The Lama is the Buddha, please accomplish your activities, Please grant me empowerment and blessings, May I become the Lama who guides limitless sentient beings! Please bless me to mature in the four empowerments! Please bless me to purify the four obscurations! Please bless me to master the four paths! Please bless me to attain the four Kayas! Oṃ (body, complete), Āḥ (speech, immaculate), Hūṃ (mind, ultimate)! Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ! The self-nature is the seed of wisdom, Nourished by the empowerment of the base period, With the single stream of the path's empowerment, Nourishing realization, purifying shortcomings. Venerable Guru is the emanation of compassion, On the bindu of my body at the crown of my head, Please grant empowerment and blessings, dispel the obscurations of awakening! I pray for the accomplishment of the immutable Kaya! From the white Oṃ (body, complete) at the forehead, the Vajra of body, The nectar of lunar essence enters my brow, Purifying the obscurations of the channels, ripening into the deity body of appearance and emptiness. The vase empowerment is complete, becoming the nourishment of the Nirmanakaya. Kāya Siddhi Abhiṣiñca Oṃ! Venerable Guru is the self-nature of the complete Sambhogakaya, On the bindu of my speech at my throat, Please grant empowerment and blessings, dispel the obscurations of dreams! I pray for the accomplishment of unimpeded speech! From the red Āḥ (speech, immaculate) at the throat, the Vajra of speech, The nectar of sunlight enters my throat, Purifying the obscurations of the winds, ripening into the mantra of sound and emptiness. The secret empowerment is complete, becoming the nourishment of the Sambhogakaya. Vāka Siddhi Abhiṣiñca Āḥ! Venerable Guru is the essence of the Dharmakaya, On the bindu of my mind at my heart, Please grant empowerment and blessings, dispel the obscurations of dullness! I pray for the accomplishment of unerring mind! From the blue Hūṃ (mind, ultimate) at the heart, the Vajra of mind, The dark blue nectar enters my heart, Purifying the obscurations of the bindu, ripening into the clear light of awareness and emptiness. The wisdom empowerment is complete, becoming the nourishment of the Dharmakaya. Citta Siddhi Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Venerable Guru is the body of great bliss Vajra, On the innate bindu at my navel, Please grant empowerment and blessings, dispel the obscurations of attachment! I pray for the accomplishment of the complete five Kayas! From the Hrīḥ (great compassion) at the navel, the wisdom Vajra, The golden nectar enters my navel, Purifying the obscurations of transference, ripening into great bliss and emptiness. 三根本，勇士空行之自在主， 度化六道之导师， 救护藏地子民之怙主， 加持与慈悲之宝藏， 恩德无量， 莲花生古汝请垂念！ 祈请赐予金刚大智慧， 我子从心底祈祷， 迅速融入我的心续， 赐予与您无二无别的， 加持与成就！ 古汝欢喜融入自身光明， 无别自生光明法身， 离勤作、超心念之本初状态， 愿成办诸法本净大圆满之意！ 以此善根，愿十方三世， 诸上师之意愿圆满， 三世父母为首的， 六道一切众生， 皆为古汝所摄受， 证悟真实金刚之义！ 如是而言，安住于本然状态。 灌顶次第第七品完。 萨玛雅！ 从法界化现之报身， 无碍化身莲花生， 外显持明金刚， 内显圣观世音， 密显怙主无量寿， 双运普贤不变光， 以方便示现种种神变， 度化众生之大悲永不断绝， 化身遍布一切刹土， 尤其以慈悲垂念藏地。 因此，为后世所化众生之故， 留下无量大小教言， 地底下充满伏藏， 此易于修持、圆满且意义深远的， 甚深心髓之法， 亦赐予君臣大众。 交付于大译师。 仅修持一次， 亦能有幸得见古汝尊颜， 若恒常精进则净除一切业障， 圆满会供，我等及， 三根本诸佛加持， 于莲花光刹土中， 结缘并现前菩提。 措嘉以符号形式记录， 为后世利益而取出伏藏。 毗卢扎那加持，成为持明者， 奉行不确定之行为， 相遇之时，以愿力之加持， 伏藏母子相会时， 凡结缘者皆成具义。 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 我，不死持教雍仲林巴，获得成就。

The root of the three, the powerful lord of heroes and dakinis, The guide of all six realms, The protector who saves the Tibetan people, The great treasure of blessings and compassion, Whose kindness is immeasurable, Guru Padmasambhava, know me! Great Vajra Wisdom, I, your child, pray from the depths of my heart, Quickly enter my lineage, Grant the blessings and siddhis that are inseparable from you! Guru, pleased, dissolves into light into oneself, Inseparable, self-born, clear light Dharmakaya, Effortless, beyond mind, the primordial state, May the intention of the Great Perfection, the original completion of all dharmas, be fulfilled! By this virtue, may the intentions of the lamas of the ten directions and three times be fulfilled, And may all sentient beings of the six realms, headed by the parents of the three times, Be taken care of by the Guru, And realize the true meaning of Vajra! Thus spoken, remain in the natural state. The seventh chapter of the empowerment is complete. Samaya! The Sambhogakaya arising as form from the expanse, Unobstructed Nirmanakaya Padmasambhava, Outwardly, the Lotus-born Vajradhara, Inwardly, the noble Avalokiteshvara, Secretly, the protector Amitayus, Union Kunsang unchanging light, Showing various magical displays of skillful means, The compassion to tame beings is never-ending, Emanations pervade all realms, Especially with love, he cares for Tibet. Therefore, for the sake of future disciples, He left countless great and small instructions, Filling all under the earth with treasures, This profound path, easy to enter, complete, and meaningful, Is also instructed to the lord, ministers, and all. Entrusted to the great translator. Even by practicing it once, One will be fortunate to see the face of the Guru, If one is always diligent, all obscurations will be purified, Completing the great gathering, and I and others, The three roots and the victorious ones bless, In the immeasurable realm of Padma Od, Be connected and manifest enlightenment. Tsogyal wrote in symbolic form, To obtain treasures for the benefit of future generations. Vairochana blessed, becoming a Vidyadhara, Maintaining uncertain conduct, Upon meeting, through the power of aspiration, When the treasure mother and child meet, All who are connected will become meaningful.
