Firstly, the differentiation of body, speech, and mind: First, the preliminary of the body is to practice the Vajra Three-Point posture, visualizing the body as a burning Vajra Three-Point. Repeat this again and again. Secondly, the preliminary of speech has four aspects: Blessing is: the body assumes the Vajra posture, verbally uttering 'Hūṃ Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ།), mentally visualizing a continuous string of 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) arising from the nostrils, contemplating the entire world as being completely filled. This is the blessing of external appearances. Again, 'Hūṃ' arises from 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ), contemplating the entire inner body as being completely filled. This is the blessing of the inner aggregates. Training is: uttering 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) forcefully and briefly with intensity, visualizing 'Hūṃ' radiating from the nostrils, transforming all earth, stones, mountains, and rocks into emptiness. This is the training of external appearances. Again, with wind and mind together with 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ), contemplating all inner and outer physical entities of the body as being transformed into emptiness. This is the training of the inner aggregates. Softening is: visualizing a red 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) radiating from one's right nostril, contemplating that 'Hūṃ' standing upright to the peak of existence. Again, visualizing a blue 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) radiating from the left nostril, continuously arising from it, contemplating them entwining around each other like a spear. Finally, uttering 'Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ།), contemplating the rope of 'Hūṃ' being untied. Entering the Path is: uttering 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ), visualizing 'Hūṃ' suddenly appearing, entering the path like a demon, going into endless familiar and unfamiliar paths, and then returning to its original place. Thirdly, the preliminary of the mind has six ways of settling: Letting the body relax naturally like a pile of chopped wood, stopping speech like a broken-stringed lute, letting the mind roam freely and without trace like a bird flying in the sky. Whatever thoughts arise now, carry them clearly and without attachment, like a child looking at a temple. All past actions, let go of them without concern, like a person who has finished their work. All future actions, leave them without effort, like an automatic mill with the water cut off. Then, restoring to its original state: In this way, abiding naturally in the state of clarity and emptiness, without any antidote, all the play of appearance and emptiness is realized as naturally liberated, which is restoring to its original state. Secondly, the main practice is to directly establish the uncontaminated wisdom, which has four aspects: First, the three doors of body, speech, and mind abandon nine activities: the three doors of body, speech, and mind abandon outer worldly activities, inner common vehicle practice activities, and secret... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All common methods of practice should be completely abandoned. Second, binding the key points of body, speech, and mind: The key point of the body is any posture of Dharmakaya Lion, Sambhogakaya Elephant, Nirmanakaya Hermit sitting cross-legged. The key point of speech is to cut off speech and focus on the slow flow of breath. The key point of mind is to point directly at the Dharmadhatu like a spear. Third, contemplating luminosity with three key points: The key point of the door is the eye as the path to arising wisdom, the Dharmakaya Vajra's way of looking is to look upwards without blinking; the Sambhogakaya Lotus's way of looking is to look around to the left and right; the Nirmanakaya Dharmata's way of looking is to lower the eyes slightly and look at the space. The key point of the object of contemplation is: externally, focus on the vast emptiness of the sky; internally, focus on the pure mandala of light; secretly, focus on the awareness Vajra chain, holding it tightly like a master. The key point of contemplating awareness is: first, to distinguish through seeing; second, to understand its characteristics through realization; and finally, to gain liberation on the basis of knowledge. In short, one should cultivate the state of non-duality of Dharmadhatu and awareness, naked seeing free from grasping. Fourth, there are four ways in which experiences manifest: First, the manifestation of Dharmata's presence: In the center of the pure mandala of light at one's brow, in the mandala of emptiness and light, the awareness Vajra chain, whose nature is the single bindu, Dharmadhatu and awareness are inseparable, appearing beyond the conceptual mind of reason and wisdom. Second, the manifestation of increasing experience: the bindu gradually increases, the light becomes brighter and brighter, Dharmadhatu and awareness appear everywhere, the Vajra chain clearly manifests from flying quickly like a bird to rotating like a bee around a flower. Again, through practice, the bindu is as if filling the entire area, and a subtle single body also appears in the midst of awareness. Third, the manifestation of awareness reaching its peak: Five bodies appear in each of those bindus, all of which are countless, omnipresent, immovable, free from grasping, and fully expanded into wisdom. Fourth, the manifestation of Dharmata being exhausted: The increase of experience is exhausted, the nature of the manifestation dissolves into original purity, liberated from the illusion of grasping, attaining Nirvana in the unborn, primordial Dharmadhatu, the luminosity is unceasing, but the clinging disappears, the three bodies merge into Dharmadhatu and awareness. Part three, achieving the final result through subsequent practice, has four aspects: First, establishing the foundation with three immovables. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
