无死莲花金刚父母('chi med pad+ma badz+ra yab yum, immortal Padma Vajra father and mother)。空行母益西措嘉(mkha' 'gro ye shes mtsho rgyal,Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal)。君主赤松父子(mnga' bdag khri srong yab sras,King Trisong father and son)。大译师贝若扎那(lo chen b+hai ro tsa na,Great translator Vairochana)。 七传承之主莲花光明密咒洲(bka' babs bdun gyi mnga' bdag pad+ma 'od gsal mdo sngags gling pa,Pema Osel Do-ngak Lingpa, master of the seven transmissions)。

The lineage of complete bestowal is: Dharmakaya Samantabhadra Vajradhara (chos sku kun bzang rdo rje 'chang). Sambhogakaya glorious Hevajra (longs sku dpal ldan bde mchog). Nirmanakaya innate yogini (sprul sku lhan skyes rnal 'byor ma). Immortal Padma Vajra father and mother ('chi med pad+ma badz+ra yab yum). Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal (mkha' 'gro ye shes mtsho rgyal). King Trisong father and son (mnga' bdag khri srong yab sras). Great translator Vairochana (lo chen b+hai ro tsa na). Translator Gyalwa Choyang (lo tsA ba rgyal ba mchog dbyangs), etc., were given in extensive, medium, and concise ways. Then, Tertön Pema Wangchuk (gter ston pad+ma dbang phyug). Pema Osel Do-ngak Lingpa (pad+ma 'od gsal mdo sngags gling pa), master of the seven transmissions. The incomparable benefactor bestowed this upon me. Moreover, some of the far-transmitted precepts of the Drilbu Rim Nga (dril bu rim lnga, Ghantapañcakrama) teachings, well-known in the New Schools, were heard as ripening instructions. In the pure appearance of the near transmission, the great accomplished Vajra Ghantapa (rdorje drilbupa) and his consort bestowed the four symbolic empowerments. Explaining one verse of the root text of the five stages, he ultimately blessed the indivisibility of space and wisdom in an inconceivable state, so that its river also merged into one. The actual instructions arising from that. Preliminaries. Secondly, the actual instructions arising from that have three parts: preliminaries, main practice, and concluding practice. The first part also has three: establishing the foundation with the common preliminaries, settling the three doors into their natural state with the specific preliminaries, and training the mindstream with the guiding preliminaries. The first is: The root text states, 'In a secluded and blessed place, establish outer and inner boundaries.' As it says, in order to practice the two stages, one should seek a pleasant place that is secluded from crowds, free from the disturbances of people and non-humans. It should be blessed by previous siddhas and vidyadharas, and not tainted by the defilements of broken vows, etc. Settle there, abandoning all interactions with ordinary people, and the comings and goings of relatives, friends, and retinues, as well as all causes of attachment and aversion. Entrust the outer boundary to the Four Great Kings. For the inner boundary, dispel obstacles with fierce pride and visualize a stable protective circle. Secondly, settling the three doors into their natural state with the specific preliminaries is, 'Abandon distractions.' Therefore, sit upright on a comfortable cushion, straighten the body, and expel stale air. Abandon all activities of the body, speech, and mind that lead to distractions, and relax the three doors into their natural state. Thirdly, training the mindstream with the guiding preliminaries is divided into common and uncommon preliminaries. The first is: 'Arouse the mindstream with strong renunciation,' relying on the four thoughts that turn the mind from samsara. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With a strong sense of urgency, urge your mind towards Dharma. Now, I have obtained an extremely rare and meaningful perfect human body, endowed with the eight freedoms and ten endowments. I have the good fortune to meet the supreme refuge, the virtuous Lama who embodies all the qualities of the Three Jewels. I have encountered the profound Secret Mantra Vajrayana, which is as rare as the Udumbara flower. At this time, I must practice the pure Dharma and integrate it into my mind. If I do not do this, and become lost in the distractions and laziness of this life, I will be destroying myself, wandering in endless samsara, and experiencing endless suffering. What could be more regrettable than this? Even if I practice Dharma, if I do not make swift efforts, death is impermanent, like lightning, and I do not know when it will come. The external seasons change, and none of the internal sentient beings are permanent. I cannot be sure whether I will die tonight, tomorrow, or now. What should I do? At the time of death, I will experience intense suffering, and in the bardo, I will experience the fear of deluded appearances, which will be difficult to bear. Death is not the end; consciousness will follow karma. Virtuous deeds lead to higher realms, and evil deeds lead to lower realms. All actions that have been done will not disappear until they ripen, and actions that have not been done will not be encountered. Actions increase and change. Although the cause is small, the result is great. Compared to myself, the power of virtue is weak, and the power of evil is strong. There is no way to avoid wandering in samsara. No matter which of the six realms one is born into, whether high or low, it is full of the nature of the three sufferings, like entering a pit of fire or a forest of razors. There is no opportunity for happiness. Therefore, now I must resolve to liberate myself from the suffering of samsara, let go of trivial matters, and completely sever my attachment to this life. Secondly, the uncommon preliminaries are: 'Take refuge, generate bodhicitta, and purify obscurations diligently, especially the Guru Yoga, strike the essential point with intense devotion.' Therefore, there are four points here: taking refuge, generating bodhicitta, purifying obscurations, and Guru Yoga with mandala offerings. The first is: believing that there is no other refuge from the suffering of samsara other than the Lama and the Three Jewels, and generating firm faith: visualizing the place as a pure land, and the dwelling as a palace of wisdom. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
