Visualize that the nectar of the torma is drawn by the vajra-tubed rays emanating from the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ), and offer it. After the general mantra of the peaceful and wrathful deities, recite: 'Saparivara idam balimta grihṇantu mama sarvasiddhi mmeprayaccha (ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་གྲི་ཧྞནྟུ་མ་མ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་མྨེ་པྲ་ཡཙྪ,saparivāra idaṃ balimta grihṇantu mama sarvasiddhi mmeprayaccha, Together with your retinue, please accept this offering, grant me all accomplishments)', recite three times to offer the torma. Praise: 'Bhagavan, King of Wrathful Ones, the Chakravartin of all Buddhas, the tamer of all the untamable, I prostrate to the King of Wrathful Ones.' Pray: 'Heruka (ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་,heruka) and retinue, please accept this offering torma,' etc., and pray for your wishes. If you do not offer the torma, then just make offerings and praises. In any case, confess your faults with the Hundred Syllable Mantra. With Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Muḥ (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་མུཿ,oṃ āḥ hūṃ muḥ), invite the wisdom beings. Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ). From the unborn nature of reality, arises the great unobstructed blood-drinker. In cessation itself, there is no cessation, dissolve into the uncontrived, primordial purity.' Recite this verse, gather the environment and beings, including the deities, into the sphere of reality, and rest in equanimity in the state of clear light and emptiness. When rising from that, recite: Phaṭ Phaṭ Phaṭ (ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊཿ,phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ). Again, instantly visualize yourself as the form of glorious Heruka (ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་,heruka), marked with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,oṃ āḥ hūṃ) at the three places. Recite: 'Oṃ Vajra Kā Vāci Rakṣa Rakṣa Hūṃ (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀཱ་ཝཱ་ཙི་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ,oṃ vajra kā vāci rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ)', and put on the vajra armor. Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ). May I, in the mandala of the non-abiding wisdom mind, be spontaneously accomplished without change, attain the state of limitless Buddhas, and become the glory of benefiting all beings. May the root and lineage lamas who bestow supreme blessings, the peaceful and wrathful deities and the eight commands who shower down accomplishments, the arrogant lords, oath-bound protectors, treasure protectors, etc., the limitless mandala wheel be auspicious! ' Conclude with these dedications, aspirations, and auspicious words, and then engage in daily activities. Or, in the first sessions, do not do both the departure and gathering, but from the heart of the deity, enter into daily activities as a child, and after the activity is finished, dissolve into yourself. In the last session, do the departure, supplication, and near gathering. Section 2: The Hūṃ Sound Practice Based on the Body Mandala. Second, the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ) sound practice based on the body mandala: First, recite the eight-limbed offering such as 'Vajra Acharya Sangye Pal (རྡོ་རྗེ་སློབ་དཔོན་སངས་རྒྱས་དཔལ།)', and the four immeasurables such as 'May all beings have happiness, may all beings be free from suffering, may all beings never be separated from happiness, may all beings realize the equality of all dharmas,' to accumulate merit. Then recite: 'Oṃ Mahā Śūnyatā Jñāna Vajra Svābhāva Ātma Ko'haṃ (ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭཱ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅་ཧཾ,oṃ mahā śūnyatā jñāna vajra svābhāva ātma ko'haṃ)', and rest in equanimity in the state of primordial great emptiness, to accumulate the accumulation of wisdom. Abiding in emptiness... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the center, bound immovably by the great wheel of Vajra protection, the self-radiance of karmic luminosity, recite 'Hūṃ Hūṃ'. By saying this, one instantly becomes the Great Supreme Heruka (Che Mchog He Ru Ka), with a dark blue-black body, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds a vajra, and the left hand shakes a skull cup filled with blood. Seated with legs in a posture with the left leg extended on a lotus, moon, and sun arrogant seat. Embracing one's own consort, inseparable. Visualize the great emptiness within the body of the father, free from obscurations and hindrances, with the chakras clearly visible in the nature of light. On the lotus, sun, and moon seat at the crown of one's head, recite 'Hūṃ Hūṃ', visualizing the Vajra Master. Similarly, in the center of the body chakra at the crown of the head, recite 'Hūṃ Hūṃ', visualizing Yamantaka (Jam Dpal Gshin Rje) father and mother. In the throat, in the center of the speech chakra, recite 'Hūṃ Hūṃ', visualizing Hayagriva (Rta Mgrin) father and mother. In the heart, in the center of the mind chakra, recite 'Hūṃ Hūṃ', visualizing Yangdak Heruka (Yang Dag) father and mother. In the navel, in the center of the action chakra, recite 'Hūṃ Hūṃ', visualizing Vajrakumara (Rdo rJe gZhon Nu) father and mother. In the secret place, in the center of the bliss chakra, recite 'Hūṃ Hūṃ', visualizing Anuttara Heruka (Bla Med He Ru Ka) father and mother. In the right foot, in the wind chakra, recite 'Hūṃ Hūṃ', visualizing the Tamer of Pride (Dregs 'Dul) father and mother; and in the left foot, recite 'Hūṃ Hūṃ', visualizing the Fierce Mantra (Drag Sngags) father and mother. All of these deities are dark blue in color, with one face and two arms, holding a vajra and a blood-filled skull cup, embracing their own consorts, with their legs in a posture with the left leg extended. This method of meditation is inherently using the form of the self-born deity as the path. Because the innate deity dwells inseparably from the spontaneously born Buddhas who are free from defilements, there is no need to invite the wisdom deity and merge with it, etc. Thus, like a reflection in a mirror, the form is clear but without attachment to it, abiding in the state of clear emptiness of the deity. If one becomes weary of this, one engages in recitation. From the guru at the crown of the head to the supreme Heruka at the secret place, rays of light emanate from the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart of the deities. The rays of light emanate sequentially from the root chakras of the right and left feet, entering the Hūṃ at the heart of the Tamer of Pride and the Fierce Mantra. From there, the rays of light radiate outward, touching the Buddhas of the ten directions and their retinues, merging into the realm of pure wisdom. Touching all sentient beings, purifying the thoughts and afflictive defilements of sentient beings, transforming them into wisdom deities. Purifying the sins and obscurations of one's own body, speech, and mind. The light of the Hūṃ transforms into a bright white light, abiding in a state of non-discrimination, beyond thought and expression, contemplating thus to purify the afflictive obscurations. Closing the lips and drawing in the wind energy, recite 'Hūṃ Hūṃ' for a long time. Again, the ten directions... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
