如同背负着游泳圈。 如同膀胱用水灌满陶罐。 下面的两个孔如同水孔。 两条腿如同门上的踏脚石。 要害的关键如同国王加冕。 如是说。 《无垢妙药八支续》中，秘密口诀之续中，身体比喻的章节，第三章完毕。 ༄། །第四章，讲述身体状况的章节。 此后，圣者智慧明智者又如是说： “喂，大圣者，请听！身体状况的讲述有四种：讲述身体的容量、身体的营养状况；讲述关联的脉络状况；讲述要害的关键状况；讲述通道孔穴的状况。 首先，风的容量如同一只充满气的膀胱。胆汁的容量如同一只自身的胆囊。痰的容量如同一只自身的三捧。血液和粪便的容量是七捧。尿液和血清的容量是四捧。脂肪和油脂的容量是两捧。精微物质和精液的容量是一捧。脑的容量如同一只自身的捧。肉的容量是五百巴尔采。女性的大腿和乳房多出二十巴尔采。骨骼的容量是二十三种骨头。其中，脊椎骨有二十八个。肋骨的数量是二十四根。牙齿的数量是三十二颗。骨头的碎片有三百六十块。四肢的大关节有十二种。小关节有二百五十个。肌腱有十六条，韧带有九百条。头发的细丝有两万一千根。毛孔有百亿个。有五脏六腑，九个孔穴。 赡洲（地球）自身的身躯是一寻四方。对于体型不好的人来说，是自身的三尺半。 讲述关联的脉络状况： 形成存在关联着四条命脉。形成的脉络从脐部生出三条。 25-25 一条脉向上延伸，形成大脑。愚痴依赖于大脑而存在。 由此产生痰，位于上部。一条脉络插入中间，形成命脉。嗔恨依赖于命脉的血液而存在。 由此产生胆汁，位于中部。一条脉络向下插入，形成秘密处。贪欲依赖于男女的性

It's like carrying a swimming ring. It's like a bladder filling a pottery jar with water. The two lower openings are like water holes. The two legs are like stepping stones at a gate. The key point of the vital spot is like a king's coronation. Thus it was said. First, the capacity of wind is like a full bladder. The capacity of bile is like one's own gallbladder. The capacity of phlegm is like three handfuls of one's own. The capacity of blood and feces is seven handfuls. The capacity of urine and serum is four handfuls. The capacity of fat and oil is two handfuls. The capacity of essence and semen is one handful. The capacity of the brain is like one's own handful. The capacity of flesh is five hundred palas. Women have twenty palas more in their thighs and breasts. The capacity of bones is twenty-three types of bones. Among them, there are twenty-eight vertebrae. The number of ribs is twenty-four. The number of teeth is thirty-two. 我处于中间状态。 由此生风，位于下方。存在的根本大体有四种：官能显现于境的脉。头部由五百条细微的生脉围绕。使记忆官能清晰的脉。心脏由五百条生脉围绕。使身体聚合的脉。脐部由五百条生脉围绕。使子嗣繁衍的脉。阴部由五百条生脉围绕。上下直接维系全身。关联的脉有黑白两种。命脉是脉的树干，如树枝般向上分叉。增生血肉的粗大脉有二十四条。与脏腑内部关联的隐蔽粗大脉有八条。与肢体外部关联的显露脉有十六条。由此分出的放血脉有七十七条。重要的脉结有一百一十二个。混合的细微脉有一百八十九条。由此分为外、内、中间三种，共三百二十条。细微脉分为三百六十条。由此又分为七百条细微脉。由此更细微的脉络如网般遍布全身。头部是脉的大海，如树根般向下扎入。有十九条起作用的水脉。这些也与脏腑内部相连。有十三条如丝线般悬挂的隐蔽脉。与肢体外部相连的显露脉有六条。由此分出十六条细小水脉。人有三条命脉。一条遍布头部和全身。一条与呼吸相伴而行。一条与灵魂相似，游荡不定。气血运行的内外孔道，相互关联，使身体生长存续。因为是生命的根本，所以称为脉。重要的结有肌肉、脂肪、骨骼，以及水、筋、脏腑和脉七种。肌肉结肿胀，骨结疼痛剧烈。水筋结使人僵硬。脉、脂肪、脏腑结使人丧命。因为死亡、净化和治疗都很困难，所以称为结。肌肉结有四十五个，脂肪结有八个。骨结有三十二个。筋结有十四个，脏结有十三个。脉结总共有190个。头部有六十二个，颈部

I abide in the middle state. From this, wind arises, located below. The great roots of existence are fourfold: the pulse that causes the senses to appear in the field. The head is surrounded by five hundred subtle life-pulses. The pulse that clarifies the power of memory. The heart is sustained and surrounded by five hundred subtle pulses. The pulse that forms the body. The navel is surrounded by five hundred subtle life-pulses. The pulse that propagates offspring and lineage. The genitals are surrounded by five hundred subtle life-pulses. Above, below, directly, it sustains the entire body. The connecting pulses are of two kinds, white and black. The life-pulse is the trunk of the pulses, branching upwards like branches. The twenty-four major pulses that promote flesh and blood. The eight major hidden pulses that connect internally with the organs. The sixteen manifest pulses that connect externally with the limbs. From these arise seventy-seven bloodletting pulses. There are one hundred and twelve crucial painful pulse points. There are one hundred and eighty-nine mixed subtle pulses. From these, there are three hundred and twenty external, internal, and intermediate pulses. The subtle pulses are divided into three hundred and sixty. From these, seven hundred subtle pulses are divided. From these, even more subtle networks connect to the body like a web. The head is the great ocean of pulses, plunging downwards like roots. There are nineteen water pulses that perform functions. These are also connected internally with the organs. There are thirteen hidden pulses hanging like silk threads. There are six manifest pulses that connect externally with the limbs. From these, sixteen small water pulses arise. A person has three life-pulses. One pervades the head and the entire body. One moves in company with the breath. One is like the soul, wandering and unfixed. The internal and external passages through which wind and blood flow, are interconnected, causing the body to grow and abide. Because it is the root of life, it is called a pulse. The important points of pain are seven: muscle, fat, bone, as well as water, sinew, organs, and the pulse. Muscle points swell, and bone points cause severe pain. Water and sinew points cause stiffness. Pulse, fat, and organ points cause loss of life. Because death, purification, and healing are difficult, they are called points. There are forty-five muscle points, and eight fat points. There are thirty-two bone points. There are fourteen sinew points, and thirteen organ points. There are a total of one hundred and ninety pulse points. There are sixty-two in the head, and the neck
