Supreme Lotus Master, attained enlightenment, Until samsara is empty, turn the Dharma wheel. Spontaneously Accomplished Vidyadhara, Orgyen Rinpoche, At the feet of Shakya Sengé, I prostrate. Unmoving in peace, blazing mudra, Invoking remembrance destroys demons and obstacles. Heruka, glorious Orgyen Rinpoche, Lion's Roar, at your feet I prostrate. For the beings of Tibet, compassion is especially profound, Directly and indirectly, lead beings to liberation. Incomparable Orgyen Rinpoche, Vajra Kilaya, at your feet I prostrate. Body representative, speech representative hidden as treasure, With intention, bless fortunate individuals. Kindness unequaled, Orgyen Rinpoche, Padma Tötreng Tsal, at your feet I prostrate. Abandoning birth and death, vajra-like body, Brahma's voice proclaims the Great Vehicle's Dharma sound. Ultimate intention, equal to all Buddhas, To Guru, the emanation body, I prostrate. Bodies as numerous as atoms, with reverence I prostrate, Voices as melodious as the ocean, with praise I prostrate, Mind with single-pointed devotion, with longing I prostrate, May the three doors be purified of obscurations, inseparable from you. With remorseful mind, I confess sins and obscurations, From now on, I will firmly establish vows. Namo. From beginningless time until now, Controlled by ignorance, body, speech, and mind, Sins and non-virtues committed, or caused to be committed, And rejoicing in them, I confess and reveal. Due to delusion, not knowing what to accept or reject, Due to attachment, mixing up cause and effect, Due to hatred, destroying the seeds of enlightenment, Accumulating the causes of lower realms and samsara, I confess and reveal. Due to pride, praising myself and disparaging others, Due to jealousy, looking down on others, Due to doubt, obscuring the true meaning, Turning my back on the true nature, I confess and reveal. The ten non-virtuous actions and the five heinous crimes, Transgressions of vows and natural faults, The causes that obscure the supreme path of liberation, Whatever has been accumulated, from the heart I confess with regret. For children, relatives, friends, trade, and war, etc., For seeking fame and gain in this life, with deceit and cunning, Relying on high, low, and intermediate, sinful actions, Intentionally and unintentionally done, I confess and reveal. Forgetting shame in this life, breaking oaths and vows, Not believing in the truth of the future, engaging in non-virtue, Falling into eternalism and nihilism, like external heretics, Bound by wrong views, I confess and reveal. Due to laziness, distraction, and being under the control of delusion, Although entering the teachings, I could not accomplish them as taught, All the faults that obscure this and future lives, From the heart, with strong remorse, I confess and reveal. Violated vows, contradicted the precepts of aspiration and entering Bodhicitta; Especially violated and broken the Vajra Samaya that should not be transgressed, I confess everything. Consumed offerings, slandered deities and gurus; Weakened pure perception, did not generate Bodhicitta; Despised parents, harbored malicious thoughts towards beings; Accumulated evil deeds without liberation, I confess everything. Immature myself, arrogantly worked for the benefit of others; Neglected secrecy, mingled in gatherings without vows; Not realizing the true nature, grasped illusions as truth; Deviated from the true meaning, I confess everything. Did not heed the teachings, I confess everything. Sold instructions as merchandise, I confess everything. Proclaimed secret mantras in the marketplace, I confess everything. For all the commitments made in common and individual scriptures, All violations, breakages, errors, and transgressions, Whether they are obstacles of this life or long-term obscurations, I confess and restrain with strong remorse. I take refuge, Guru Rinpoche! Padmasambhava, seize me with the hook of your compassion! I offer my body, speech, and mind as servants to the Guru! I entrust my heart, essence, and life to the Lord of Orgyen! May I and all sentient beings, my parents as vast as space, Not be cast into the three lower realms of Samsara! The Second Chapter on Purification of Obscurations ends! Offerings that are truly available, pure and clean; If not available, conjure them with the mind; Namo! In the boundless realms of the ten directions, all the substances of offering, Accomplished by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas through their aspirations, The great clouds of Samantabhadra's (Kunzang) unsurpassed offerings, Filling and expanding the Dharmadhatu, I offer them. Offering water, bathing water, flowers, the fragrance of incense; Bright lamps, perfumed water, food, a hundred flavors; Pleasing music, sounds of praise; I offer to the Lord of the Family, the venerable Mahaguru. The eight auspicious substances and the eight auspicious symbols; The complete and radiant seven royal emblems; Fluttering silks, captivating ornaments; And strings of jewels and necklaces, I offer them. A precious palace with golden eaves; A lion throne covered with divine silk; A wide parasol, a victory banner, and emblems; And various flags and yak-tail fans, I offer them. A bathing pool surrounded by eight qualities of water; White and red lotuses blooming with beautiful stamens; A beautiful garden adorned with flower-filled pavilions; Captivating bees singing sweet songs, I offer them.
