Slightly perforated, surrounded by a chain of curved knives, the top is layered and pierced, with a bulge in the center. In the abodes of the deities inside, there are thirty-three solar seats. Outside the immeasurable palace, there are all the offering arrangements, and outside with a wheel protecting the lotus petals. The outside is pervaded by eight great charnel grounds, as well as directional guardians, field guardians, trees, fire, clouds, water, mountains, stupas, and accomplished heroes and yoginis. In the center of the Great Bliss Wheel, on top of the solar mandala, from A A to Am Ah (Tibetan: ཨ་ཨཱ་ནས། ཨཾ་ཨཱཿ), two moons arise from the sides. On top of that, from Ka Kha to Ha Ksha (Tibetan: ཀ་ཁ་ནས། ཧ་ཀྵ།), Da Dha, Da Dha, Ya La (Tibetan: ཌ་ཌྷ། ད་དྷ། ཡ་ལ།), two streams of blood melt, forming the solar mandala. Between the two, from Bam (Tibetan: བཾ་) transforms into the center of the vajra, marked with the syllable Bam (Tibetan: བཾ་). On top of the central seat, visualize oneself as the venerable Vajrayogini, her body color is red like a ruby, her youth is like that of a sixteen-year-old girl, her splendor blazes like the fire at the end of an eon. She is the great wrathful mother, intoxicated by the experience of bliss. One face, two arms, red and bright, three round eyes moving. Her right hand holds a curved knife marked with a vajra, threatening downwards, destroying all hatred and malice. Her left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, holding it upwards, offering it to her mouth. In her left armpit, she holds a khatvanga, which has the nature of skillful means, hanging with a damaru, a bell with tinkling sounds, and a three-pronged trident. Her black hair is loose and disheveled, her face is distorted, and her fangs are bared. She is adorned with a crown of five dry skulls and a necklace of fifty wet human heads. Naked, she is adorned with five bone ornaments. Intoxicated by the great red drink, the stream of Simhala flows. Her left leg is bent, pressing on the Black Terrifier, and her right leg is extended, pressing on the Red Time Maiden, residing in the center of blazing wisdom fire. Recite the heart mantra and near-heart mantra once each. On the eight petals, in the east is the Dakini Black.

In the four intermediate directions are four skull cups filled with semen, blood, the five nectars, and five lamps. Outside of that, on the eastern spoke of the Mind Wheel is the extremely wrathful one of Lira Mala, on the northern spoke is the wrathful-eyed one of Jalandhara, to the west is the radiant one of Oddiyana, to the south is the great one of Arguta, to the southeast is the heroic-minded one of Gaudhaniri, to the southwest is the short one of Rasmiśvara, to the northwest is the sovereign of Lanka in Dvekota, to the northeast is the tree-shade one of Malava; all of these have blue body color. Outside of that, on the eastern spoke of the Speech Wheel is the earth-protecting one of Kamarupa, on the northern spoke is the great terrifying one of Oti, to the west in Triśakune is the wind-powered one, to the south on the spoke in Kosala is the liquor-drinking one, to the southeast in Kalinga is the blue lotus goddess, to the southwest in Lambhaka is the exceedingly good one, to the northwest is the jewel one of Kancira, to the northeast in Himalaya is the bird-faced one; all of these have red body color. Outside of that, on the eastern spoke of the Body Wheel is the wheel-powered one of Pratāpuri, on the northern spoke in Grihadevi is Khaṇḍarohi, to the west in Soso Rastra is Śaṃtini, to the south in Varanadipa is the wheel-armored one, to the southeast in Nagara is the exceedingly brave one, to the southwest in Sindhu is the sovereign of the lotus dance, to the northwest in Mahur is the all-illuminating one, to the northeast in Kumuta is the great diligent one; all of these have white body color. On the east door of the Samaya Wheel is the black crow-faced one, on the north door is the green owl-faced one, on the west door is the red dog-faced one, on the south door is the yellow pig-faced one, to the southeast is Yama's steadfast one, blue on the right and yellow on the left, to the southwest is Yama's messenger, yellow on the right and red on the left, to the northwest is Yama's tusked one, red on the right and green on the left, to the northeast is Yama's destroyer, green on the right and blue on the left. All of these are female forms, with one face, two arms, and three eyes. In the two right hands they hold a curved knife and a ḍāmaru, in the two left hands they hold a skull cup and a khaṭvāṅga, naked, adorned with the five seals, with disheveled hair, adorned on the head with a vajra garland, wearing a crown and necklace of human heads, standing in a right-leg-extended posture, bestowing all accomplishments. The eight door-frame mothers are of corpses.
