Skrad (Skrad). Practice the protective wheel firmly and close the retreat. The preliminary practice is divided into seven common branches: mudra, vows, blessings, blessing of offerings, and confession. The main practice is to practice from the Samadhi of the arising stage to the praise. Perform recitation, connecting one million mantras. The subsequent practice is the offering of the Dharma protectors such as Maning Kali (Mother Yaksha), Smodaka (Crazy Woman), etc., tsok offering, repayment of praise, confession, light merging and rising, dedication and aspiration for auspicious wishes. During the morning and evening sessions, use mantras, mudras, bells, etc. as restraints. The morning class includes rituals and auxiliary practices, and the content is extensive. The evening class only practices the text of the ritual and does not add auxiliary practices. Recite mantras during evening practice. Only recitation is used as the actual content of a session. At the end of the first three sessions, it is sufficient to simply offer praises, collect and rise, and dedicate aspirations. At the end of the evening session, offer Dharma protectors to the Dharma protectors, and perform tsok offerings, etc. as described above, every day. Because it is said that tsok offerings should be performed at six o'clock, it is best to do it once a day if possible. If it is really not possible to do it every day, then it must be performed solemnly at the beginning and end, and on special days such as festivals. Increasing blessings and praying to the deity are usually performed before the last tsok offering, but even in other sessions without tsok offerings, it should be performed once at the end, according to the order of visualization. At these times, the important order of practice is: for those who are already familiar with the arising stage and the completion stage, most of them can be measured with wisdom. In particular, these contents must be determined according to this treasure book 'Great Yoga Practice'. If there is no Dharma book, then most of the preliminary practices are common, and the characteristics can be clearly understood from the ritual and auxiliary practices. When blessing the offerings, 'Offering for the fulfillment of vows, please enjoy!' This offering word also appears in other treasure books, but here it does not mean actual offering, but is understood as pleading or praying. In the arising stage of the main practice, relying on the external visible mandala, the inner body's deity mandala is naturally complete, indistinguishable and integrated, and it is determined that the nature of these is the secret mind mandala, self-born and self-illuminating, so that the practice is carried out in the dual way of the arising stage and the completion stage, or only based on actual or similar experience, guided by the three Samadhis of the cause, the dependent and the dependent mandala are generated, and the content of the visualization is clearly expressed with slow recitation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
