Indicating with a mudra, as a symbol of being unstained by the faults of wrongdoing, the body color is white. A single head symbolizing the one and only essence. Two hands symbolizing emptiness and wisdom. Holding a vajra and bell as a symbol of benefiting beings through skillful means and wisdom. Feet bound in the vajra posture as a symbol of not abiding in the extremes of samsara and nirvana. Adorned with silks and precious jewels as a symbol of enjoying the wisdom of not abandoning desirable qualities, and meditating by combining mindfulness of purity on all supports and supported. In short, upon the original nature of reality, the qualities of the Buddhas are naturally present and spontaneously accomplished. Whatever qualities there may be, one must be devoted to the purity from the beginning in the essence of that mandala of support and supported, and regard the support and supported as completely pure while meditating in samadhi. Moreover, when the father and mother cause bliss to melt through subsequent attachment, and when body and mind arise in bliss, from within that state, one should meditate by regarding the clear appearance of the deity's form and the pride as illusory. Thus, all mandalas will arise as the play of the wisdom dharmakaya of bliss, clarity, and emptiness, and one will abide in samadhi. Secondly, the yoga of reciting speech: Visualizing oneself as Vajrasattva (Dorje Sempa), in the space where the heart is swirling with five lights, a wisdom being resembling oneself resides on a moon. At its heart, a white five-pointed vajra (Dorje) stands upright, with a clear and blazing white Hum (ཧཱུྃ,梵文:हूँ,Hum,Destroyer) syllable at its center. Around it, visualize a clear white rosary of mantras rotating clockwise, and when reciting the mantra, imagine rays of light emanating from the mantra rosary, pervading the sky. Offering to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and all blessings and siddhis are gathered in the form of light and dissolve into oneself, which is the visualization of gathering blessings for one's own benefit. Also, the light from the heart touches all sentient beings, purifying sins and obscurations, and establishing them in the supreme, unchanging great bliss of Vajrasattva (Dorje Sempa). Imagine the light returning and dissolving into the mantra rosary at the heart, which is the recitation for the benefit of others' activities. If one cannot do both visualizations simultaneously, alternate them. In a state where appearance, sound, and movement are inseparable from the deity, mantra, and clear light, during the main session, recite the six-syllable mantra (藏文:ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པ་,梵文:षडक्षरी,sadaksari, six syllable), and at the end of the session, recite as much of the Hundred Syllable Mantra as possible. When concluding the session, join palms and recite verses that urge the commitment, and offer prayers. Complete with vowels and consonants and the Hundred Syllable Mantra. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

May the blessings of 'ye dhar' (Tibetan: ་ཡེ་དྷར་) be firm. Third, after clarifying the mandala of indivisible Samaya and Jnana beings, purify all the inner contents by touching them with the light from your heart, so that they dissolve into the protective wheel. That dissolves into the palace. That dissolves into yourself as the Samaya Vajrasattva. That dissolves into the Jnana being. That dissolves into the vajra. That dissolves into Hūṃ (seed syllable: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). That also dissolves upwards into the expanse of non-objectification, and by gazing greatly at your own face, remain evenly in the state of nakedness, free from grasping at appearances and awareness. From that state, due to the cause of reciting the essence, the innate Vajrasattva arises, and the three places are protected by the three vajra syllables. Bind the armor mantra mudra and put on the vajra armor on the body. Ensure that appearances, sounds, and thoughts are inseparable from the conduct of the three vajras. The third is the subsequent sequence: recite the dedication and auspicious words. When entering the evening session, replenish the torma offerings, and from the preliminary practice of purifying the lineage and blessing the offerings to the final dedication and auspicious words, it will be accomplished as before. It is important to have a tsok offering at the first night and auspicious times. In this way, the recitation and supplication are accomplished, and the tsok substances are arranged. From the blessing to the offering of leftovers, and the leftovers are held as prisoners. Except for the torma escort and the dissolution of the boundary, nothing else is needed, but the torma offering to the treasure owner and mantra protectors is very important. Therefore, give it in the evening or at a comfortable time, offer thanksgiving praises, and confess faults. Invite the tsok guests to remain on the supports, and then enter the gathering and rising stages. When sleeping, dissolve the deity into the state of non-objectification and go to sleep in a state of non-thought. If you cannot sleep, you can repeat it. When waking up in the morning, believe that the deities residing in the sky awaken you with the sound of mantras, and rise as the deity, and enter the yoga of bathing and meditation recitation. The next day, there are four sessions: dawn, morning, afternoon, and evening, or three or two, whichever you do is fine. Just add the combination of those. In the first session, especially add the supplication of the lineage. In between sessions, it is also good to complete the Vajrasattva meditation recitation combined with the bathing visualization. In this way, recite the six-syllable mantra (oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Sanskrit: ॐ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om! The jewel in the lotus!) one million times, that is, six million times. Multiply that by four, that is, twenty-four million times. Then recite one-sixth of that amount of the hundred-syllable mantra, that is, one million times or with the addition of forty thousand to make up for deficiencies, this is the number approximation. The time approximation is between three and six months. If signs appear, it is a sign of accomplishment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
