挥动幡旗，吽！从成就者智慧的自性中，通过（藏文：སོགས་ཀྱིས་བསྐུལ་ཅིང་ཚེ་འགུགས།）等来祈请并召集寿命。将加持过的宝瓶放在左耳后。 吽！从成就者智慧的宝瓶中，通过（藏文：སོགས་ཀྱིས་དབང་བསྐུར་ཅིང་བུམ་ཆུ་སྦྱིན།）等来灌顶并给予宝瓶水。宝瓶的甘露和寿命的精华充满身体，融入到明亮的阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ）字中，光芒四射。用嘎乌盒（藏文：གྭའུ་）固定十字金刚杵（藏文：རྒྱ་གྲམ་），用连珠（藏文：ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད་）捆绑，以此获得无碍事业的寿命灌顶。这样就完成了事业根本的灌顶。接下来，按照三补益的寿命次第，依次进行身语意的灌顶。首先是身的灌顶，请这样观想：寿命本尊幻化寂静坛城中的诸尊，从他们的身中发出智慧之身，如同一盏灯分出两盏灯一样，融入到你们身体的各个部位。用察察（藏文：ཙཀླི་）依次灌顶，念诵：吽 舍（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔），法界智慧薄伽梵，寿命之主（藏文：ཆོས་དབྱིངས་ཡེ་ཤེས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་ཚེ་ཡི་བདག༔）等三补益中的赞颂词结尾。遍照佛（藏文：རྣམ་སྣང་）无量寿佛（藏文：ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་པས་）给予灌顶等。中间穿插：嗡 阿 约 嘉纳 策 贝 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔）的咒语，直到四门全部灌顶完毕。拿着寿命穗，以此为缘起，这个寿命穗就是月亮般的灌顶宫殿，在五种智慧光芒燃烧的境界中，寿命之主五部佛父佛母，以及自显化现的眷属安住于此，光芒四射，汇聚轮涅一切坚固和流动之精华，全部凝聚成甘露五光的形态融入，从身语意中降下不死甘露之流。融入到你们身语意的精华中，净化一切分别念、业障和习气，成熟为不坏三精华的自性，获得远离生死衰老的金刚身。念诵：吽 舍（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔），不变寿命穗，莲花红宝石色（藏文：མི་འགྱུར་ཚེ་འབྲང་པདྨ་རཱ་གའི་མདོག༔）等，放在头顶。以此清净身体的罪障和习气，能够观修空性坛城，从今以后，对于一切庸俗的显现和执着，都要像被钉子钉住一样。第二是语的念诵，给予咒语的传承，请这样观想：与上师无二无别的寿命之主五部佛的诸佛，从他们心间的咒语链中发出第二条咒语链，从口中出来，进入到你们显现为种姓总集无量寿佛的口中，在心间的嘎乌盒手印中央。

Waving the banner, Hum! From the very nature of the accomplished wisdom, through (Tibetan: སོགས་ཀྱིས་བསྐུལ་ཅིང་ཚེ་འགུགས།) etc., invoke and summon life. Place the blessed vase on the left behind the ear. Hum! From the vase of accomplished wisdom, through (Tibetan: སོགས་ཀྱིས་དབང་བསྐུར་ཅིང་བུམ་ཆུ་སྦྱིན།) etc., empower and bestow the vase water. The nectar of the vase and the essence of life fill the body, dissolving into the clear Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ), blazing with light. The Gau box (Tibetan: གྭའུ་) is fixed with a crossed vajra (Tibetan: རྒྱ་གྲམ་), bound with a string of beads (Tibetan: ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད་), so that you may receive the life empowerment of unobstructed activity. Thus, the empowerment of the root of activity is completed. Next, according to the three-fold life cycle, the empowerments of body, speech, and mind occur in sequence. First, the empowerment of the body, please contemplate as follows: The deities of the life deity's illusory peaceful mandala emanate wisdom bodies from their bodies, like one lamp dividing into two, dissolving into the various places of your bodies. Empower sequentially with the Tsa-kli (Tibetan: ཙཀླི་), reciting: Hum Hrih! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔) Bhagavan of Dharmadhatu wisdom, Lord of Life (Tibetan: ཆོས་དབྱིངས་ཡེ་ཤེས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་ཚེ་ཡི་བདག༔) etc., the concluding words of the praise within the three-fold benefit. Vairochana (Tibetan: རྣམ་སྣང་) Amitayus (Tibetan: ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་པས་) bestows empowerment etc. In between, insert the mantra: Om Ah Yur Jñana Tshe Bhrum Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔), empowering all the way up to the four gates. Holding the life sprig, as a support for that, this very life sprig is like a moon-like empowerment palace, in the realm of five wisdom lights blazing. The Lord of Life, the five Buddha families, father and mother, together with the self-manifested retinue, reside there, radiating and gathering light, all the clarity and essence of samsara and nirvana, both stable and moving, are condensed into the form of nectar five lights, dissolving, and from body, speech, and mind, a stream of immortal nectar descends. Dissolving into the essence of your three doors, purifying all conceptual obscurations, karmic obscurations, and habitual tendencies, maturing into the nature of the indestructible three essences, obtaining the vajra body free from birth, death, aging, and decline. Recite: Hum Hrih! