From 'Om Ah Hum', eight 'Hum' syllables (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Seed syllable) radiate, transforming into the entirety of samsara and nirvana, above the sun, moon, and arrogant male and female figures: In the east is Yangdak Heruka, blazing dark blue, with one face and two arms, holding a vajra and bell, embracing Vajrakrodheshvari. In the south is Yamantaka, blackish-yellow, with one face and two arms, holding a wheel and a club, united with the great mother Raktamukhi. In the west is Hayagriva, with a red body, two arms holding a sword and a lasso, embracing Padmagzildenma. In the north is Vajrakumara, blue, with one face and two arms, holding a phurba, embracing Chakrakumara. In the southeast is Lama Heruka, dark blue, holding a kapala and khatvanga, embracing Mukakatvanga and Todzinma. In the southwest is Mahachakravarti Heruka, dark blue, two arms holding a vajra and a skull cup, embracing Namshaldyingphyukma. In the northwest is Drekpa Duldrel, blue, holding a hammer and a garland of arrogant heads, embracing Khamsumchidu. In the northeast is Togden Nagpo, holding an iron hook and a garland of arrogant hearts, the lord of the five elements. All the deities, male and female, are adorned in charnel ground attire, residing in the midst of blazing flames. At the four gates are the four classes of dakinis, each holding their own emblems and skull cups. Furthermore, vidyadharas, yidams, dakinis, and dharma protectors gather like clouds. The main deity is the four types of Buddhas, radiating light and blessing as the four kayas. The five skull garlands on the crown bestow the empowerment of the five wisdoms.
