The Black Wrathful Dakini rides on a corpse, holding a banner in her right hand and a lasso in her left. The Water God rides on a Makara (sea monster), holding a snake lasso in his right hand and a lotus in his left. The Wind God rides on a musk deer, holding a banner in his right hand and a lasso in his left. The Yellow Yaksha rides on a horse, holding a victory banner in his right hand and a mongoose in his left. The Blue-Green Bhuta rides on a Garuda, holding a short spear in his right hand and a skull cup filled with blood in his left. All are adorned with precious bone ornaments, along with their consorts, children, and the demons of all directions. The eight waters flow from the east, possessing faith, flowing continuously, the jewel ocean is extremely cool, filled with milk, undisturbed, the Ganges and the other eight waters. The eight Naga (serpent deities) residing in the water, starting from the east in order: Joyful, Near Joyful, White Lotus, Possessing Lineage, Boundless, Son of Possessing Lineage, Holder of the World, and Conch Guardian, all have nine snake heads, raising their nine heads, their lower bodies coiled into snake forms, their bodies adorned with precious radiant jewels, the directional guardians are of the same color, holding snake lassos in their right hands, and all holding jewels in their left hands, with jewels on their crowns.
