along with other offerings. All kinds of Tsog (gathering) implements, offerings, musical instruments, etc., are fully prepared and beautifully arranged around. The actual ritual consists of three parts: preliminary, main part, and concluding part. The first is the preliminary, which is further divided into four parts. The first is purifying the mindstream: Visualize all the holy beings of the mandala of the Lama, Vidyadhara (knowledge holder), and peaceful and wrathful deities in the sky in front of you, and invite them to descend by reciting 'Vajrasamaja' (藏文:བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ,梵文天城体:वज्रसमाजा,梵文罗马拟音:vajrasamāja,汉语字面意思:Vajra Samaja). Until the end of the sky, In the boundless pure lands, the peaceful and wrathful deities are like an ocean, the precious Guru, Three Jewels, and Yidam deities, the ocean of Dakinis, and all the oath-bound protectors, from this moment until enlightenment, I take refuge with reverence, never to be separated. From the vast expanse of the Dharmadhatu (realm of truth), manifesting through wisdom, skillful means, and compassion, the peaceful and wrathful deities of the ten directions and four times, please come to this place for the benefit of beings. In this pure and luminous wisdom mandala, on precious lion thrones and other seats, on the immaculate sun and moon lotus of skillful means and wisdom, please reside in the great bliss free from defilements. In the secret lotus of Kuntuzangmo (Samantabhadri), merging with the undefiled bliss of Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra), the assembly of peaceful and wrathful victorious ones, I prostrate to all the parent deities and their retinues. To the ocean of peaceful and wrathful victorious ones, I offer limitless outer, inner, and secret offerings, whether actually present or mentally emanated, please accept them for the benefit of beings. From beginningless time, I have been controlled by the three poisons of greed, hatred, and ignorance, all the sins and habitual tendencies of body, speech, and mind, and all the causes accumulated for the suffering of lower realms and samsara, I deeply regret and confess with repentance. In the Dharmadhatu (realm of truth) that pervades all, the pure land of great bliss, all the activities done for the benefit of beings, and all the merit and Bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment) accumulated, all the sources of merit and wisdom, I rejoice with great joy. I request all the teachers as numerous as dust particles in the Buddha-fields of the ten directions, to remember their past vows for the benefit of sentient beings, and with voices filling the sky, to turn the sacred wheel of Dharma. Until the world of samsara is empty, may they benefit vast numbers of beings, and all the endless Buddha teachers, I pray that they do not pass into Nirvana, but remain for a long time. All the merits I have accumulated in the past, present, and future, may all sentient beings as infinite as the sky, become vessels of the supreme Great Vehicle, and quickly attain the state of peaceful and wrathful deities. Reciting thus, visualize all the assembly of holy beings dissolving into oneself, and abide in the original pure state of suchness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Abide in equanimity. Second, command the obstacles: Instantly visualize oneself as Vajra Heruka (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་, Wylie: rdo rje he ru ka), dark blue, blue-white, or red, with three faces and six arms. The three right hands hold a vajra, a red bhanta bowl, and an enemy god (Tibetan: དགྲ་སཏྭ, Wylie: dgra stwa). The three left hands hold a bell, a skull cup filled with blood, a spear, and a plow. With four legs, the left leg extended, in a warrior stance, adorned with charnel ground ornaments. The consort, Vajra Krodheshvari (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ཁྲག་འཐུང་མ་, Wylie: rdo rje khrag 'thung ma), blue in color, embraces the father in a blood-drinking manner. Fierce and wrathful, residing in the center of blazing wisdom fire, from whose body emanate wrathful deities and sparks of weapon fire, threatening, expelling, and destroying all gatherings that lead demons and heretics astray. Hūṃ! With the pride of being a deity, I radiate light and rays in all ten directions. All ten directions are filled with peaceful and wrathful deities, radiating light. Harming body, speech, and mind, stealing the splendor of offerings, ignorant obstacles, arising from afflictions and ignorance, do not stay here, move elsewhere! Hūṃ Hūṃ Uccaṭṭa Ya Phaṭ! Third, establish boundaries: Hūṃ! From the heart of the deity of oneself, radiate a vajra, a jewel, a lotus, and a crossed vajra, a wheel, and a mountain of fire, encircling in six successive layers. Countless emanations of wrathful deities completely fill and establish the boundaries. Vajra Ratna Padma Karma Cakra Jvala Raṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ! Thus, the tent of five weapons, blazing with wisdom fire and radiating clouds of wrathful deities, completely fills all directions, becoming utterly indestructible. Fourth, bless the offerings: Hūṃ! From the state beyond thought and expression, all is emptiness. Medicine, blood, torma offerings, and objects, from the emptiness free from self-grasping, with the three syllables Raṃ Yaṃ Khaṃ, purify the defilements of self and other's conceptualizations. Fire, wind, and water also dissolve into light, becoming medicine, blood, torma offerings, and objects. With the purification of dualistic thoughts, all containers and contents become manifold desirable qualities. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Sarva Pañca Amṛta Hūṃ Hrīḥ Ṭhā! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Mahā Rakta Jvala Maṇḍala Hūṃ Hrīḥ Ṭhā! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Mahā Baliṃta Hūṃ Hrīḥ Ṭhā! Oṃ Vajra Puṣpe Āḥ Hūṃ! Oṃ Vajra Dhūpe Āḥ Hūṃ! Oṃ Vajra Āloke Āḥ Hūṃ! Oṃ Vajra Gandhe Āḥ Hūṃ! Oṃ Vajra Naivedya Āḥ Hūṃ! Oṃ Vajra Śabda Āḥ Hūṃ! Reciting these mantras three times each, contemplate that the manifestation of bliss-emptiness wisdom, the boundless clouds of outer and inner offerings, fill the entire expanse of space. The main part has two sections: Establishing the foundation with the three samadhis. Second, the main part has five sections: Establishing the foundation with the three samadhis. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
