拉帕。至尊天瑜伽是怎样的？真言的规矩是什么？俱生又是什么？深奥和广大的是什么？祈请薄伽梵金刚阿阇黎开示。薄伽梵开示说：龙的座垫和身体伸直，金刚合掌三次拍击，仅在声音中进行分别。心和自性天安乐。嗡 斯瓦巴瓦（藏文：ༀསྭབྷཱབ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva，汉语字面意思：嗡 自性）。嗡 班杂（藏文：ༀབཛྲ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra，汉语字面意思：嗡 金刚）。嗡 瑜伽（藏文：ༀཡོག，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ yoga，汉语字面意思：嗡 瑜伽）。生起我慢，这些都是真言。自性、相、果皆空。空性无相，以及无所希求，自性离戏论而修。嗡 虚空达（藏文：ༀཤཱུནྱཏ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ śūnyatā，汉语字面意思：嗡 空性）。阿那弥达（藏文：ཨནམིཏ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：anamita，汉语字面意思：无相）。阿钵喇尼西达（藏文：ཨཔྲཎིཧིཏ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：apraṇihita，汉语字面意思：无愿）。这是真言。风被正确催动后，观想为无可见。再次通过风的结合，观想为如幻。以意念圆满成佛的一切，刹那观想为天女的自性。诸佛月亮的精华，于虚空界中善加观想。识与风一起，邦（藏文：བཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉语字面意思：）字精华二者无别。彼时巴嘎（bhaga）是法界，外在守护也正确具备。吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：）。天女化为微尘的中央，月亮精华微尘二者无别融入。由此生起瓦拉ahi（Varahi）具足力量青春的女子，具有黎明的光芒，身体纤细。乳房高耸圆润丰满如莲花，在太阳和明点的上方嬉戏。身姿三处弯曲，具有舞姿。赤裸，左腿伸展，血肉丰满柔软。莲花的雄蕊狂放，光芒闪耀。极喜于月亮花朵的延续。手中拿着颅骨和弯刀，拿着苏拉（śula）敲击和鼗鼓。发髻在后脑勺束起又散开。用班度（Bandhu）的眼睛和獠牙的嫩芽装饰。向上看，两个则斜视。深蓝色猪面朝上，在右边。吽吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：）大声宣告，极其愤怒和激动。愤怒和更加强烈的贪恋般转变。具有五印和人头鬘，用颅骨鬘装饰头发的边缘。自身方便卡杖嘎（khaṭvāṅga）无有二肢之时，具有莲花的天女极其悦意。在燃烧和摇曳的光辉坛城中央，如此观想幻化天女后，安住于六印和三金刚。

Lapa. What is the yoga of the supreme deity like? What is the rule of mantra? What is co-emergent? What is profound and vast? Please explain, Bhagavan Vajra Acharya. The Bhagavan said: With a dragon seat and body straightened, vajra palms clapping three times, discern only in sound. Mind and nature, deity bliss. Oṃ svabhāva (藏文：ༀསྭབྷཱབ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva，汉语字面意思：Oṃ, nature). Oṃ vajra (藏文：ༀབཛྲ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra，汉语字面意思：Oṃ, vajra). Oṃ yoga (藏文：ༀཡོག，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ yoga，汉语字面意思：Oṃ, yoga). Generate pride, these are mantras. Nature, characteristic, fruit are empty. Emptiness is without characteristics, and without any desire, meditate on nature free from elaboration. Again, through the union of wind, contemplate it as mere illusion. With mind, all who have attained perfect Buddhahood, in an instant, contemplate the nature of a goddess. All the essence of the Buddhas' moon, contemplate well in the realm of space. Discrimination together with wind, the syllable Vaṃ (藏文：བཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉语字面意思：) and essence become inseparable. At that time, bhaga is the realm of dharma, and external protection is also properly equipped. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：). In the center where the goddess has become dust, the moon essence and dust merge without separation. From this arises Vārāhī, a woman of power and youth, possessing the light of dawn, with a slender body. Breasts high, round, full, like a lotus, playing above the sun and bindu. The body is bent in three places, with a dancing posture. Naked, left leg extended, flesh full, soft, and supple. The lotus's stamen is wild, the rays of light are turbulent. Extremely pleased with the continuity of moon flowers. Holding a skull and curved knife in her hands, holding a śula for striking and a damaru. The hair is tied up and loosened at the back of the head. Adorned with Bandhu's eyes and sprouts of fangs. Looking upwards, and two looking sideways. Deep blue pig face facing upwards, on the right. Hūṃ hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：) loudly proclaiming, extremely wrathful and agitated. Transforming like wrath and even more intense attachment. Possessing five seals and a garland of human heads, adorned with a garland of skulls that enhances the hairline. When one's own method, khaṭvāṅga, has no two limbs, the lotus-bearing goddess is extremely pleasing. In the center of the blazing and swaying splendorous mandala, after meditating on such an illusory goddess, abide in the six seals and three vajras.
