Expanding on the meaning of 'རྣམ་པར་དག་པ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: completely pure),' Je Gampopa (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) stated: 'What exists as the ground is meditated upon as the path; the fruition becomes manifest as the nature of reality.' Therefore, the naturally pure essence of reality, the great bliss free from extremes, pervades all of samsara and nirvana. As it is said, 'One body pervades all, the essence of the Sugata's From Yaki Kuntuzangpo (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) to sentient beings experiencing the suffering of Naraka (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), it pervades without addition or subtraction. Uncreated by anyone, spontaneously arising from the qualities of the Buddha, to the various experiences of the path, to the unceasing manifestation of the sufferings of the six realms, this, from the moment of its arising, is spontaneously perfected in the great emptiness. Such a state of all-pervading, self-illuminating greatness is beyond the realm of intellect, beyond words, beyond mental scrutiny, beyond example and symbol. Whether realized or not, it remains primordially, an inexpressible greatness. The path to be meditated upon is to place and meditate upon such a state of the ground, and to adorn it with Ye As 'adorned with Ye (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)' says, the awareness that has existed from the beginning, the nature of the five wisdoms, is also clear emptiness, sound emptiness, feeling emptiness, tasting emptiness, and knowing great emptiness. For the meaning of Ye (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), by maintaining it in an uncorrected, natural state, one will meet the naturally pure essence of reality, the original face of primordiality. Awareness reaches the ultimate state of ordinariness. To accomplish the ultimate, unwavering diligence is crucial, which is the meaning of 'adornment.' By diligently practicing in this way, the fruition becomes manifest as the nature of reality, and it is also adorned with Ye Ye (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is primordial wisdom, capable of self-establishment, and from the essence of one's own body, the spontaneously arising wisdom is perfected. Having secured the stronghold of the three bodies of fruition, the emanations of compassion arise immeasurably, and the work of benefiting beings continues uninterrupted until the end of existence. Mangalam! Shubham! Now begins the written compilation of the continuous practice of the 'Wish-Fulfilling Jewel' oral instructions. The continuous practice of the 'Wish-Fulfilling Jewel' oral instructions. Homage to Ratna Sampanna Dharma Raja (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), the supreme guide of the degenerate age, and to Bhagavati (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) Yizhin Khorlo (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)! Now, I shall write down the continuous practice of the 'Wish-Fulfilling Jewel' oral instructions in an orderly manner. First, the preliminaries. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, immediately after waking up from sleep, before the body is fully active, cross the legs into a lotus posture, make the fire-heap mudra (Thab-mgal) with the hands, slightly raise the breath and press it down, while slightly inhaling and combining with the lower breath. Shake the body slightly. Afterward, exhale three times the stale air. Then, slightly straighten the body and take refuge in the Three Jewels and generate Bodhicitta. Second part, the main practice: Visualize your own body's external form as the Great Sage (Thub-pa chen-po, Shakyamuni Buddha), with emptiness inside. Within the emptiness, in the center, there is a blue central channel (uma), with the upper end reaching the jewel on the crown of the head, and the lower end reaching the secret place. On the right is the white Kyangma channel (rkyang ma), and on the left is the red Roma channel (ro ma), both with the upper and lower ends the same as the central channel. The three channels are from the thickness of an arrow shaft to the thinness of a horse's tail, visualizing them extending upwards like threads of light. At the secret place, there is a red and black Dharma source (chos 'byung, triangle). At the navel, there is a yellow square. At the heart, there is a blue octagon. At the throat, there is a red crescent moon. At the head, there is a white round skull chamber. In the vase at the crown of the head, there is a triangular shape like crystal. The jewel at the crown of the head is a rainbow halo. In these containers, clearly visualize the places from bottom to top. From top to bottom, clearly visualize the goals of the generation stage and completion stage in order. First is the generation stage and completion stage of the life force: In the jewel at the crown of the head, in the center of a four-petaled variegated lotus, visualize the master of all lineages (bla ma rigs kun 'dus pa'i bdag nyid) Vajradhara (rdo rje 'chang, Vajradhara), with a blue body, hands crossed at the heart making the vajra and bell mudra, adorned with silk and jewels, sitting in vajra posture, the body filled with great bliss. On the petals, in front is the accomplished Tilopa (Til-li-pa), with a blue body and a reddish glow, hands with the right hand giving supreme bliss, and the left hand holding a kapala bowl filled with nectar, wearing white cotton clothes, wearing a rosary, hair tied in a topknot, holding the hundred thousand names of the master and Buddha in his hair, sitting in half-lotus posture. Visualize him as mastering countless samadhis. On the right is the scholar Naropa (Na-ro-pa), with a dark brown body and a glow, hands with the right hand giving refuge, and the left hand holding a kapala bowl filled with nectar, wearing white cotton clothes, wearing a rosary, hair tied in a topknot, holding the hundred thousand names of the master and Buddha in his hair, sitting in half-lotus posture. Visualize him as mastering countless samadhis. Behind is the lord Marpa Lotsawa (Mar-pa lo-tsa), with a white body and a reddish glow, a mantra holder. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