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔) Unchanging life sprig, the color of Padma Raga (Tibetan: མི་འགྱུར་ཚེ་འབྲང་པདྨ་རཱ་གའི་མདོག༔) etc., and place it on the crown of the head. This purifies the sins, obscurations, and habitual tendencies of the body, enabling the contemplation of the empty mandala of deities, so from now on, all ordinary appearances and attachments should be nailed down like with a peg. Second, the recitation of speech, bestowing the transmission of mantra, please contemplate as follows: The Buddhas of the Lord of Life, the five Buddha families, inseparable from the guru, emanate a second mantra chain from the mantra chain in their hearts, coming out from their mouths, entering into the mouths of you all, who are clear as the collection of lineages, Amitayus, in the center of the Gau box mudra in the heart. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The seed syllables (藏文：ས་བོན་ཨ་ནྲྀ་ཧཱུྃ；梵文天城体：；梵文罗马拟音：a nṛ hūṃ；汉语字面意思：seed syllable a nṛ hūṃ) of the five families are arranged around it. From this, rays of light emanate, condensing the life essence of sentient and insentient beings of samsara and nirvana into the form of the five heroes, merging into the seed syllables and mantra chain, filling the entire body with blazing light. Visualize attaining the life accomplishment of the five families, recite the mantras, and connect the mala. Recite the five mantra sections, three times each: 'Om Namo Bhagavate Vairocana Aparimita,' etc. Finally, place the mala at the throat and stabilize it with the support heart mantra and Supratistha. At the end, rely on nectar (བདུད་རྩི་) to perform the speech empowerment: In the vast vessel of skillful means and wisdom, the union (ཟུང་འཇུག་) of the long-life deity parents (ཚེ་ལྷ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་) in equal union, the light rays of great bliss bodhicitta (བདེ་ཆེན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་) radiate and gather, condensing all the life essence of existence and peace (སྲིད་དང་ཞི་བ) into the nature of nectar, dissolving into light, becoming this immortal drink. By giving this to you, it passes through the channel marked by the vajra (རྡོ་རྗེ་) and Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ) on the tongue (ལྕེ་), the essence of nectar fills the channels and elements, and wind and mantra ripen indistinguishably. Visualize attaining the speech accomplishment of the indestructible vajra nada. Give the nectar, and recite: 'Hūṃ Hrīḥ! Like a towering snow mountain, a turquoise lake eternally frozen,' etc. By this, the sins and habitual tendencies of speech are purified. Being empowered to recite empty sound mantras, from now on, nail all ordinary sounds and thoughts with the nail of recitation (ཛཔ྄, japa) and absorption samadhi (ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་). Third, relying on the lamp (མར་མེ་) to perform the mind empowerment: Visualize that your aggregates, elements, channels, winds, bindus, and awareness radiance are spontaneously accomplished as the clear light of great primordial wisdom, offering this to the three roots (རྩ་གསུམ་) and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, from which immeasurable blessings and compassionate light arise. Eliminate all darkness of delusion and obscurations. Again, from the heart of the guru and the front-generated mandala, inseparable, appear the five wisdom nature Gaus (གྭའུ་), mantra chains, and life syllables. Visualize becoming inseparable from your mind. In the state of the primordially pure (ཀ་དག་) emptiness (སྟོང་ཉིད་) free from elaboration (སྤྲོས་པ་བྲལ་བ) of the dharmadhatu (དབྱིངས་), rest evenly in the uncorrected state of self-aware (རང་རིག་) clear light (འོད་གསལ་) pervasive (ཁྱབ་བདལ་) spontaneously accomplished (ལྷུན་གྲུབ་) great perfection (ཆེན་པོ་) primordial union (ཟུང་དུ་འཇུག་པ). Light the long-life lamp, hold it at the heart, and recite: 'Hūṃ Hrīḥ! In the Gau of skillful means and wisdom, body, symbol, sun, and moon,' etc. By this, the sins and habitual tendencies of mind are purified.
