I imagine it to be about a fathom long. Visualize and combine the emptying breath, placing the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) secretly within it, or without visualizing, meditate on Hum again, and then straighten it upwards as before, it is said. Practice about thirty times. The fourth is: squat down, place a small cushion under the perineum, hug the knees with both hands, and press down with the breath. Relax the lower gate, and imagine the blue breath entering from the lower gate, going under the powerful golden earth. Again, as you exhale, tighten the lower gate; exhale the upper breath, and imagine the blue breath coming out from the crown of the head, going to the Thirty-three Heavens (Trayastrimsa), practice thirty breaths. The fifth is: first, join the soles of the two feet together, and plant the toes on the ground. Straighten the body posture well. Raise both hands and join the palms above the head, bend the neck slightly, straighten the spine, and practice about thirty breaths. The key is to place the breath and mind in a state of non-duality. Then, adjust the body posture to the seven-point posture. Visualize your own body as a blue-black vajra, three-pronged, about a fathom long. At the navel, visualize the essence of awareness as a blue-black Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) syllable, the size of a mustard seed. As you inhale, mix the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) with the navel and focus your awareness on it. As you exhale, the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) syllable goes down from the horn of the vajra, returns to the tip of the horn of the vajra, and with the exhalation, it is drawn upwards through the empty channel of the vajra to the top. As you inhale, it goes down and returns to the navel. Again, focus your awareness on the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) syllable, hold the breath as much as possible, and then exhale and inhale as before. The purpose of these practices is to purify the impurities of body, speech, and mind, and to mature them into the pure three bodies (Trikaya), and to train the channels of the nadis and prana, which is very important. It is like clearing the ditches before diverting water, which temporarily allows the prana to enter the central channel (Avadhuti), and ultimately achieves the state of Vajradhara. Therefore, it is important to strive to master these key points and practice them diligently. The sixth is the actual practice of Tummo: Visualize yourself as Vajrayogini, about the size of your body, as before. On the right and left sides are two slightly thinner Rochana and Kyanga, with the upper ends inserted into the nostrils from between the eyebrows, and the lower ends entering the central channel (Avadhuti) from below the navel, shaped like the letter 'ཆ'. In the great bliss wheel (Mahasukha Chakra) at the crown of the head, there are three hundred and sixty nadis, facing downwards. In the enjoyment wheel (Sambhogakaya Chakra) at the throat, there are sixteen nadis, facing upwards. In the Dharma wheel (Dharmacakra) at the heart, there are thirty-two nadis, facing downwards. In the emanation wheel (Nirmanakaya Chakra) at the navel, there are sixty-four nadis. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Looking upwards with the eyes. Visualize the three channels (Rtsa-gsum) and chakras (Rtsa-'khor) as white on the outside and red on the inside, clear and empty, like a hollow reed. At the meeting point of the three channels, four fingers below the navel, visualize a crossed dharma origin (Chos-'byung) in the center, on top of a sun disc (Nyi-gdan), there is the A-shad (seed syllable) wisdom fire, blazing and flickering, its color is red, its touch is hot, moving quickly, emitting the sound 'Phem'. Visualize the upper end of the central channel (Dbu-ma) at the crown of the head, covered from the outside by a multi-colored vajra (Rdo-rje), in the form of a moon disc (Zla-gdan) closing the opening of the central channel. On its surface, there is a white 'Ham' syllable, head facing down, face looking forward. Around the 'Ham' syllable, on the surface of the moon disc, there are sixteen small dots, representing the sixteen joys (Dga'-ba bcu-drug), the size of mustard seeds. Visualize these extremely small dots entering into the central channel. Adopt a body posture such as the six-limbed posture (Me-thab drug-chings) or the seven-point posture (Chos-bdun), whichever is comfortable. Perform the nine-round breathing exercise (Rlung ro dgu phrugs su bsal ba): Place the right hand on the knee. Inhale the five-colored air from the right nostril, blocking the right nostril with the ring finger of the left hand. Then, with a slight bend in the body, rotate the shoulders left and right three times each, exhaling the air from the left side. Visualize inhaling the air of the five wisdoms (Ye-shes lnga) from the right nostril. From the empty chakras on the right side, all obstacles and problems of karma and afflictions (Las-nyon) of the channels and air are driven downwards by the wisdom air, passing through the meeting point of the three channels, through the path of the left channel (rkyang-ma), driving out the obstacles and problems of karma and afflictions on the left side, exhaling from the left nostril in the form of bluish-red smoke. Again, place the left hand on the knee, inhale the five-colored air from the left nostril, blocking the left nostril with the ring finger of the right hand, the air enters through the left channel, rotating the shoulders left and right, eliminating obstacles, etc., as before. Then, inhale evenly, the five-colored air enters from both nostrils, placing both hands on the knees, rotating the shoulders together left and right, eliminating all obstacles of the three channels and the four chakras ('Khor-lo bzhi-ldan), exhaling from the left and right sides in the form of bluish-red smoke. Then, exhale directly and simultaneously three times. Then, press the air below the navel, and as the air fills the channels, exhale simultaneously from the mouth and nose, visualizing all obstacles and problems of karma and afflictions of the channels and air, exhaling from all pores in the form of bluish-red smoke, shaking the body slightly, repeating three times. Then, straighten the body posture well as before, exhaling the air. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
