五股金刚杵怒目而燃，脐间蓝色金刚瑜伽母。 手持弯刀、颅碗、卡杖嘎，密处蓝色金刚火焰。 以锤和铁钩降伏怨敌邪魔，顶髻宝瓶中 安住着，无量光佛（Amitabha，阿弥陀佛），珊瑚色，手持长寿宝瓶。 与白色持瓶明妃双运，赐予大乐智慧长寿灌顶。 身披金刚铠甲，三世诸佛充满十万毛孔。 周围是忿怒相的勇识，千瓣莲花上是千尊自生忿怒尊。 一切皆具饰物与装束，自生吉祥心间，八瓣莲花花蕊中央。 有九种形态的金色佛塔，须弥山、宫殿、宝瓶排列。 十三法轮与顶饰，宝瓶内红色莲花中央，自生古汝扎波匝（Guru Dragpo Tsal，大力莲师）。 红色，持九尖杵，怒目而视，八瓣莲花从东方开始依次为： 金刚手（Vajrapani，vajra paNi，佛教的护法神） 、文殊菩萨（Manjushri，妙吉祥，佛教四大菩萨之一）、马头明王（Hayagriva，佛教的忿怒尊）、夜叉、火焰。 四隅从东南开始，观想金刚、宝生、莲花部，以及空行母四部众。 （此一句可省略）或者观想古汝扎波（Guru Dragpo，大力莲师），彼等心间，八瓣红色莲花中央。 无量寿智怙主（Amitayus，无量寿佛），一面二臂，身红色，双手等印持长寿宝瓶和如意树。 与自生明妃双运，心间莲花花瓣中央，红色九尖金刚杵。 脐间日月交融中央，红色吽（hūṃ，种子字，表示空性智慧）字具足五种清净。 观想以咒鬘围绕，嗡（oṃ，身）、阿（āḥ，语）、吽（hūṃ，意）、舍（hrīḥ，莲花部种子字）！班杂 咕噜 贝玛 托创 匝 班杂 萨玛雅 杂（oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ vajra guru padma thö treng tsal vajra samaya ja， 嗡 阿 吽 舍，金刚 上师 莲花 颅鬘力，金刚 誓言 成就）！班杂 阿耶 嘉纳 悉地 帕拉 吽 阿（vajra āyur jñāna siddhi phala hūṃ āḥ，金刚 寿命 智慧 成就 果 吽 阿）！ 观想：从自己心间的种子字放射出无量红色光芒，十方诸佛菩萨，以及古汝贝玛（Guru Padma，莲花生大士）的加持力，都化为古汝达古（Guru Dagu，九头莲师）的形象如雨般降下，从自己头顶等所有毛孔融入，加持自身。 主要念诵此咒：嗡（oṃ，身）、阿（āḥ，语）、吽（hūṃ，意）、舍（hrīḥ，莲花部种子字）！阿哲 呢哲 纳摩 巴嘎瓦得 吽 吽 阿 吽 吽 帕特 帕特（oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ a rcik ni rcik na mo bhā ga va te hūṃ hūṃ āḥ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ，嗡 阿 吽 舍，祈祷 祈祷 皈依 薄伽梵 吽 吽 阿 吽 吽 呸 呸）。 此后接诵二十一遍：班杂 吽（vajra hūṃ，金刚 吽）！嘎汝达 吽（garuḍa hūṃ，迦楼罗 吽）！ra刹 吽（rakṣa hūṃ，罗刹 吽）！阿亚玛 杜汝 匝 夏纳 萨玛雅（a ya ma du ru tsa śa na sa ma ya，梵文音译，誓言）。 平时念诵后，回向、发愿、祈愿吉祥圆满。如此尽力念诵后，空性之语为： 吽 吽 吽（hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ，种子字，表示空性智慧）！自明觉性本尊众，以自生声光三者，献上无间断的供养。 恒常不守护，观视他处，违犯誓言罪过

Five-pronged vajra blazing with wrathful gestures, blue Vajrayogini at the navel. Holding a curved knife, skull cup, and khatvanga, blue vajra flame at the secret place. Subduing enemies and obstacles with a hammer and iron hook, in the crown of the head, Resides Amitabha (Buddha of Limitless Light), coral-colored, holding a vase of longevity. In union with a white vase-holding consort, bestowing the empowerment of great bliss wisdom longevity. The body is clad in vajra armor, filled with a hundred thousand Buddhas of the three times. Surrounded by wrathful forms of heroes, a thousand wrathful kings of self-appearance on a thousand petals. All are adorned with ornaments and attire, in the heart of the self-existent glorious one, in the center of an eight-petaled lotus. There are nine forms of golden stupas, Mount Meru, palaces, and vases arranged. Thirteen wheels with a crest, in the center of a red lotus within the vase, self-arisen Guru Dragpo Tsal (Wrathful Guru Power). Red, holding a nine-pointed vajra, with wrathful gestures, the eight petals from the east in order: Vajrapani (vajra paNi, Buddhist protector deity), Manjushri (gentle glory, one of the four great bodhisattvas of