Whirling out from the hole. In the source of Dharma—the navel, holding the one marked with a single-pointed vajra, filled entirely with nectar. The two feet have a flying posture, adorned with five seals and a garland of human heads, radiating rainbow light. To its right is the goddess Samvara, white in color, holding a curved knife and a skull cup. To its left is the wondrous Dakini, red in color, the first two hands drawing a bow and arrow, the latter two holding a trident. Manifestly facing the main deity, with the posture of walking in the sky. In the navel, from Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) and Bam (藏文:བཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Bam) to "empowerment with bodhicitta," it is the same as before. The visualization for recitation is: the upper end of the central channel is in the space between the eyebrows, in the form of a pig's face, and the lower end is located in the lotus pistil of the bhaga, in the form of a Garuda's face. Both are marked with the syllable Bam Its rays of light hook all the bliss of pure and impure vessels and contents, dissolving into the two syllables. From the two syllables, the bodhicitta surges up and down through the path of the central channel, touching the heart, feeling distinct, and from it, the sound of the mantra arises, thinking thus, and reciting: Hum Vajra Kili Kili Hum Hum Vajra Kili Kili Hum). The concluding actions are the same as before. After taking refuge and generating bodhicitta for these, then perform the guru mandala ritual like the Indians, but even if it is simplified, it is fine. The red Rahula Vajra, the white Naropa, the clamorous Shantipa, and the other two are the actual Vajrayogini, it is said that Atisha heard them. Offering torma and so on are similar to the instructions of the hunter. Furthermore, here, if one wishes to practice the completion stage, for half a month do guru yoga, and for another half a month offer the mandala. Then do prostrations, circumambulations, fire offerings, tsa-tsas, sand mandalas, inner and outer tormas, make aspirations, Zambhala water offerings, offer to the guru and Buddha images, the Sangha, etc., do generosity, the practice and recitation of Vajrasattva, etc., do extensively for at least seven days, this is the common preliminary. After that, for about ten days, let the mind rest naturally. The body remains unmoving in the seven dharmas of Vairochana, that is, the legs are in the vajra posture, the eyes gaze at the tip of the nose, the rest is the same as before. Wind

Again, abide at ease. Then in the morning, smear the body with sunlight and dust. In the evening, smear with butter, or if there is none, with legs and fat. The key point of the body is: most of this and what follows is the same as above. The mind is focused on the wind. The wind is focused on the combination of expelling wind. First, eliminate waste gas, inhale quickly, exhale slowly, and strive only for this, which is the dust-end. Pūraka is to release slightly quickly and then inhale slowly as much as possible, which is the filling. Trāṭaka is to inhale moderately and press down below the navel. Do not let the belly bulge outward, nor combine with the joints, but fill equally. The mind does not think of anything, but the eyes look at the void and abide, which is the rigid one. Kumbhaka is the same as the common one, but when releasing the wind, bend the throat and swallow the wind, and then release the wind, this combination is very important. For the first three winds, it is okay to strive until the ability manifests, but here, if you exert too much effort on those, do it every ten days, and if you exert a little less effort, estimate according to that degree and do it for another twenty days. Even if you exert vigorous effort, take adequate rest intermittently. Between each wind yoga, every seven days, during the practice, from the state of abiding in the previous wind yoga, visualize that all other winds, like a network of body channels, dissolve into the central channel. At that time, all the channels shake with a swooshing, rustling, banging, and empty sound, and finally visualize the wind going out from any of the upper or lower parts of the central channel. Also, when entering, visualize that it pervades all the channels from the central channel. When the wind goes out, think of it as the nature of suffering, and when it enters, think of it as the nature of happiness. During the practice intervals, in a state of relaxing effort, remember this visualization slightly, slightly. At this time, you can practice five or six times, but the practice time should be short and the practice intervals should be long. Each time, eat food in moderation that is beneficial to the body. When the main effort is focused on wind yoga, unless you are sick, gradually reduce food and eat small amounts of beneficial and good food. You can also eat food every other day. Then there is the vase-like one: meditate constantly, first for about twenty days, when the wind is slightly combined with the navel, then settle the mind. Then rest there for a day or two. Again, the wind and the visualization before
