礼赞：至尊怙主无量寿智如来， 殊胜语妙音清净， 具足等同虚空之语， 于平等语前我顶礼赞！ 至尊怙主无量寿智如来， 殊胜意妙心清净， 具足等同虚空之意， 于平等意前我顶礼赞！ 如是赞颂。 三、安立寿命自性之所依：于至尊无量寿佛心间，从吽字化现金刚交杵，上下二者相合；其间，从阿字化现月轮，从玛字化现日轮；念诵“ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་བིནྡུ་བྷྲཱུྃ (藏文)，आयुर्ज्ञानबिन्दु भ्रुं (梵文天城体)，āyurjñānabindu bhrūṃ (梵文罗马拟音)，寿命智慧明点种子字”，日月嘎巴拉盒相合之中，寿命、生机与元气之本体，白色而闪耀，油润而凝聚；其内，自然生起之文字如烟雾般安住。 如是观想。 四、勾摄寿命：对于被盗、被夺之寿命，结手印，手指背向相触并分开，念诵“ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མུགིཏ་ཧ༔ (藏文)，嗡 班匝 穆给达 吽 (梵文罗马拟音)，ōng bān zá mù gěi dá hōng (汉语字面意思)”，以此将所有世间界，如风吹散云朵，如海浪崩塌般分开，从天魔、鬼怪、大力者之心以及死主阎罗之手中，将被盗、被夺并隐藏的自身寿命，如大星般安住。 念诵“ས་མ་ཡ་དེ་བ་ཙིཏྟ་ན་བཛྲ་ཨངྐུ་ཤ་ཛ༔ (藏文)，萨玛雅 德瓦 泽达 纳 班匝 昂古夏 匝 (梵文罗马拟音)，sà mǎ yǎ dé wǎ zé dá nà bān zá áng gǔ xià zā (汉语字面意思)”，从自身心间，化现无数手持铁钩之白色天女，将所夺之寿命以铁钩钩住。 念诵“བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཤེ་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱ༔ (藏文)，班匝 阿玉舍 阿贝夏 雅 阿 阿 (梵文罗马拟音)，bān zá ā yù shě ā bèi xià yǎ ā ā (汉语字面意思)”，刹那间勾回，融入心间日月嘎巴拉盒相合之寿命所依处。 如是观想，并劝请意誓：吽！ 至尊怙主无量寿智如来， 大悲身殊胜，功德如海之宝藏， 于清净虚空法界之母胎藏中， 安乐享受菩提心之主尊！ 以无二菩提心之甘露， 祈赐予具缘我等寿命之成就！ 如是念诵，并持诵“ཨོཾ་བྷྲཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཤེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཛ༔ (藏文)，嗡 班匝 阿玉舍 吽 匝 (梵文罗马拟音)，ōng bān zá ā yù shě hōng zā (汉语字面意思)”。无量寿佛以左手之宝瓶灌顶，右手手指流出菩提心甘露之光，如白线般降下，充满寿命宝瓶。 之后，劝请寿命本尊众：吽！ 至尊毗卢遮那佛无量寿， 顶礼赞叹无量寿！ 以手印火焰轮， 摧毁十方虚空界之障碍， 聚集人寿与牲畜之福， 食物之精华与财富之光， 从四面八方聚集又聚集， 祈请至尊赐予寿命！

Third, establishing the support of the nature of life: At the heart of the Supreme Amitayus, from the letter Hūṃ arises a vajra cross, the two upper and lower parts joined together; in between, from the letter A arises a moon disc, and from the letter Mā arises a sun disc; reciting 'ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་བིནྡུ་བྷྲཱུྃ (Tibetan), आयुर्ज्ञानबिन्दु भ्रुं (Sanskrit Devanagari), āyurjñānabindu bhrūṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), Seed syllable of life, wisdom, and essence', within the joined sun and moon kapala box, the essence of life, vitality, and aura, white and shimmering, oily and condensed; within it, naturally arising letters abide like smoke. Fourth, attracting life: For stolen or robbed life, make a mudra, fingers back to back touching and separating, reciting 'ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མུགིཏ་ཧ༔ (Tibetan), oṃ vajra mugita hūṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), oṃ vajra mugita hūṃ (Literal meaning in Chinese)', thus separating all realms of the world, like wind scattering clouds, like waves collapsing, from the hearts of gods, demons, and powerful beings, and from the hands of the Lord of Death, Yama, the stolen and robbed life is hidden, abiding like a great star. Reciting 'ས་མ་ཡ་དེ་བ་ཙིཏྟ་ན་བཛྲ་ཨངྐུ་ཤ་ཛ༔ (Tibetan), samaya deva citta na vajra aṅkuśa jaḥ (Sanskrit Romanization), samaya deva citta na vajra aṅkuśa jaḥ (Literal meaning in Chinese)', from my heart, countless white goddesses holding iron hooks arise, hooking the robbed life with iron hooks. Reciting 'བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཤེ་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱ༔ (Tibetan), vajra āyuśe āveśa ya ā āḥ (Sanskrit Romanization), vajra āyuśe āveśa ya ā āḥ (Literal meaning in Chinese)', instantly hooking back and merging into the life support within the joined sun and moon kapala box at the heart. Thus visualize, and urge the samaya: Hūṃ! Supreme Protector Amitayus, the Lord of Wisdom, Great compassion, supreme body, treasure of the ocean of qualities, In the pure space of the womb of the Dharmadhatu Mother, Lord enjoying the bliss of Bodhicitta! With the nectar of non-dual Bodhicitta, Grant the accomplishment of life to us fortunate ones! Thus recite, and chant 'ཨོཾ་བྷྲཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཤེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཛ༔ (Tibetan), oṃ bhrūṃ vajra āyuśe hūṃ jaḥ (Sanskrit Romanization), oṃ bhrūṃ vajra āyuśe hūṃ jaḥ (Literal meaning in Chinese)'. Amitayus empowers with the vase in his left hand, and from the fingers of his right hand, the light of Bodhicitta nectar radiates, descending like a white thread, filling the life vase.
