三根本如海众，一心虔诚祈请， 祈赐加持灌顶智慧之洪流，令我相续成熟解脱证成就。（念诵三遍） 首先，为了净化相续，我与他众，以及遍布虚空的无余如母有情众生。从现在起直至证得菩提果位之间，皈依三世诸佛、三根本意总集的坛城本尊众，以身语意恭敬顶礼。请跟随我念诵： 那莫！我与虚空遍布无余众，从今乃至菩提未证间， 皈依圆满正觉三根本坛城，身语意三恭敬一心而皈依。（念诵三遍） 为救脱被三界六道所摄的一切众生，他们从无始以来皆为慈母，却沉溺于轮回苦海，我以无与伦比的慈悲心，发愿让他们获得解脱，证得三根本诸佛的果位。为了实现这个目标，我将接受持明成就的灌顶之洪流，并修持生圆次第之禅定。请以清净的发心，跟随我念诵： 火！无始慈母三界六道众，无量慈悲宏愿心中生， 为令获得三身圆满果，我发心修持持明上师道。（念诵三遍） 于诸佛三根本意总集之坛城本尊众前，献上外内密之供养，忏悔罪业，随喜功德，祈请住世，祈请转法轮，回向功德。并观想内义自性本智，自生自明之意，圆满积资净障，增长功德之三要。请跟随我念诵： 那莫！自性清净法界所生三根本，以无二之敬意恭敬而顶礼， 以法性智慧力幻化供云作供养，于未积之罪堕于自性中忏悔，于无漏之功德海中生随喜， 于不灭本性中祈请永久住，祈请转无言之真实法轮， 回向功德于光明藏自性中，愿一切众生获得自生本智身。 为了在相续中获得灌顶之义，受持别解脱戒、菩萨戒、三昧耶戒三种律仪。 接受五部如来之别解脱戒的真实义与密义。 守护根本与支分二十八条誓言。

To the assembly of the Three Roots, vast as the ocean, With devotion and longing, I earnestly pray, Grant the great river of wisdom of empowerment and blessings, To ripen and liberate my lineage, and bestow accomplishments. (Repeat three times) First, in order to purify the lineage, I and others, all sentient beings who have been our mothers throughout space. From this time until attaining the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge with great respect in body, speech, and mind in the assembly of deities who embody the intention of the Sugatas and the Three Roots. Repeat after me with single-pointed devotion: Namo! I and all sentient beings pervading space, From now until enlightenment is attained, Take refuge with single-pointed devotion in body, speech, and mind In the mandala of the Three Roots, the complete Sugatas. (Repeat three times) With immeasurable love and compassion, unbearable to see all beings gathered by the three realms and six classes drowning in the ocean of suffering of samsara, though they have all been our kind mothers since beginningless time, I aspire to liberate them and establish them in the state of the Three Roots, the victorious ones. For that purpose, I will receive the great river of empowerment of the supreme accomplishment of Vidyadhara and practice the samadhi of the two stages. With clear intention, repeat after me: Ho! To all beings of the three realms and six classes who have been our mothers, With immeasurable love and great compassion, In order to establish them in the supreme state of the three kayas, I generate the mind to practice the Lama Vidyadhara. (Repeat three times) In the presence of the Sugatas, the Three Roots, the mandala embodying their intention, and the retinue, I offer outer and conventional prostrations and offerings, confess transgressions, rejoice in merit, request to remain steadfast, implore to turn the wheel of Dharma, and dedicate the merit. And clarify the intention of inner, ultimate, self-arisen, self-illuminating wisdom, and offer the seven branches that completely fulfill accumulation, purification, and increase. Repeat after me: Namo! To the Three Roots arising from the realm of primordial purity, I prostrate with reverence in a non-dual manner, I offer with clouds of offerings, the play of Dharma nature, I confess in the state of not accumulating sins and downfalls, I rejoice in the ocean of stainless merit, May you remain eternally in the unborn, unchanging state, I urge you to turn the wheel of Dharma of inexpressible meaning, I dedicate the merit to the essence of clear light, May all beings attain the self-arisen wisdom body! In order to hold the meaning of empowerment in the lineage, the three types of discipline: Pratimoksha, Bodhisattva, and Samaya vows. Receiving the actual and hidden meanings of the Pratimoksha vows of the five Buddha families. As you take and keep the great samayas of the view of intrinsic nature in the proper manner, repeat after me: HO! Assembly of the ocean of the Three Jewels and Three Roots, pay attention! Until I reach the heart of enlightenment, in order to benefit all limitless beings, I will not abandon the three kinds of discipline, I will hold them. May I fulfill the supreme accomplishment. Blissful Gone One, Vajra Jewel, Lotus Karma family, may I fulfill the supreme accomplishment. Samayas and vows of the deity, may I fulfill the supreme accomplishment. Practicing great conduct for the benefit of self and others, may I fulfill the supreme accomplishment. Root samayas of body, speech, and mind, branch samayas, the five families and twenty-five, without transgressing in the state of the view of intrinsic nature, may I fulfill the supreme accomplishment. May I accomplish the indivisible Three Supreme Vajras! (Repeat three times) Then, to accomplish the basis of empowerment, restrain the essential points of the three doors, and with single-pointed intention, visualize as follows: OM MAHĀŚŪNYATĀJÑĀNAVAJRADHARMDHĀTVA ĀTMAKO 'HAM (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ महाशून्यताज्ञानवज्रधर्मधात्वात्मकोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahāśūnyatājñānavajradharmadhātvātmako'ham，汉语字面意思：I am the essence of the great emptiness wisdom vajra dharma realm). All phenomena of outer and inner are unobservable, in the state of clear light emptiness, on the lotus, sun, and moon seat where you are situated. The self-display of awareness and wisdom radiates with five-colored light, HRĪḤ (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字). From that, you instantly become the Padmatötrengtsal, the union of all Three Roots, a youth of sixteen, with a complexion that is white and red, graceful with a peaceful smile and wrathful demeanor. The right hand holds a vajra at the heart, and the left holds a skull cup filled with amrita and a vase in the mudra of equipoise. A khatvanga rests on the left shoulder, and on the head is a lotus hat, and on the body are secret garments, a skirt, a dharma robe, and a large brocade cloak in layers. The feet are in the vajra posture, seated in the midst of a swirling mass of rainbows, rays, drops, and light, and the three places are marked with three syllables, the essence of the three vajras, blazing with light. From the heart of the lama mandala, the light radiates and illuminates the vast realms of the victorious ones of the three kayas, and especially from the Ngayab Padma Ö palace, summon Orgyen Padmatötrengtsal, the vidyadhara lamas of the mind transmission of intent, the peaceful and wrathful yidam heroes, and the assembly of yoginis, stirring their heart streams. Instantly, they come like a downpour, filling the expanse of the sky, and dissolve into you, so have the faith that the blessings of the great wisdom of the three secrets have entered the three doors indivisibly. The substances for invoking are present. Increase the splendor with music. If you are inspired, also recite the daily supplication with melody.
