Visualize that you gradually experience the four joys of the earth element stabilizing downwards, the water element increasing, the fire element blazing, and the wind element pervading, and finally realize the wisdom of co-emergent great bliss. Thus, in the mandala of the secret Bhaga (Sanskrit: Bhaga, literally: auspicious), you receive the empowerment of prajna wisdom, purify the defilements of the mind's bindu (Sanskrit: Bindu), have the ability to practice Phowa (Tibetan: གཞན་ལུས་ཕོ་ཉའི་ལམ་, literally: the path of transferring consciousness), and ultimately have the opportunity to achieve the Vajra Dharmakaya of the heart. Hold the crystal and visualize that the essence of the Dharmadhatu (Sanskrit: Dharmadhatu) of emptiness is as clear as crystal, and the self-existing nature of spontaneous accomplishment appears like a rainbow. Recognize that these two are inseparable from the beginning, and the compassionate power of non-cessation manifests as anything, and is complete in the nature of the three Kayas of self-awareness. Please rest in the state of luminous original awareness. Ho! The essence of Dharmadhatu is empty and clear like crystal, the self-existing radiance of awareness is clear like a rainbow, through the symbolic empowerment of the union of Dharmadhatu and awareness, may the wisdom of co-emergent reality be manifested! Thus, in the mandala of self-born wisdom, you receive the fourth empowerment, purify the defilements of co-emergent habitual tendencies, have the ability to practice the path of Kadag (Tibetan: ཀ་དག་, literally: original purity) and Lhundrup (Tibetan: ལྷུན་གྲུབ་, literally: spontaneous accomplishment), and ultimately have the opportunity to achieve the wisdom Vajra Svabhavikakaya. At this point, the main empowerment is completed. Finally, in order to request the auspicious longevity empowerment, offer a mandala and recite the following prayer: Prayer: Lord of the family, immortal Padmasambhava, Constantly remember and listen to our prayers! Grant the youthfulness of Vajrasattva, And the supreme empowerment of wisdom and longevity! (Recite three times) First, in order to summon life and gather essence, please visualize as follows: Visualize yourself, the deities in the mandala in front of you, and yourselves, all appearing as the form of Guru Vajradhara, from whose heart radiates immeasurable light, which transforms into iron hooks. Summon the blessings and power of the Three Roots (Guru, Yidam, Protector) and all the Buddhas, summon the life accomplishments of the Vidyadharas who control immortal life, summon the life, merit, and wealth of the rulers of gods, nagas, and humans, summon the essence and quintessence of all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, summon the diminished life force and energy of each individual, and transform everything stolen, plundered, and destroyed by the eight classes of spirits into the form of light and bindus, entering from the pores and dissolving into the indestructible bindu in the heart. In the center of the vase of empowerment, Tshe-bdag Padma Kun-tu 'chang (Lord of Life, Lotus Always Holding), together with his retinue, merges into the stream of Bodhicitta nectar, entering from the crown of your heads. The entire body is filled, purifying the obscurations of birth and death along with their habitual tendencies. Visualize receiving the supreme and sacred empowerment of immutable Vajra life. Place the life-arrow on your head. Oṃ! In the red and clear moon mandala vase, the great Kuntu Changchen (All-Holding Great One), the unchanging Lord of Life, joyfully plays with the assembly of Vidyadharas and Dakinis, bestowing the empowerment of unshifting, eternal life. Kāya Āyurjñāna Abhiṣiñca Oṃ! (Body, Life, Wisdom, Empowerment, Oṃ!) In the vessel of the great bliss realm, the essence of Samsara and Nirvana, the moving and unmoving, is transformed into the great nectar of immortal wisdom. By experiencing this, the channels are filled with bliss. Visualize receiving the supreme and sacred empowerment of uninterrupted Vajra life. Offer the life-wine. Āḥ! In the space-like vessel, the great bliss mudra, the essence of Samsara and Nirvana is transformed into wisdom nectar. With the supreme substance that blazes with the bliss and warmth of the channels, bestow the empowerment of uninterrupted Vajra life. Vāka Āyurjñāna Abhiṣiñca Āḥ! (Speech, Life, Wisdom, Empowerment, Āḥ!) The essence of Samsara and Nirvana, all the vital essence of life, is condensed into the indivisible nature of the indestructible bindu. This immortal pill passes through the throat and dissolves into the clear life-force bindu in the center of the heart. Visualize receiving the supreme and sacred empowerment of unchanging Vajra life. Offer the life-pill. Hūṃ! The indestructible essence, the self-arisen bindu, the life essence of Samsara and Nirvana is condensed into one. With the supreme substance of the great bliss Samaya of experience and liberation, bestow the empowerment of the luminous, innate life. Citta Āyurjñāna Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (Mind, Life, Wisdom, Empowerment, Hūṃ!) Having thus empowered, the essence of nectar fills the inside of the body, and all the essence dissolves into the red HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, Hrih, Seed Syllable of Avalokiteśvara) in the center of the sun and moon palace in the heart, blazing with radiance and light. Close the mouth of the palace. The entire body is covered with Vajra armor. Attain the accomplishment of the Vidyadhara who has power over immortal life. Visualize that no obstacles can find an opportunity. Seal the three places with arrows and banners. Ā! The essence of the container gathers in the support of the aggregates, the merit of the essence of life is absorbed into the realm of wisdom.
