权摄光芒之聚，主宰众生之寿命。 祈请收摄西方器情之寿命精华，赐予长寿之成就。 嗡 勃隆 吽。 从风大之净土中，行持勾召殊胜长寿之事业。 绿度母速疾成就光芒之聚，主宰众生之寿命。 祈请收摄北方器情之寿命精华，赐予长寿之成就。 嗡 勃隆 吽。如是念诵心咒，于六时之中勾召寿命。 其后，融入寿命： 三有之寿命光彩，融入于字母勃隆（藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूम्，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，字面意思：种子字）。 勃隆字化为光芒，融入寿命之所依宝瓶。 宝瓶内之光芒，融入五大之精华。 五大精华之光彩，融入本尊之五大精华。 嗡 阿 吽 梭哈。 五种英雄种子字，融入自身心间。 心间化为光明之嘎乌盒，萨玛雅 谛什塔 隆。 其后，守护： 吽。 心意秘密之门守护者，乃是忿怒明王马头金刚。 祈请守护寿命命根免受障碍，断除死主四魔之门。 祈请安住为长寿之大主宰。 嗡 班杂 卓达 哈亚 格里瓦 吽 班杂 Raksha Raksha 吽。如是念诵，以马头金刚守护内之脉门。 其后，加持会供： 嗡 萨瓦 扎 雅 萨 瓦 达 尼 吽 啪特。 让 央 康 嗡 阿 吽 舍。 舍。 从自性清净之宫殿中，祈请世尊怙主无量寿佛。 以及五部佛父佛母眷属众，降临会供之处。 首先，供养： 色声香味触法，普贤供云。 开启虚空宝藏之门，献供并祈请赐予成就。 嗡 阿 吽 阿 雅 嘉纳， 德瓦 达 钦 尼 萨 帕 瑞 瓦 Ra 玛哈 巴林 达 卡 卡 卡 嘿 卡 嘿。 其次，忏悔： 因无明、业及烦恼，根本、支分、三昧耶。 所有违犯之过失，皆以悔恨之心忏悔。 念诵百字明。 最后之会供： 诶 然 尼 札。 上半身乃大权忿怒之形象，下半身乃天铁橛之形状。 击打怨敌、邪魔、邪引、厉鬼之心脏，玛拉雅。 血肉骨骸化为微尘，嗡 班杂 卓达 哈亚 格里瓦 恼害 萨 玛拉雅 惹。 如是诛杀。于上述咒语之后加上 玛哈 玛 萨 惹 达 肯 尼 瑞 提 卡 嘿。如是击打。 其后，剩余之食子及残食，如作意修法般行持。 最后，封印： 吽。 无常之火。
