Possessing the immutable vajra body, the supreme essence of the Father and Mother, I prostrate and praise. Supreme Jewel Amitāyus, united with Māmakī. The spontaneously accomplished body of great bliss, the virtues of the Father and Mother, I prostrate and praise. Supreme Vairocana Amitāyus, inseparably united with Dhātvīśvarī. The one who turns the wheel of Dharma, the supreme body of the Father and Mother, I prostrate and praise. Supreme Karma Amitāyus, inseparably united with Tārā. The one who establishes beings in happiness, the activities of the Father and Mother, I prostrate and praise. After that, take the blessed cord, visualize your own life as the light of the mantra, clearly recite in samadhi, recite as much as possible as in the self-generation stage.