Buddhism), Hayagriva (Buddhist wrathful deity), Yaksha, and flame. The four corners starting from the southeast, visualize vajra, ratna, padma families, along with the four classes of dakinis. (This sentence can be omitted) Or visualize Guru Dragpo (Wrathful Guru), in the hearts of those, in the center of an eight-petaled red lotus. Lord Amitayus (Buddha of Limitless Life), one face, two arms, body red, holding a vase of longevity and a wish-fulfilling tree in equal measure. In union with a self-arisen consort, in the center of the lotus petals in the heart, a red nine-pointed vajra. In the center of the union of sun and moon at the navel, the red Hūṃ (hūṃ, seed syllable, representing emptiness wisdom) syllable is complete with five purities. Visualize being surrounded by a mantra garland, Oṃ (oṃ, body), Āḥ (āḥ, speech), Hūṃ (hūṃ, mind), Hrīḥ (hrīḥ, seed syllable of the lotus family)! Vajra Guru Padma Thö Treng Tsal Vajra Samaya Ja (oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ vajra guru padma thö treng tsal vajra samaya ja, Om Ah Hum Hrih, Vajra Master Lotus Skull Garland Power, Vajra Vow Accomplishment)! Vajra Āyur Jñāna Siddhi Phala Hūṃ Āḥ (vajra āyur jñāna siddhi phala hūṃ āḥ, Vajra Life Wisdom Accomplishment Fruit Hum Ah)! Visualization: From the seed syllable in one's own heart, radiate immeasurable red light, all the blessings and power of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and Guru Padma (Padmasambhava), transform into the form of Guru Dagu (Nine-Headed Guru) and descend like rain, merging from all the pores of one's own crown and so on, blessing the lineage. Mainly recite this mantra: Oṃ (oṃ, body), Āḥ (āḥ, speech), Hūṃ (hūṃ, mind), Hrīḥ (hrīḥ, seed syllable of the lotus family)! A Rcik Ni Rcik Na Mo Bhā Ga Va Te Hūṃ Hūṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ (oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ a rcik ni rcik na mo bhā ga va te hūṃ hūṃ āḥ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ, Om Ah Hum Hrih, Pray Pray Refuge Bhagavan Hum Hum Ah Hum Hum Phat Phat). After this, recite twenty-one times: Vajra Hūṃ (vajra hūṃ, Vajra Hum)! Garuḍa Hūṃ (garuḍa hūṃ, Garuda Hum)! Rakṣa Hūṃ (rakṣa hūṃ, Raksha Hum)! A Ya Ma Du Ru Tsa Śa Na Sa Ma Ya (a ya ma du ru tsa śa na sa ma ya, Sanskrit transliteration, Vow). After regular recitation, dedicate, make aspirations, and pray for auspiciousness. After reciting as much as possible, the words of emptiness are: Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ (hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ, seed syllable, representing emptiness wisdom)! To the self-luminous deity assembly of awareness, with the self-arisen sound and light, offer uninterrupted offerings.
