Believe in performing the activities of subjugating and liberating obstacles! Place the 'Nyabo' (Tibetan: ཉ་བོ་, meaning: fisherman/substitute) in front, and recite the summoning and sending back method spoken during the last Dharma assembly. The Vajrakilaya (Tibetan: ཕུར་བུ་, meaning: peg/dagger) Holy Son possesses the power to liberate the three realms simultaneously. Just by holding this, one can thoroughly punish the armies of demons and ghosts who cannot be subdued by skillful means, through fierce and manifest actions of subjugation. Believe in obtaining such power! Hold the Kilaya, and recite: Hūṃ! In the iron chamber made of meteoric iron, born from E (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ)! Bind the harmful enemies, obstructing demons, ignorant dragons, malicious beings, and demons with immeasurable compassion in an unfailing realm! Believe in obtaining the power to liberate in the unborn realm! Vajra Phe Lam Khrom Hrih Hum Kili Kilaya Sarva Bighnan Nri Phu Tri Tri Nan Bam Hum Phet Hum Ah! After that, with the intention of having three layers of cushions, three layers of light, longevity empowerment, and bathing empowerment, request to begin the liberation activity. Dharma assembly ritual: Hum! Recite the liberation Holy Son, etc., and place the substitute in the place of liberation. Light the thorny fire offering, and in the raging flames, visualize the chief deity and retinue of the fierce Naga Rakshasa (Tibetan: ནཱ་ག་རཀྴ, meaning: dragon demon) appearing in an instant, their faces like the opening of heaven and earth. Offer the flesh, blood, and bones of the subjugated enemies and demons without reservation, and believe in joyfully accepting them! Throw the substitute effigy into the fire offering, and recite: Hum! Manifestly extract the poisonous substances and negative connections! On the burning razor's edge of the mantra! The power to destroy harmful things into dust! Bestow it upon my son, burn the demon army! Vajra Sarva Dushtan Nri Du Phu Tri Maraya Jwala Ram! Offer the burnt ashes as Torma. After that, visualize yourselves as appearing fierce, throwing the Torma, the wheel of weapons, like meteoric iron thunderbolts, and believe in obtaining the power to destroy all enemies of the Dharma and demon armies into dust. Hold the Torma, and recite: Hum! The black Torma gathered with fierce substances of existence! Adorned with mustard seeds and yellow mustard with miraculous power! With this great offering cannon made of wisdom! Believe in obtaining the power to destroy the harmful demon army! Sarva Nri Tri Maraya Chindha Rba! Hold the Torma and recite the invocation of the Dharma assembly ritual. Throw the Torma towards the direction of harm. Light rays radiate from the heart of the Wrathful King, the ground cracks in half, and in the ocean, the Yama of Karma appears with his mouth open. Believe in involuntarily summoning all beings of the three realms who lead astray, and swallowing them all into the belly! At the end of the summoning and sending back of the power of truth, recite: Hum! Visualize the Lord of Death closing his mouth and sinking into the ground, with the wrathful lord and his retinue dancing and suppressing him. Visualize making them never rise again. Turn the torma offering container upside down and seal it with a vajra. Recite the horse dance of the activity ritual. Third, at the end, perform the torma offering empowerment: Visualize the torma offering container as a palace burning in a terrifying charnel ground, in which the torma offering appears as the wrathful lord Nagaraja and his retinue, complete and perfect, invite them to the crown of your head and bless you. Pacify the harm of the eight classes of arrogant and unruly beings, especially pacify all unfavorable conditions such as the poison of eye contact, mouth contact, and breath of the untamed nagas, evil spirits, and earth lords. Fully obtain the power of the four empowerments, and visualize obtaining supreme and common achievements on the same seat. Place the supporting torma offering on the crown of your head. Hum! Root lineage gurus, yidam mandala deities; heroes, dakinis, oath-bound protectors; manifest from the Dharmadhatu, for fortunate disciples; empower and bless, grant supreme and common achievements!
