Mix the five colors of wind and try to hold it within the range of sixteen fingers. Then, slowly pass through the path of the single channel (ro rkyang), and the wind blows towards the junction of the three channels, the A-shad (ཨ་ཤད་, Sanskrit: अ, Roman: a, Chinese: 阿, seed syllable) fire of wisdom, just like blowing air into a stove, the flame burns fiercely, the touch is hot, like the red-hot iron of a blacksmith, emitting a red glow, visualize the navel chakra completely filled with flames. Press down the upward-moving wind, and slightly lift the downward-moving wind. When it becomes unbearable, inhale slightly from the right side, and slightly press down from the Roma channel. Then inhale slightly from the left side, and press down from the Kyangma channel. Again, inhale slightly evenly, and press down at the same time. Then, first with small force, then with large force in the middle, and finally with small force, like before, mix the wind inside and outside, and hold it slightly. Then, slowly inhale inwards. Then, focus on the navel and hold for about thirty breaths. Similarly, the key and focus of the wind are as mentioned above, the flame burns fiercely, sharply, coarsely, and urgently, visualize a tactile sensation in the heart. Visualize that below the navel is the nature of fire, as hot as red-hot iron. Then, visualize that the heat of the flame causes white bodhicitta to drip from the Sham (Śa, seed syllable) on the crown of the head, like silver water, continuously dripping to the heart, and before touching the flame, the flame retreats downwards and merges into the navel. When the flame burns upwards, infuse the bodhicitta into the Ham (Haṃ, seed syllable) on the crown of the head. Focus again in the same way, combine wind and mind, and hold for about thirty breaths as much as possible. Just like that, combine day and night, and strive for fourteen days. Only the heat phase of Tummo (gtum mo, inner heat), the body's key is the six-locked stove. As before, clearly visualize the empty spaces of the chakras, and eliminate the nine-section wind. Inhaling, filling, pressing down, etc. are the same as before, the focus is on the wind blowing on the A-shad (ཨ་ཤད་, Sanskrit: अ, Roman: a, Chinese: 阿, seed syllable), the flame burns intermittently, visualize the three channels and below the navel chakra completely filled with flames. Visualize that the ends of the chakras are empty, and flames erupt from them, all the way up to the toes, the flames are red. Combine ten breaths and focus below the navel. The flame burns more fiercely again. Visualize that the heart chakra and fingers are engulfed in red flames. Then, the flame burns upwards, the throat chakra and empty spaces are filled with flames. Then, burning upwards, the crown chakra and empty spaces are filled with flames. Combine ten breaths with each of the three chakras as before. Then, the flame burns upwards, burning fiercely about one cubit above the crown of the head. Visualize that flames also erupt from the pores of the body, and practice like a pile of flames. Then, visualize the flame on the crown of the head as clear as the self-born deity, rising from under the lotus seat, rising from the back. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meditate on flames rising at the navel chakra. Imagine the body as hot as the fire at the end of an eon, with the heat filling the sky, earth, and space, then hold your breath for about ten counts. Next, place your hands on your knees and sway your upper body left and right three times. Relax your body, cover your knees with your hands, and exhale. While exhaling, make a hissing sound from your nostrils, exhaling from right to left. Then, do the same from left to right. Then, hiss evenly and exhale directly. Then, on the cushion, maintain the same visualization as above, combined with vase breathing, first do ten small descents, then ten medium descents, and finally ten large descents. This is only for those with low body temperature, a method to raise body temperature by visualizing fire. Then, to generate warmth and ease melting, visualize your body as emptiness, with the chakras as before. After expelling the nine stale winds, the five-colored wind enters, striking the A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), flames blaze, and the navel chakra is filled with fire. The lower body emptiness is filled with fire. Similarly, visualize the heart chakra, throat chakra, and crown chakra, each time holding your breath for ten counts, etc., according to your capacity. As the fire gradually burns, the three channels and chakras are filled with fire. Due to the heat of the fire, from the Hum (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the crown chakra, white bodhicitta, bright and oily, like mercury, appears in a dripping manner, imagine filling all the chakras of the crown chakra with ten breaths. Similarly, fill the throat chakra, heart chakra, and navel chakra with ten breaths each. Then, guide the bodhicitta downwards, filling from the lower body emptiness to the genitals and toes with ten breaths. In total, with one hundred and eight breaths, visualize the chakras and emptiness filled with a mixture of white and red bodhicitta. Furthermore, during the dripping of bodhicitta, when the bodhicitta drips to the crown chakra, joy arises; when it drips to the throat chakra, supreme joy arises; when it drips to the heart chakra, special joy arises; when it drips to the navel chakra, co-emergent joy arises; when it drips to the genitals, separation joy arises. When the bodhicitta drips to each location, identify the pleasure of each location and combine it with emptiness, be sure to make bliss and emptiness inseparable. Then, sway your upper body left and right three times, relax your posture, and exhale with a 'ha' sound as before. Then, place the meditation cushion under your hips, extend your hands in vajra fists in front of your chest, plant your toes on the ground, and squat with your body well straightened. Draw in your abdomen, making your belly close to your back. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
