护心之秘密门’等，并进行守护。观想马头明王的身躯放射出无量金刚光芒，身体上下都被金刚铠甲严密保护。 加持： 舍 (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, hrīḥ, 种子字)！ 不死之持明者，乃五智之本体。五光清澈而有光泽，人的寿命如油般圆润。于心间，以智慧勇士，无所缘之空性铠甲，无人能害。 萨玛雅！阿阿！ 观想所有外器内情都化为光融入自身。然后，将自身融入心间的种子字，再将种子字融入无所缘的原始光明、不死本性之中，安住于此境界。如此保持片刻。 之后，再次观想自己显现为无量寿佛，坚不可摧的金刚之身，念诵金刚吉祥语，并观想降下花雨。 嗡 (ཨོཾ, oṃ, oṃ, 种子字)！ 身之身融入身，五蕴融入。 阿 (ཨཱཿ, āḥ, āḥ, 种子字)！ 语之语融入语，舌根融入。 吽 (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, hūṃ, 种子字)！ 意之意融入意，自生心中融入。 白天吉祥，夜晚吉祥，日夜恒常吉祥，愿吉祥降临于有缘者。 愿如太阳般的心髓得以显现！ 嗡 (ཨོཾ, oṃ, oṃ, 种子字) 阿 (ཨཱཿ, āḥ, āḥ, 种子字) 吽 (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, hūṃ, 种子字) 嘉纳 吽 (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, hūṃ, 种子字) 嘿！ 念诵其他各种吉祥语，并散花。通过这些，你已经圆满获得了北藏长寿佛的所有坛城之成熟灌顶。之后，连接誓言，如通常的灌顶结尾一样。从坛城的供养赞颂到吉祥语，都如前所述进行。观想生起次第使五蕴成熟为不死手印，念诵使生命能量成熟为那达之音声，观想光明使觉性空性圆满为法身，愿成就无迁转之虹身金刚身。 此仪轨与某些噶玛噶举和宁玛派的伏藏法相符，因此在自己的仪轨基础上，略作补充，由不死丹增尼玛雍仲林巴于宗萨扎西拉孜写成，愿善妙增长！

From the heart of all deities, light radiates, gathering all life essence encompassed by existence and samsara. Gradually dissolving into the heart, visualize all essences concealed within a box of light, transforming into an indestructible bindu, thus accomplishing the immortal vajra life. Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, hrīḥ, Seed Syllable) Recite: 'The life radiance of the three realms,' etc., and merge into life. Visualize Hayagriva in red form, holding a chopper and raising a threatening mudra, guarding the gate of life. Recite: 'Guard the secret gate of the mind,' etc., and perform protection. Visualize immeasurable vajra rays emanating from Hayagriva's body, the entire upper and lower body filled with vajra armor. Blessing: Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, hrīḥ, Seed Syllable)! The immortal vidyadhara of life is the essence of the five wisdoms. The five lights are clear and radiant, human life is smooth and round. In the heart, with the wisdom warrior, in the armor of emptiness without object, no one can harm. Samaya! Ah Ah! Visualize all outer and inner phenomena dissolving into light and merging into yourself. Then, merge yourself into the seed syllable in the heart, and then merge the seed syllable into the unoriginated primordial luminosity, the immortal nature, and rest in this state. Remain in this state for a moment. Afterward, visualize yourself again as Amitayus, the indestructible vajra body, recite vajra auspicious words, and visualize a rain of flowers descending. Om (ཨོཾ, oṃ, oṃ, Seed Syllable)! The body of the body merges into the body, the five aggregates merge. Ah (ཨཱཿ, āḥ, āḥ, Seed Syllable)! The speech of the speech merges into the speech, the supreme tongue faculty merges. Hum (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, hūṃ, Seed Syllable)! The mind of the mind merges into the mind, the self-born mind merges. Auspicious day, auspicious night, auspicious day and night, may auspiciousness be upon the fortunate ones. May the heart essence like the sun become clear! Om (ཨོཾ, oṃ, oṃ, Seed Syllable) Ah (ཨཱཿ, āḥ, āḥ, Seed Syllable) Hum (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, hūṃ, Seed Syllable) Jnana Hum (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, hūṃ, Seed Syllable) He! Recite other various auspicious words and scatter flowers. Through these, you have perfectly received the complete mandala of the Northern Treasure Life Deity's ripening empowerment. Afterward, connect the vows, as in the usual conclusion of empowerment. From the offering and praise of the mandala to the auspicious words, proceed as mentioned above. Visualize the generation stage maturing the five aggregates into the immortal mudra, recitation maturing the life energy into the sound of nada, and meditation on luminosity perfecting awareness and emptiness into the dharmakaya. May the unmoving rainbow body vajra be accomplished. This method is in accordance with some Kagyu and Nyingma treasure teachings, therefore, based on one's own practice, with slight additions, it was written by Immortal Tenzin Nyima Yungdrung Lingpa at Dzongsar Trashi Lhatse.
