From now on, by bestowing empowerment upon the fortunate ones, may all the powers of transformation be completely and perfectly attained! Root mantra: Oṃ Ghāruḍa Kāla Hūṃ Phaṭ. Body, speech, and mind, empower, Hūṃ! Therefore, you should believe that you have truly become the supreme Padmadragpo (wrathful lotus), the main deity and its retinue, inseparable from the wisdom deity, and be blessed with the charnel ground ornaments. Giving the elephant skin: Hūṃ Hrīḥ. With the ten powers of the Great Vehicle perfected, the elephant skin garment is empowered, may this supreme power of conquering demons be completely attained by this fortunate one. Oṃ Vajra Hasti Tira Mahā Abhiṣiñca Mām. Giving the tiger skin skirt: Hūṃ Hrīḥ. The hero's tiger skin skirt is given to subdue the self-grasping Rudra, from the great play of Dharmadhatu, may you obtain the power to subdue enemies and obstacles. Oṃ Vajra Kāla Satri Krota Abhiṣiñca Mām. Giving the six ornaments: Hūṃ Hrīḥ. A symbol of subduing and taming the six realms, a symbol of the six pāramitās, the complete and perfect great power, may you tame and liberate from samsara. Oṃ Vajra Dharma Mudra Sarva Abhiṣiñca Mām. Giving the head garland: Hūṃ Hrīḥ. Cutting off the cycle of samsara and nirvana, birth and death, completely liberating the fifty-one mental formations, giving this skull garland snake rope, may you perfect the power to liberate from samsara. From now on, strive to visualize all appearances as the mandala of the deity, like a clear and empty water moon. Hrīḥ. The five skandhas transform into the five Herukas, benefiting beings to be tamed, with the sixty branches of speech, peaceful, increasing, powerful, and wrathful actions are spontaneously accomplished. Meditate on the deity, recite mantras, and engage in samadhi, do not be distracted until accomplishment. From the heart of the guru and the main deity of the mandala, inseparable, emanates a string of red mantras. Visualize yourselves as the deity, entering your mouths. Earth Mandala (ས་ཡིད་ཏིང་འཛིན): The wisdom body of the three vajras (རྡོ་རྗེ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐུ), the sphere of the indestructible bindu of the Dharmadhatu (ཆོས་དབྱིངས་མི་ཤིགས་ཐིག་ལེའི་ཀློང་), may you attain the indestructible body (གཞོམ་གཞིག་མེད་པའི་སྐུ་ཐོབ་ཤོག). Thus, with the empowerment of meditating on the mind in samadhi completed, from now on, know that all thoughts are the self-nature of the Dharmakaya, which is naturally liberated, so cultivate the view of the inherent nature. Please repeat this prayer: Ema, Supreme Protector (ཨེ་མ་མགོན་པོ་ཆེ་བའི་མཆོག), Rigdzin, Lord of Life, please consider (རིག་འཛིན་ཚེ་ཡི་དབང་ཕྱུག་དགོངས), Eliminate the obstacles of untimely death (དུས་མིན་འཆི་བའི་གེགས་སེལ་ནས), Grant the siddhi of the Rigdzin of Life (ཚེ་ཡི་རིག་འཛིན་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ). Visualize that the second wisdom deity emanates from the lama mandala and dissolves into you, becoming inseparable from the deity, and overcoming the battles of the four maras.
