In each place (of the body), visualize: In the right nostril, visualize Hayagriva (Horse-necked One); in the left nostril, visualize Vighnantaka (Destroyer of Obstacles). Inside the right ear, visualize Niladanda (Blue Staff); in the left ear, visualize Acala (Immovable One). Below the root of the tongue, visualize Kamadeva (Desire God). Directly in front of the navel orifice, visualize Mahabala (Great Power). Inside the tip of the stake's point, visualize Nodsin (Harm Beauty). All of these appear in wrathful form, with bodies dark blue-black, holding iron hooks and ropes. In the heart center, visualize Vajrapani (Thunderbolt-bearer) clearly, behind which is a reddish-brown precious heart-shaped object representing one's own mind, with a golden nine-pronged vajra on a moon disc in the center, radiating rainbow-like light. Alternatively, visualize a lotus blooming, in the center of which is the essence of the jnanasattva (wisdom being) – Vajrapani, with an eight-faceted precious tent in his heart, the color of madder, clear and transparent inside and out, with a moon disc in the center. In the center of the moon disc is the essence of the samadhisattva (samadhi being) – an upright golden nine-pronged vajra, residing in a realm of five-colored light. Both of these visualizations are the oral instructions of the guru, and there is no conflict; it is fine to visualize whichever one you prefer. Thus, clearly visualize the main deity's body and the emanated assembly of deities in their respective places. All the emanated deities do not obstruct each other, appearing clearly and completely like reflections in a mirror. From the deities and mantras in their respective positions, light radiates, pervading the Rakshasa Island in the southwest, the Lotus Light Palace, and all realms in the ten directions. The great Guru (Padmasambhava), is the embodiment of the Three Jewels (Triratna), subduing beings according to their various capacities, appearing in various forms such as peaceful and wrathful, is the embodiment of body (Buddha) and sangha (community); the secret mantras (mantra), vidya-mantras (knowledge mantras), etc., that are spoken are the nature of the dharma (teachings); the samadhi (concentration), mudras (hand gestures), etc., that appear in the heart are the wisdom nature of all the Buddhas in the ten directions, is the Buddha, is the manifestation of the Three Jewels. From all the realms in the ten directions, invite the Five Families of Guru (Guru Rigs Nga), various forms such as Wrathful Vajrakila, and the Eight Herukas (Kagye) such as peaceful and wrathful deities (Shitro), Chakrasamvara, Hevajra, Kalachakra, Guhyasamaja, etc., and countless deities, merging them into one's own deity and mandala deities, etc. The heart mantras, near-heart mantras, etc., of countless deities, led by the ar-tsi mantra, in the form of Tibetan and Chinese characters, shine like flames, and the sound of the mantras resounds like thunder, merging into the mantra at the root of the tongue, and merging into the entire body. The mind is the wisdom of non-duality of bliss and emptiness, which is the ultimate mudra. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Invite immeasurable forms of hand implements such as wrathful mudras, vajra kilaya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), iron hooks, staffs, and swords. Recite the words of invitation while focusing on the vajra at the heart and dissolving it into the entire body. Recite mantras such as 'Om Ah Hum A rtsik,' and repeat the mantra 'Citta Siddhi Hum' (藏文:ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:चित्त सिद्धि हुं,梵文罗马拟音:citta siddhi hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Mind Accomplishment Hum) seven or twenty-one times. With steadfast focus, supplicate the Five Skull Garland Families, reciting 'Kye! Embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times,' and so on, until 'Grant your blessings.' Upon this supplication, the essence of the root guru, the Five Skull Garland Families, joyfully enter into union, increasing bliss. From the union, a stream of blessings and bodhicitta descends. Like water poured onto sand, it seeps from the crown of the head downwards. The crown fills, purifying the defilements of the body, and the vase empowerment is received, accomplishing the siddhi of the body. The throat fills, purifying the defilements of speech, and the secret empowerment is received, accomplishing the siddhi of speech. The heart fills, purifying the defilements of mind, and the wisdom empowerment is received, accomplishing the siddhi of mind. The navel fills with bodhicitta, purifying the defilements of grasping at the three doors as separate, along with their habitual tendencies. The fourth empowerment is received, and the great seal of perfect enlightenment is realized. Visualize the stream of water swirling upwards, adorned at the crown by Amitabha (梵文天城体:अमिताभ,梵文罗马拟音:Amitābha,汉语字面意思:Infinite Light), the lord of the family. Then, cultivate the generation stage until the form becomes increasingly clear and unwavering. After that, engage in recitation. Hold a mala of rudraksha (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), or putra jiva (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), which is also called Bodhi seed due to pronunciation variations, or a mala of human skulls, whichever is available. The mala should have already been blessed. Bless it again by reciting the yidam mantra and the changing mantra: 'Om Rutsi Ra Mani Prawartanaya Svaha,' and the Ye Dharma mantra seven times. Then, clearly recite: 'Om Ah Hum Ar tsik Nir tsik Namo Bhagawate Vajra Kilikilaya.' The visualization during recitation is as follows: Visualize yourself as the Great Supreme Heruka, and all the deities, such as the ten wrathful ones residing in the parts of your body, are uttering the sounds of wrathful mantras. Light rays emanate from the mantra garlands of the body and throat, and from the vajra at the heart, filling your body and radiating outwards from all the pores. They pervade all the limitless realms of the ten directions. From the palaces of the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, and dakinis, especially from the palace of Padmasambhava, invite all the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of Padmasambhava and Mandarava, appearing in the form of deities, syllables, and hand implements, dissolving into your body. Your body appears as the deity, and your speech appears as the mantra. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
