Speak these words, contemplate the indivisible vajra nature. Recite 'BENDZA KA WA ZI ZHA NA TSAK RA RAK SHA RAK SHA BHROOM (藏文:བཛྲ་ཀཱ་ཝཱ་ཙི་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཙཀྲ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་བྷྲཱུྃ,梵文天城体:वज्र का वा चि ज्ञाना चक्र रक्ष रक्ष भ्रूम,梵文罗马拟音:vajra kā vā ci jñāna cakra rakṣa rakṣa bhrūṃ,English literal meaning: Vajra speech wisdom wheel protect protect bhrūṃ)', generating conviction in the view. Even if the three realms are shaken, be without fear, or hold the reversing wheel. With blood torma, summon and dissolve enemies and obstructors, beat the skull drum, and entrust the activity. Hūṃ Bhyo! May the glory of the Sugata's power be assembled, Heruka (wrathful deity) who subdues samsara and nirvana. The father and mother deities and their retinue, arise from the expanse as wisdom bodies. Accept the flesh and blood torma of enemies and obstructors, the time has come to manifest the practice of wrathful mantras. For us yogis and our retinue, may all four hundred and four types of diseases arising from the three poisons and their karmic results be averted. May the eighty thousand demonic forces arising from ignorance and conceptualization be averted, may the eighty-one bad omens arising from imputation and delusion be averted. May the eighteen untimely deaths arising from other-powered transformation be averted, may the disturbances of the four external elements arising from clinging to external phenomena as real be averted. May the inner obstacles of yoga arising from the channels, winds, and drops be averted, may the secret defilements of grasping and fixation arising from the egoistic ghost be averted. May the poverty and destitution of the environment and its inhabitants arising from attachment and craving be averted, may the curses, spells, and conflicts of weapons arising from hatred and malice be averted. May the harm of demons and barbarians arising from ignorance and delusion be averted, may the displays of pride and the magic of the eight classes of arrogant beings arising from arrogance and conceit be averted. May the eight and sixteen great fears arising from jealousy and cruelty be averted, avert! All discordant conceptual thoughts. Avert them into the primordial purity of the ground expanse, transform! All bad omens and mental events. Transform them into the spontaneously present great perfection of the ground appearance, may all be the activity of purifying delusion in the expanse of original luminosity, Sarva Samaya Bhyo Bhyo Zlok Zlok! Saying this, clap the hands together respectfully, throw the torma in the direction of harm. Even if adverse conditions gather like clouds, they will be averted in an instant, Samaya! If you wish to pacify sins, obscurations, and obstacles, in a variety of precious powders, fashion a complete white Puri (food offering). Inside, write or recite the mantra of peaceful and wrathful Manjushri: A NRI SU TRI PRE DU SARVA PAPAM KLESHA DUKHA SHANTIM KURU SVAHA! SARVA VIGHNAN SHATRUN APA KARA SHANTIM KURU SVAHA! Anoint it with nectar, wrap it in auspicious wood, and place it, that very one, in the center of the mandala. Generate yourself as the peaceful and wrathful Manjushri, from the Hūṃ at your heart, emit a white flame. Pervading the sky, purify self and others'. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Entering through the nostrils, filling the entire body, burning away the habitual tendencies and karmic obscurations of the six realms, as well as demons and obstacles, contemplate being filled with blessings and splendor. After bathing, remove impurities from the body. If dreams of flying in the sky or similar visions occur, know that these are signs of attaining peace. It is said that achieving these will accomplish all endeavors. Samaya (vow). If you wish to increase lifespan and merit, mix the five essences and five precious substances with Amrita (immortality), and create a substitute image imbued with the life force of the increasing mantra. Place it in the center of the mandala, visualize yourself and the deity in front of you clearly, and from their hearts, radiate light like the rising sun, emanate messengers filling the three thousand worlds, shake Mount Meru, churn the ocean, subdue the arrogant with power, recall the stolen lifespan and vitality, gather the essence of samsara and nirvana, and dissolve it into the bindu (drop) in the heart, contemplating the accomplishment of the immortal vajra body. Recite the seed syllable of the unchanging root mantra: ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་པུཎྱེ་སིདྡྷི་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཨོཾ༔ (Tibetan) आयुर्ज्ञानपुण्येसिद्धिपुष्टिं कुरु ओṃ (Sanskrit Devanagari) āyurjñānapuṇyesiddhipuṣṭiṃ kuru oṃ (Sanskrit Romanization) Lifespan, wisdom, merit, accomplishment, increase, do, Om (Literal Chinese meaning) While reciting, dispatch messengers. E! I am the realm of self-born wisdom, no need to seek mudras, naturally accomplished, the king of all things, subduing all of samsara and nirvana with power. Jampal Drakthung (Wrathful Manjushri) possesses great strength, the vajra command is equal to the sky. All Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and the assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities, dakinis, and all arrogant beings of the world cannot move from my dharmadhatu. The five elements of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, the five pure essences, gather in my body, perfectly complete. Through the magical display of the great play, establish activities in samsara and nirvana, seize the lifespan stolen by spirits, gather all natural vitality, restore the diminished pool of lifespan, increase the waning sun and moon of merit, elevate wisdom and abilities, attain an unchanging, indestructible, eternal life, and accumulate undiminishing merit. In the lotus womb of the heart, bestow the non-dual vajra accomplishment. Recite and chant in this way, increasing samadhi. This is a very profound longevity practice, capable of increasing merit and splendor. Samaya (vow). If you are about to engage in activities of subjugation, such as for a king, minister, consort, child, as well as wealth, grain, food, clothing, etc., fill a precious skull cup (a ritual implement) with jewels, grains, medicines, and incense powder. On a red base, mix the two bodhicittas (male and female seminal fluids), draw a wheel, and in the center of the lotus, write a red E, and finally add this heart mantra:
